Great for a short stay

Excellent location, close to harbour area and shops. Continental breakfast was simple but adequate and plentiful, good coffee, fresh pastries, fruit, cereals etc and very reasonably priced. Service was good, very friendly staff. Parking concession offered by the hotel was a bonus and a good price - £12 for a two day/night stay.

Lovely hotel, nice room, great location and friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Our room was quite a distance away from the reception, a lot of passageways, up and down stairs and round corners to get there! Unfortunately we didn’t have wifi in our room. The booster for the room just wasn’t strong enough.

Great apartment in the perfect location.

We stayed in the apartment. It was very spacious and in the most perfect location. Exactly what we were looking for. Well appointed and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Perfect Weymouth location

Great weekend in Weymouth

It was a fabulous location. Great view of the Beach and Seafront. The sand looks great for families. Weymouth did not disappoint. Top marks to the Hotel.

My girlfriend would like a mirror in the bedroom to help with make-up etc.

Great location, traditional hotel, keen to please

Lovely seafront location that is also near to the town centre and harbour. A warm welcome. The room covered all the essentials well enough.

Parking nearby is a bit of a challenge even out of season though the hotel does flag this up and try and assist. I didn't mind walking with my light luggage from the Pavilion car park but that wouldn't suit everyone. If you have mobility issues, give the hotel a call in advance of arrival as I'm sure they will help.

Great staff, they upgraded us to a family room no problem, beds were comfortable, quiet, shower would have been lovely but it was too cold to use it! Good location

Only one little heater in the room couldn't cope with the wintry weather so it was very cold, the location is great but expensive to park so parked a mile away other side of town!

the customer service was exceptional, The receptionist who greeted us was friendly, very helpful and very down to earth, the room was clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable will definitely be returning

although the room was clean, the windows were dirty and could do with a good clean both inside and outside
