Un tres estrellas que debería ser un dos estrellas

Estupenda ubicación al lado de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

No limpian las habitaciones a su hora. Un día dejaron la habitación sin limpiar. Cama incómoda, colchones muy viejos. La puerta del baño es de cristal y no da intimidad. Tiene tres estrellas, pero le sobra una. Es un dos estrellas.

Bella sorpresa a Valencia

Posizione ottima, vicino all’Oceanografico ed al museo delle Scienze. Collegato benissimo con i mezzi. Ha un centro commerciale sotto l’edificio con palestra e diversi ristoranti e bar.

Non sono molto attenti alla pulizia della stanza. Non puliscono i pavimenti quotidianamente, per esempio.

Excellent, on se sent très bien au Ilunion Aqua 3 🤩

L’emplacement est super bien, rapport qualité prix excellent, les chambres calmes et très confortables, très propre. Le personnel très sympathique et réactif. Un excellent séjour, je reviendrai à nouveau en famille ☺️

Für einen Städtetrip völlig ok.

Saubere Badezimmer, saubere Zimmer, allg. guter Zustand des Hotels.

Das Frühstück ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Eventuell auch eher spanisch ausgelegt. Viel Kuchen und Süßes, Rührei aus Pulver, Instant Kaffee der nichts mit Kaffee zu tun hat und nachgelegt wurde auch nur zaghaft. Die Möbel in der Lobby sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ein kleiner Pool wäre auch nett!

Bueno, aunque modificaría las puertas de los baños en las habitaciones.

Atención del personal. Ubicación. Que acepten mascotas. Parking cómodo. Desayuno completo en un lugar muy limpio y bien atendido. Hemos viajado 3 adultos con nuestra mascota (una perra de 17 kg). La atención excelente al igual que su ubicación. No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en un Hotel Ilunion.

Lo que vimos como detalle negativo a destacar, es la puerta del baño en la habitación. Más pequeña que el vano que la contiene, por lo cual, la privacidad se ve comprometida. Es algo molesto, al menos a nuestro criterio. La solución, del punto de vista de diseño y continuando con el mismo tipo de abertura corredera suspendida sobre guía, sería o bien incrementar unos 10 cms de cada lado en la hoja de la puerta o, en su defecto, colocar un artilugio en los laterales del vano que bien podrían ser unas placas de algún material opaco, perpendiculares a la misma. El baño es un lugar muy íntimo y por tanto, no puede comprometerse dicha intimidad.

Ideal para visitar la Ciudad de la Ciencia

El hotel es moderno, con habitaciones amplias. La cama era cómoda. Edtá ubicado muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Ciencias y del Ocenográfico y lejos del centro de la ciudad, aunque hay muchas opciones de transporte.

La habitación tenía poco espacio de guarda de ropa, apenas un perchero estilo moderno. Carecía de heladera, que en verano debe ser fundamental.

O frigobar apenas funcionava na nossa presença e quando voltávamos estava todo molhado vazando! Acho que cha e cafe devem estar disponíveis o tempo todo! Sao itens baratos e de conforto, como a agua com limão que fica disponível na entrada. Fi doente e precisei de um cha quente para tomar um remedio e me cobraram 2,50 euros. Estes foram os únicos inconvenientes! De resto tudo perfeito, atendimento, atenção e cortesia dos funcionários, localização, conforto etcc

Fantastic location for a quick city break.

Fantastic location for a quick city break. Easy to reach from the airport, walking distance to the aquarium. Many places around to do shopping and eat out.

Very close to the aquarium.

Very close to the aquarium, hotel is above the shopping centre, in the evening you can go shopping and have food there. Breakfast is good too.

Wish there was a kettle in the room but not really big deal.

One of the nicest city hotels we have stayed in.

Perfect location, the mall beneath the hotels was such a convenient thing to have, with great transport links to the city and beaches Malvarrosa and Cabanyal.

I would do it again.

Location, breakfast the room were excellent. We visited Valencia on foot :), and I can say that a lot was near the hotel (if you like walking). Shops and restaurants and fitness centers are within the same building (a shopping mall), which is very convenient. Access from and to the airport, by Metro, was very easy as well.

Access to the reception was a bit strange due to positioning in a complex building and poor signage.

Superb

The hotel was close to the Aqua Multiespacio shopping centre and the Valencia’s City of Art and Sciences and the Oceanographic Park. There are bus stops nearby and some nice cafes. We (3 friends) stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were basic and simple but comfortable. Staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and also booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning.

Basic, but very good breakfast. Basic room but it has everything you need. Very good location, very nice staff. Neat and tidy room.

We missed having a refrigerator in the room.

An overpriced accommodation that needs attention.

it had a nice vibe and seemed to in a great location.

The Bed was supposed to be a full bed, based on my election when booking. It was supposed to be a different room. I picked this place for the amenities and they ability to use the gym. Although, advertised, there is no pool or gym. The toilet didn’t full function. Only the large button flushed but you have to push it a few times. the drain in the bath tub did not work, and the shower was leaking at the base so the pressure was terrible. The TV did not function well. Only one of the TV channels worked, the other 3 channels where just a green screen with voices. it’s clean enough, but nothing spectacular. Dust everywhere and the floor could use a better sweeping. I felt the need to clean before unpacking, it wasn’t terrible, but could definitely be way cleaner. I paid $160 USD for this? Although the staff offered me breakfast, they wouldn’t adjust the price for the quality. Really I don’t want breakfast and would prefer to some money back to match the quality.

Room was clean.

We asked for a quiet room and we were giving one in front of two lifts and it was pretty noisy. The room didn't have a fridge, didn't have a kettle, no tea or coffee. They had a TV but it was an old one with local channels. The room looked bigger and modern in picture but in real it was very small, very basic. It is more a budget hotel with high prices.The only positive was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.

Pleasant stay for a short trip

Pleasant staff, clean and with a nice view (from the 5th floor)

The room is very small, no much privacy when in the bathroom, the shower was partially broken, only shampoo/body wash was provided. No noise from other rooms but unfortunately you can hear everything that happens outside the door. The location is close to La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias but 40/50 minutes by walk from city centre and beaches.
