We had a wonderful time. Excellent communication with the Peachy Beach crew. Very helpful and very responsive. We love the one bedroom villa, there is everything there you need - from cooking to beach gear - snorkeling, beach chairs, kayaks. Walking distance to get groceries or to restaurants like Zeerovers or Flying Fishbone. Highly recommend it. Can’t wait ti get back.
4.7
The Villa was exactly as described and more. They thought of everything we might need during our stay. Jay was accessible and extremely helpful. Snorkeling right off the beach awesome. We had a great time looking for that perfect piece of sea glass. We look forward to returning soon.
4.7
This property could not have been more perfect for our 25th anniversary trip without kids. We were right on the water, in a small quiet setting, and away from the hotels and traffic. We loved being so close to the water, not having to fight for beach space, and having lots of shade on the beach under a tree and under the covered patio. The unit was clean and updated and had everything we needed to cook. JJ the property manager was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit. We loved snorkeling right off the beach and the gear was already there for us. We’ll definitely be back!
4.7
Jj was amazing. The check in process was perfect. The property had the most beautiful views. Everything made for a perfect trip! So many little touches that made for a special stay. Thank you!
4.7
The villa was fabulous. J.J. the property manager gave us an overview of the property, local dining recommendations, and was accessible whenever we needed. He was fantastic! The one bedroom had a king bed, complimentary soaps and shampoo, and had all the amenities needed for cooking. They provided a cold water pitcher, complimentary wine, a basket of snacks, two backpack beach chairs, and snorkeling gear. There were two a/c units and hot water showers if needed. The location was only several properties away from Zeerovers and the Flying Fishbone. The sunset view from the property cannot be beat! The host met and exceeded our expectations with no details left unmet.
4.7
This place was perfect for us - direct access to small secluded beach with great snorkelling. Just a short walk to great fresh seafood restaurant. Helpful property manager. We left feeling very relaxed and will definitely aim to revisit
4.7
Easy stay - communication with local host was great. Location and property were solid, off the beaten path and away from the touristy areas. Close to baby beach and restaurants and markets. No complaints!
4.7
Great ocean views, just down the street from Zeerover's and not far from other great restaurants. Villa was quaint but had all amenities needed. Had a very enjoyable stay and would book again. Recommend renting a car to get around the island.
4.7
We love this little seaside cottage. It was our second time staying here and they had made some improvements (the new bed was a HUGE improvement), such as an authentic mural that ties in perfectly with all the artwork you can find during a stroll through San Nicholas. The apartment has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's easy to forget what day it is and just spend hours reading and relaxing, cooking together or take a short drive (everything is within a half hour) to see the sights or take advantage of the amazing restaurants found across the island.
4.7
Perfect location on the beach. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing away from all the resorts and cruise ship ports which are on the other end of the island.
Awesome beach, most of the time you have it all to yourself. Great snorkeling right at the house. Also visited Baby Beach and Mangel Halto. Our beach had the best snorkeling.
Property is gated so felt secure. Outside patio area is great, helps keep sand out of the house, great outside seating and eating area. Outdoor shower very nice. House is small but comfortable, bedroom closet and shelving is very handy. Nice inside shower. We didn't cook but seemed to have all the basics. We were inside the house mainly for sleeping. Entire property is well maintained and clean!
You should be aware that there is another VRBO house and the owner's house on the property. This was not a problem for us, owner was not there and other VRBO house occupants were cordial but also wanted privacy so we couldn't have asked for better neighbors.
Recommend renting a car so you can visit other parts of the island. Fiarlogene will give you contact info. Fiarlogene was very helpful, answered all my questions prior to arrival and was available during our stay. Thank you Fiarlogene!
.
Spent all out time birding and snorkeling. Saw 49 bird species in the island, including 14 at the house. Walking distance to Zeerovers and The Flying Fishbone restaurants. LaGranja restaurant and Delicious Burger food truck on Route 1 were great! House convenient to grocery stores.
Highly recommend snuba and private cabana rental at De Palm Island. Make De Palm reservations as soon as you book this rental before they are full.
This was a perfect house for us and we had a wonderful time in Aruba! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy your paradise!
4.7
The property is lovely. The privacy of the location, away from all the resorts, was exactly what we were looking for. The proximity of grocery stores and restaurants was a great amenity too! We would love to come back!
4.7
Avoid the cowards and stay here. This unit was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The price was great too. We were not sure about staying here or a mainstream hotel. We made the right choice. The Area is very safe don't worry about that ( I know we did ). You can park your car right there, and just step out side and you can go swimming. If you stay here I would highly suggest you get a rental call. Everything is just a 20 min away.
4.7
Everything about this property was not only exactly as described, but exactly as we would have wanted it to be. It was tidy and efficient, easy to take care of, and the location was near everything we needed. The local dive shop was 12 minutes away, and if we wanted to just relax at “home” the ocean was right in front of the unit, with a shallow bouy for me to tie up my float. The owners were gracious and helpful! We’ll be back!
4.7
Everything about the villa was as advertised. This is largely family run and has a warm, friendly atmosphere.
We had a wonderful visit and will be back again next year!
4.7
Our second visit to this cottage. No reason to look elsewhere this place is perfect for us. We will be back.
4.7
Fantastic communication and check in with property manager and owner!
Was great to have our own kitchen. Sun sets were amazing.
The property is a shared space, other guests and the owner are around and happy to visit! We loved the kayaks and the beach right in front of the property.
Walking distance to local grocery store was awesome.
4.7
Property is full of charm. Modern kitchen and new bathroom.
Perfect place for a couple. Pictures of property accurate.
4.7
My wife and I had a great time for our first trip to Aruba. This property had everything we needed. The property manager Fiarlogene was very friendly and knowledgeable. The two restaurants that are within walking distance are very good and the close by grocery stores were also a plus. You can also snorkel directly in front of the property which is very cool! Would recommend!
4.7
This property was in a great location as we wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels up north. The views of the water were amazing. The furnishings ares a little dated and the kitchen does not have A/C (a large fan is provided). The property mgr was great to deal with. Two great restaurants are within walking distance ... Zeerover's and the Flying Fishbone. Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental.
4.7
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was away from the resort area, which was nice. Neighborhood is older, but was surprisingly quiet.
4.7
We absolutely adored this small villa right on the ocean! It was amazing to have the beach right at our back door. The whole property is secured by a nice wrought iron fence that can be opened up easily. Such a peaceful oasis to relax at and be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us with a clean bathroom, and nicely equipped kitchen that opened up to an outdoor kitchen and living room area that looked out over the ocean. The owners also sent us a great list of information before we got there to help us out with the island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us. We miss it already and we just got home this morning. 😊

Beautiful Peaceful Spot - A Tiny Slice of Paradise
We had a wonderful stay! The owners were very sweet and left us a chilled bottle of wine so that we could have a celebratory toast on the first night of our honeymoon. They gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The beach was very clean and the water was crystal clear and so so warm. The villa had exactly what we needed and nothing we didn't. We'll definitely be back!
4.7
Great communication.

First Trip to Aruba
Very relaxing accommodations right at the waters edge. Beautiful sunsets every night. Conveniently located within walking distance of two popular restaurants (Zeeovers & Flying Fishbone). Short drive to Baby Beach. Away from the hustle and crowds of Oranjestad. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Aruba.

Beautiful property, loved our stay!!

This property was practically perfect in every way! Adorable, perfect location, amazing beach, safe, secure, and the ultimate hosts! I cannot say enough of how much we loved this property and Michael & Britt. My husband and I spent a week in Aruba and this little gem was the highlight. The property is a short 10-minute (or less) drive from the airport, on opposite end of the island from the tourist/hotel district, and so close to the national park and locals’ beaches (Baby & Rodger). It is but a quick 20-minute drive to the Eagle and Palm Beach and the more touristy attractions. It is within walking distance to two local restaurants, Zeerover, and the Flying Fishbone. A grocery store is also within walking distance. Being so conveniently located provides easy access to pretty much the entire island.
This property was perfect for the two of us. The little kitchen provided an easy place to prepare and eat meals and although we didn't spend a ton of time inside, we found it quaint and cozy. The beautiful view and private waterfront with white sand beach made this the ideal setting to rest, relax, and enjoy island life. (Bonus was awesome wi-fi both in the house and on the beach)
Brit and Michael were premiere hosts! Not only were they wonderful to communicate with prior to arriving but were a wealth of information once we arrived. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, things to see/do, and even helped us navigate COVID testing required to return to the US. It was so nice having them right on-site!
Honestly, I cannot even say enough good about this place, it checked all the boxes and more!

Paradise in Savaneta
My husband and I stayed on this absolutely lovely property last week. It was the best vacation! Very relaxing. The location was perfect. A short ride from the airport. Brit and Mike are the consummate hosts. Very gracious and helpful. The property is a short ride to Baby Beach and Rodger's Beach, both beautiful. Lunch at Kamini's Kitchen near Baby and Rodger's beach was delicious. Eagle beach and Palm beach are 20 minutes away and an easy drive. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance, The Flying Fishbone and Zeerovers. We were able to explore nearby San Nicolas as well. The property we stayed at was perfect for a couple. The kitchen area was well equipped and there is an outdoor dining area. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Brit and Mike's property. We cannot wait to go back!

Hands down the best place to stay in Aruba!
This little gem is honestly my new favorite place to stay. The location is perfect away from all the tourests and cruise ships but close enough to visit these areas just to realize how lucky you are that you didn't stay there. The local restaurants and beaches are incredible. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Refuge, Right on the Water.
We jus got back from a wonderful stay at this property. You are in a separate building with your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is your own outdoor space with a kitchen, dining table, and lounge area, all covered with a view to the beach. The inside kitchen and bathroom were brand new and very nicely appointed.
You also have loungers closer to the water.
The view of the water is stunning and the sunsets were perfect every night.
The owner, Orit (AKA Brit) was in the main house and was a delight to meet and talk with. Non-obtrusive but happy to help with any questions. She was super helpful and knows the area well.
The little beach is perfect for entering the water and I enjoyed the snorkeling. You can swim across to the reef easily.
There are 2 restaurants a short walk away. We ate at Flying Fishbone twice, a beautiful setting with great seafood. We were going to go to Zeerovers but the line was long when we tried.
We got take away food some nights; Happy Arubian Kitchen was great local food and La Granja has amazing Peruvian roast chicken. They are both super close. We also recommend Kimini Kitchen for curry, it is a bit of a farther drive but worth it.
We lived our time here and look forward to returning.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Fabulous location with direct access onto beach, with the most amazing snorkelling.
Only 10 minutes away from hustle and bustle of downtown and 20 minutes from high rise.
Baby beach 15 minutes
2 fabulous restaurants within walking distance, and 2 local supermarkets
Accommodation is basic, but adequate.
A small kitchen area is sufficiently equipped to prepare breakfast and snacks.
There is a work-top mini oven /grill which is adequate but limiting if you expected to eat in as most things have to be cooked on the hob.
As advertised, there is no TV, washing machine, dishwasher, but we managed without, and quite frankly we were pleased to get away from it all.
There is wifi available to keep in touch.
The furniture/furnishings have an eclectic, dated charm, but again adequate.
There is a double bed, for 2 people - I don't know where a 3rd person or child could sleep.
The patio/beach areas are shared with two other letting units, so would get busy if they were all occupied.
We were lucky to have the owners in residence who were most welcoming, hospitable and helpful.
They seemed to be doing a lot of upgrading, to the properties, so things will change
In a nutshell ..it's basic accommodation in a fabulous location.

Quiet piece of paradise!
I stayed for a week in December with my boyfriend at the one bedroom bungalow and we loved it! I was attending a conference in the high rise hotel district, but wanted to stay some place quieter, it was about a 25 minute drive but totally worth it for us. We rented a jeep, explored the island, soaked in the sun looking at the ocean and even swam out to the little island across from the house. The snorkeling at the reef directly out from the house is really cool, even had an octopus swim right by me.
This was perfect for us, it is simple living, with the best part being the outdoor spaces and opening the gates to your own ocean access. We did have local kids just outside of the fence on weekends playing in the ocean, but it wasn't a big deal. During the week, it was quiet with no one else on the little beach. We loved the local restaurants, walked down to Zeerovers for lunch, had a special night at Flying Fishbone for dinner, and enjoyed breakfast buffet at House of Cakes.
Loved our stay and are so grateful to have found this little gem on the ocean.

It couldn't have been any better! PerfectQ
After a bad experience on another island we were a little leary, but this place could not have been any better. It was a dream come true for us. It was right on the beach and we could hear the waves crashing in the night lulling us to sleep. Bert, the caregiver of the place, was extremely nice and accommodating. We loved having our own private beach. We will definitely recommend to our friends and hopefully be back sometime. A+!

Great beachfront location and wonderful owner
This was a return trip to Aruba to celebrate a birthday. We wanted to get out of the tourist enclave on the north side that is starting to look like South Beach. This was a great private retreat on the water with a small town feeling.

Amazing views! Waterfront! Great outdoor living!
We had a delightful place in this bungalow (away from the resort areas and crowds) with very large outdoor living areas, right on a small beach. We had the best time! Great snorkeling is available starting just a few meters/feet into the water! We loved being able to eat under a porch right near the bungalow or closer to the water or at a 3rd choice out on the beach under the tree. There are plenty of sun and shaded areas. The chaise lounges are the best place to enjoy morning coffee. The "property manager", Bert, is amazing. He greeted us so warmly. He responded to many questions throughout the week. He is a true gem and made our visit all the better without being intrusive. Brit was easy and delightful to deal with over the details. This villa is perfect for 2 people, but can be used with 3. I would only recommend that the 3rd person be a child. Using a cot and with additional stuff, it made the bungalow a little full. It wasn't a big deal as we were outside most of the time. The furnishings in the home are fine. I wouldn't plan on cooking any big meals in the kitchen, but we used it regularly for breakfast and lunch. Several good restaurants around that we recommend: The Flying Fishbone had truly amazing food (and the prices reflected it.) Some tables are on a platform down about a meter in the ocean water! You can watch the sunset with your feet in the ocean. Other tables are on the beach. G&G Pizza was great one evening. We also liked Kamini Kitchen and Marina Pirata which are about 10 minutes away. We found Zeerover's food all to be deep fried.
