It was perfect. Everything I needed in a safe and ideally situated place.

The location, the ease of access and the style of the property. It had everything I needed including umbrellas! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well kitted out.

There was nothing that I didn't like - it was exactly what I needed and was perfectly situated. I had everything I needed.

Lovely apartment in a central location with parking and food options nearby. We arrived before our agreed upon check in time and our request to drop off luggage was promptly accommodated. Communication with owner during and prior to our stay was excellent. Apartment has everything our family of 4 needed and we especially appreciated use of the washing machine. The apartment has updated kitchen and bathroom facilities and was very clean and well maintained.

Great City centre location

Apartment is well designed and equiped with all necessities for our stay especially if you decided to eat in and not have to go out in the crowds for lunch or dinner. Location is great, right near Westgate shopping precinct with Supermarket at the top of the stairs.

Being in a city centre location you do need to expect late night noise and after a certain hour pretty quiet. The windows closed do block out a lot of the noise.

the apartment was comfortable and bigger than I’d hoped - always hard to tell from photos!

nice and spacious for one person. great location for town and sightseeing.

being above a pub it was a little noisy at night, but not out of hand.

great location. very spacious and clean. loved the welcome package. very nice touch.

it is above a bar. so was quite noisy on the first night. you just can’t have the windows open.

A home from home.

Very well located and comfortable flat. Lovely to get a welcome pack.

The only thing we missed was a full-size baking tray for the oven :) Otherwise excellently equipped.

great location, comfortable and clean

property was well equipped and well located. it has everything needed for a short stay

hot water ran cold and parking to unload was difficult. plenty of nearby parking as we knew none on site but we had a lot of stuff travelling with a new baby. for a couple, this is a non issue. revellers can be quite noisy but this is not in the control of the flat owners.

Nice but you definitely need earplugs!

Apartment was clean, modern. very well equipped, central location

It was incredibly noisy both Friday and Saturday night. Kept us awake a lot of the first night and ruined our day Saturday a little as we were so tired. We had to buy earplugs andthen it was better Saturday night but only because we had earplugs in. The windows didnt seem very good at keeping noise out. Not sure if they were double glazed.

the location is amazing, right next to the park and ride bus stops and easy access to walk to anything in the city centre. apartment is very spacious.

it was quite loud outside on the Saturday night but other than that nothing! and I suppose that’s what you get staying so central.

great location in centre of town, flat has everything you need, easy to get there and get keys, responsive and helpful owner, clean, comfy and spacious

entirely to be expected due to location but make sure you bring earplugs for late night weekend revelry outside

We had a great time in our stay. And Caroline our host was amazing she helped me with my parking and made us feel comfortable when we stayed at urban living. Would definitely be booking and coming down again and I would recommend to others to go as well. The shops are local nice get away!

This was a very enjoyable stay - apartment allowed us to do all we wanted over the break

Main room excellent - both size and cleanliness. Customer support was very helpful. Welcome pack was very welcome indeed.

One minor quibble - one small sachet of shower gel (same for shampoo) not really enough for two over two days.

Excellent location.

Location is great. We stayed as a family of four adults and the apartment is roomy enough.

There was a problem with the shower. We couldn't use this because it was impossible to regulate the temperature (too hot) so had to use the shower over the bath, which was less than ideal. I appreciate that as we were only staying 2 nights this was difficult to sort whilst we were there. Hopefully this has been fixed for subsequent guests.
