Perfect place for a family, quiet and private!

Perfect place for a family and a larger group of friends. We stayed in two villas beside each other. Quiet and private place. Nice pool. We cooked a lot of food in the kitchen and missed some tools. The landlord immediately replaced the missing tools, very good service!

Better than we expected!

Even though it was four villas in the compound, but because their entrances are not all located towards the pool, it was still private. We had a family with kids next door and never even saw any of the kids, just heard them occasionally. Pretty sure they equally appreciated us moving into the basement around 9pm so the common areas have quiet. I also appreciated the option to park in front of the villa - the drive in was a bit tight but being able to lock the gates for the night gave me a feeling of comfort. It was four of us staying and I can honestly say the villa exceeded all expectations. And the pool is awesome!

Let's be honest, the upstairs toilet without a door is odd. If it was 6 of us, the stay would not have been as good. Also, I did not really realize that even though the beach and town are not that far, the area is not very walkable. So even if 30mins of walking won't kill you, the traffic of trying to manage random infrastructure will.

Nice place to relax with friends, things work but not the best standard. Professional host!

Great apartment, spacious and nice basement. Okay+ standard, things work. Great place for a group of friends cycling. Clubbing also work, but you need a car to get around. A bit difficult to get a taxi at night, will take 15-30 mins and a couple of phone calls... Liked the sunbeds etc, can easily spend a chill day at the house. Tennis and golf right outside the door.

Would be great with some real double beds, or at least beds of higher quality. Comfort is not the best. No nice place to watch TV. The kitchen knives are useless, cannot even slice bread with them, lime is almost impossible.

Friendly host who met us with the keys and showed us the facilities Spacious villa with views of the golf course, in a peaceful and quiet part of Maspalomas Strong wifi signal Ping pong table Plenty of free parking at the villa Late check out was appreciated Supermarket 4 mins walking distance from the villa, with all the necessary basics

Interior of the villa is somewhat outdated and could do with a refresh Towels are old and need to be replaced

Friendly staffs, facilities a bit tired.

The room layout is a bit odd, one of the bathroom doesn't have a door.

Amazing!

The Villa was just incredible, near to playa el ingles and to the center of maspalomas. Laura, the host was always helping us with ours requests and available on WhatsApp. The pool is a super +++, despite the comments about the beds, mattress were very comfortable and we had someone changing the towels every 2 days, we were surprised to have a washing machine... highly recommended!

I liked the basement because it was a great place to stay up after being out.

I didn’t like that it took a full day for someone to call out and fix the leak in the water tank upstairs

Amazing time, Cosy Villa , Comfy Beds , Nice area. What more could you ask for

The language barrier with hosts was the hardest part but the villa itself was very nice and I would very much reccomend staying in the Villa. I think my favourite part was the pool as it was very big and the sun beds next to it are a very nice feature. The villa itself is very nice and cosy and would 100% recommend to people looking to stay in Gran Canaria

The only improvment I would say is General safety, A banister broke with almost no pressure aplied and it almost hit my friend and also the floors get very slippy when its wet. Apart from that the Villa was perfect in everyway.
