Bardzo dobry hotel

Ładne urządzone pokoje z dużymi łóżkami. Przestronna łazienka z kabiną prysznicową walk in. Posiada siłownię, małą, jednak można zrobić trening. Hotel umieszczony blisko miejsc rozrywkowych.

Mało zróżnicowane posiłki, dla wegetarian nie za dużo opcji, brak oznaczeń.. Mało sprzętu, ciężarów na siłowni, jednak cieszyliśmy się, że w ogóle była.

The pictures and description looks nice but the quality is junk.

I was in Varna only for 1 night and booked this hotel because of the facilities listed on the site but once we checked in we went for a massage the reception told us that today there is no one so we decided to pay for the spa and use the hot tubs/ jacuzzi but once we went to pay to use them the reception again told us that currently are not working. I insisted that due that nothing is operating of what we needed to use then we will just check out, as have no time to waist. The receptionist did not co operate with us and no single penny was given as a refund. But still we checked out. The furniture in the room cannot be of a cheaper budget than it is. Don't try to open a drawer in the room.

Good place, disappointing employees, with few wxceptions.

The food was ok, the spa facilities the same. The plus is the heated indoor pool in March and the special massages.

However, we left with a deep disappointed. Before check out, I decided to use the spa facilities one more time as everything was great. I locked my phone and room key in the lockers at the spa and I gave the key of the locker to the receptionist of the spa area to make sure everything was safe. When I finished, I had the worst surprise ever, my phone was not there anymore, someone obviously took it intentionally, as it was closed when I called from a friend's number. What is more, none of the employees showed any intention to help. The spa receptionist said she cannot call my number to check, even though she could use the hotel line, I was ready to pay for this, or the two mobile phones she had at her desk. At the main reception, they just googled their eyes in surprise, without any action. It was as though nobody understood English suddenly. I did not have the time, nor the patience to talk to the manager because I had to make sure that all information on my phone is safe, cards, passwords etc. Anyway, it was extremely disappointing after one weekend spent with friends and colleagues in a pleasant place. I am sure that the receptionist gave the key to another tourist, maybe she thought I already checked out. My friends think that the employees were involved in the matter. In doesn't matter, anyway, but take good care of your personal belongings while staying at the hotel. Not even the lockers are safe! :( I could add some photos of the property, but someone made sure to steal my phone so I am not able to do this :)

Location was pretty good, means just 5-6 minutes walk to the beach. The inside cleaning was very good most of the time.

Breakfast was the same in every morning. My room was located at the last floor and the AC (air con) didn't work properly. Was fixed two days later.

Pleasant stay

The room is cleaned every day. Paid private parking, we got free places, it is possible in other more crowded periods to redirect you elsewhere. The staff is very nice.

The breakfast was below expectations considering that it is a 4-star hotel…few types of food to choose from. The outdoor pool closes at 5 p.m

Mostly pleasent, expcet for the quite dirty room with a dampfed air.

Food and drinks were excellent most of the time with some rare occasions were some of the products were not that fresh. Reception, food and bar staff was friendly and professional.

The room was quite uncleaned, bed sheets were no changed after the last stay. The carpet on the floor was dirty to say the least. Shower battery and heads were stuck and should be deep cleaned. Toilet reservoir mechanism broke in one evening, i had to repair it myself. Light in the room were kind of dim, reading lamps were not working. Some of the furniture and shelves/ drawers require some attention.

Nice facilities, helpful personel.

As a 4* hotel, some things needs to be constantly checked, and others improved, like: - attention to details within the room (entry door looked broken, couch was messy, bathroom door a bit dirty etc.); - tv too small for the room and faulty remote; - an additional light for shaving and better view in the bathroom mirror would be helpful; - shower draining was not functioning well; - coffee machines were not based on natural coffee and fresh milk and the quality of coffee questionable as a result. Overall, things should be improved in order to keep the 4* certification, but I'm sure it can be done in the future.

it was ok.

it was clean when we got there. There are a lot of clubs around with loud music but once you close the window you hear nothing. Amazing sound isolation! Staff on reception was very polite and helpful.

we had breakfast included but we tried it only the first morning and wasn’t really good.. also the staff DIDN’T change the bed sheets once

Somebody broke the door after the check in. We went out for a walk and when we return we saw the door open and broken. Nothing was stolen, because we had only clothes in the room. In the night drunk people were screaming in front of our door. Nobody come to tell them to stop. After that in the middle of the night a woman tourist came in our room, because the men of the reception gave her a card for our room instead of another free room and we woke up stressed, because of her walking in the room while we were sleeping and the kid woke up stressed. Also the food is not bad to eat, but after that stomach problems. The inside pool was not working in the rainy day and we couldn’t use the outside pool. The mattresses in the rooms are too hard and the pictures in booking of the hotel are better than the hotel in reality
