PLEASE SEND A FRACTION OF THE EMAILS TO CONFIRM!!!!

Location good. Large on-suite bedroom nice. Upstairs okay, outdoor patio okay, areas under patio tiles “squishy” to walk on. Patio just okay, lattice falling down, maintenance just okay.

Very hot, no ability to lower air to a comfortable level. Dyson air not working. Some wall lamps not working. Netflix and Amazon impossible to find/navigate, not user-friendly at all. Everything a bit dirty/greasy upstairs. The controllers for the TV’s dirty/greasy. Kitchen didn’t feel usable. Even a couple of “welcome” coffee pods for the machine would have been nice, until one could source that models pods.

Superb

Great location just off the center of the Jerico neighborhood. Nice, modern property with plenty of space for our purposes and a pleasant deck space.

It was quite warm in the building and unit, although it cooled down just fine at night with windows open.

very disappointing

it was not clean in fact it needed a very good clean, clothes in drawers, filthy carpets kitchen benches had crumbs on them and chair had strawberry jam. most surfaces dirty. extremely disappointed

I don’t stay

I don’t check in we left in 10 minutes because it is dirty we sent you many emails I want my money back to my card

we don’t like any thing dirty somebody is living there leaving all his underwear and smiling bad no left we have been misaligned

Great for my short stay in Oxford - Central location, good amenities and clean apartment

This apartment was really spacious, modern and clean. The instructions for getting the keys and how to operate certain things were very clear and organised. There was even a folder on the apartment details (though the folder was a bit old) to answer any questions that I had about the electrical equipment in the apartment. The apartment is in a great central location that is not too far from the city centre, nearby attractions (such as colleges) and main bus/train station. Around the Jericho area, there are many restaurants and pubs as well and are good places to go to when the city gets quite crowded. I like that there was a hairdryer and towels, soap and shampoo were provided and neatly presented on the bed. The kitchen had a lot of cups and plates, a nice fridge and some basic seasonings. Really nice touch that the bedrooms and living room had a TV that would be good for Netflix etc and heated flooring in the rooms. The balcony is also nice. Overall, a great place for a short stay as hotels in Oxford can be quite pricey.

Brita water jug and some pots and pans were a little old-looking, could perhaps do with some descaling or replacing. Minor thing but having some tissue boxes around the houses wouldn't hurt.

Exceptional

Brilliant location in Jericho area of Oxford perfect for the wedding we were attending and nearby to numerous shops and restaurants. Also a short 15 minute walk to town centre and sights. Apartment was beautifully presented, very clean and we particularly enjoyed the spaceous living area with balcony where we could enjoy the sunshine. Brilliant stay!

Nice flat in a convenient location.

Very handy location for where I needed to be. Pleasant balcony.

There was an issue with the french windows. Although we tried not to push in the little button, as instructed, it did get knocked when they were closing, so they were stuck shut. I did manage to open them the next day, but we were stuck one hot night with no way to open them. (The underfloor heating, while a nice touch in the cold, did not help when it was so warm, and we couldn't work out how to turn it off!) Finding the keys was quite tricky, as I only had a B&W photo and did not realise that the key safe was padlocked to a bicycle rack. (Perhaps you could add "The key safe is not the one on the wall, but is padlocked to a bike stand" for avoidance of doubt?) I've never seen one like that before and was trying - and failing - to open the one on the wall. Ashton was very kind and helpful when he came out to help, though.

A lovely apartment let down by inattentive upkeep

The apartment is lovely, located on a very quiet street in the Jericho area. It is a duplex - something which the listing does not tell you. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms rooms are located on the first level as you enter the front door and you go up a narrow flight of stairs to a fairly generous living room and compact kitchen. The master bedroom was sizeable and the living area had wonderful sunlight.

I arrived at the apartment at 4pm (an hour later than the 3pm check in time), after waiting around in cafes for most of the day after my flight. To my dismay the apartment had not been cleaned. Very disappointing after a 24-hour journey. Although Neill is listed as the host, it is in fact a company, Pass the Keys, that manages the place. They have a 24-hour phone service for guests which I had to ring three times to get cleaners to come. The service staff were very politely apologetic but it was over an hour before the cleaners finally arrived and cleaned the apartment. The cleaning was cursory and rushed. I later found dirty linen in the washing machine and unwashed plates and cutlery in the dishwasher. The cleaners do their best in what must be a busy schedule but the problem is that there are clearly no checks made by the management. The window ledges were dirty, the sink in the master bedroom was in clear need of plumbing, and equipment was missing remote controls - a TV in the second bedroom with no remote, 3 heating cooling Dyson fans but only 2 remotes, and set of thoroughly chaotic kitchen cupboards full of left over condiments and cleaning equipment; and drawers of cutlery and kitchenware which seemed like they hadn't been cleaned or dusted in a very long time.
