Breakfast , dinner and way how restaurant Manager talks. Chapati was not at all good bit still he don't have courtesy to talk.

Was a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I loved the hospitality we were given. The staff were friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The support from the reception, Security and the kitchen staff exceeded my expectation.

The only minor issue was staffs other than the reception had difficulty communicating in English. but this was understandable as most of the people in the city had difficulty communicating in English.

Overall very bad stay in this dirty hotel, will never recommend anyone to stay there

I liked Swaminathan staff at the front desk who was good to talk to and Kalai a helper staff who helped me with my luggage when I was leaving the hotel very disappointed and upset in the morning

I was there with my daughter for work purpose.I did not like the room , dirty linens , stuffy dusty room, had booked for 2 nights but left after one night , no refund was given for the second night

I won't stay in this place again. I trusted booking.com's review however it was a disappointment.

Altogether nice staff however see below what I didn't like then you will know.

where to start... Rooms were not Clean and used towels and beddings, pillows were dirty and dark, toilets weren't clean, bath floor was slippery and slimy. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. too expensive, sink was mouldy and unclean. As soon as we arrived the desk guy was asking me to cancel booking.com and ask me to directly book and pay, he mention that he will give discount, I said no 2 times, he was insisting me then he said I will show booking.com that no show and he ask me to pay for it. I have paid with my card. all together it was a difficult experience. I don't know how to express the feeling. when I stood there with young family I couldn't do much, however I took some photos of the rooms and received the summery after my stay. for proof.

They clean and make up the room everyday. Location is close to Ramachandra hospital and DLF if you are on a business/medical trip. Otherwise it is far from the city. Property is isolated with calm neighbourhood. Many supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

The food - It was horrible. My room access card did not work and everytime I had to call upon the reception to open the door. The car parking space is open. The staffs charged me extra for a simple hair dye stain on their pillow cover. Not blaming them on my fault - if only we could charge them extra for unpleasant smell in the corridors and unclean towels, bed sheets, bathroom closet and floors.

Good and satisfying

The location was quite inside which was calm and as expected. Swami, the hotel manager was so good in his work that he treated us right and also did the expected in the required way. Would love to stay in the hotel when we visit Chennai again.
