Viena no skaistākajām viesnīcām, kur esam bijuši, Itālijā.

Ļoti karaliski apartamenti, skaists interjers. Istabiņā pieejams viss nepieciešamais. Vienas no labākajām brokastīm kādas ēstas Itālijā. Pretimnākošs personāls (brokastīs ieradāmies pēdējā brīdī, tomēr sieviete mums atnesa paredzēto maltīti). Blakus naktsmītnei ir tuvākie restorāni, veikaliņi, apskates objekti un iespējams izbrauciens ar gondolu uzreiz kā izej no viesnīcas.

Very good hotel at reasonable price in the heat of Venice

This hotel is located in the very heart of old Venice, and it is therefore quite ideal for anyone who wishes to reach the main monuments and museums in just a few minutes walk. The room was a bit small but overall comfortable and quiet, and in general everything was fine. Breakfast was very generous and delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Venice.

Considering the price and the constraints of running a hotel in the centre of Venice, there is nothing I actually disliked about this hotel.

We felt this was the perfect location and hotel to stay at for our first visit to Venice!

Perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to all the sights and activities. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel comfortable and staff provided an amazing breakfast. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Totally enjoyable place to stay ,great room with perfect Venetian view

On the 1st night the breakfast wasn't available due to staff holidays, they made up for it with a nice bottle of prosecco in our room and the next day breakfast was lovely and served with a smile

we just enjoyed the whole experience,to change anything would make it a different Hotel

Superbe endroit, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Très bien placé, à 2 pas de la place Saint-Marc, pas loin du vaporetto pour l'aéroport/gare/gare routière. Gondoles sous les fenêtres, plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Chambre propre, spacieuse, insonorisée, salle de bain pareille. Chauffage, volets, plusieurs prises. Petit-déjeuner très bon et copieux, il y a une base et chaque matin une surprise différente (beignets, gâteaux, sucré et salé) sans compter que le personnel est avenant et serviable.

Pas d'ascenseur.

Unbeatable location. Glamorous room, balcony over a canal complete with gondolas. Massive tasty breakfast.

Help with the bags up to our room, but then again didn't ask.

Would recommend

Staff is friendly. Location is perfect! Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, the Rialto bridge, Grand canal, and many other things. The room was clean and well maintained.

There are zero elevators in this hotel. Be prepared to walk up many flights of stairs to your room with your luggage. Also, we were under the impression that breakfast was included when it wasn't. We felt it was a bit overpriced, but still a nice place to stay.

amazing place to stay and visit with your loved one

Excellent hotel, the best breakfast I had in Europe ever, and value for money. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. the breakfast service was amazing and at night the restaurant was buzzing with Venetian vibes and the food was amazing Would love to stay there again the location is awesome and it puts you in the heart of Venice walking distance to all major attractions the gondolas outside the window made it super cool

nothing really bad to say about the hotel or the staff, to be honest. I will definitely stay there again.

Affordable and comfortable

The location was super good. The room has a comfortable beef, hair drier, towels, and it is clean. It was not a luxurious stay but we have no complaints.

The building is very old, and it shows. Some pieces of furniture look pretty worn. There is no water boiler in the room, nor water. In spite of that, everything works fine and the room is comfortable, maybe just a bit too small.

A perfect spot in the heart of Venice!

The location of Al Gazzettino was unmatched. We were close to everything (it was a bit of distance from the train station, but that was easily solved with the water taxi). Aside from that, we were in easy walking distance from all that Venice has to offer. From our room's window, we could watch the gondolas going by (it was magical!). There were wonderful restaurants everywhere. But one of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast!! Oh my goodness - it was amazing. We were provided everything you could dream of. We still talk about it. Grazie!!

For a only night...was ok

The breakfast was nice, but not spectacular.

I knew the room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Nothing to say. But the room overlooked walls only. Yes it was a quiet street. The bathroom has nothing to do with the wonderful photo shown on Booking.com. The toilet next to the shower, the hand basin, the bidet without use, as well as the towels of no quality, the face towels were tea towels. I do not recommend the room on the 4th floor at all.

A very pretty room and very good staff

Great staff, helpful and accommodating. Room was lovely - just like the pictures. Good coffee too.

Not a negative, but guests should note this is not a hotel with any amenities to speak of - check the details on the website. There is no bar. The restaurant is borrowed for breakfast only. There is no gym or any other facilities and the reception area is tiny.
