The stay was excellent, but the noise of the rooms above was not good due to the poor insulation. The staff was very cooperative and comfortable in their style and dealings. Thank you for everything.

Not bad but for one time

Good location at the begging of the beach Nice rooms Bed shits are very white and clean

Uncomfortable very long corridors to the room and to the swimming pool Breakfast not bad but not various for 4 stars hotel On the picture you can not understand that your window is just in front of the wall plus not a nice street view Very hot swimming pool terrace because of the second floor and closed by the building

Tais oleme käinud 14 aastat. Patongi rannas 9 korda, sellest 7 korda ööbinud Nap Patong Hotellis.

esimest korda sattus meie toa kohale elama teismeliste lastega paar. lapsed jooksid hilisööni toas ringi ja mängisid palli. soovitan edaspidi anda lastega paaridele esimese korruse toad.

Es geht besser

Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr schön. Die Gegend allerdings nicht, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Von Patong kann ich nur abraten. Da Hotel liegt gut und der Lärm hält sich in Grenzen. Die Pool area hat nicht so gut gefallen, ebenso gab es keinen wirklichen Aufenthaltsbereich der schön.

Für 50€ die Nacht wären angebracht, mehr allerdings für Thailand nicht

Big room, nice pool, good breakfast

Fact that hotel is on two blocks, and it was not clear that second block has no view on pool. Day light was so dim and needed lamps even during the day.

beautiful stay in a popular location

beautiful staff, clean and well kept facilities. lots to do around the hotel but also felt secluded and quiet considering it is in a busy location. favourite place we have stayed in at phuket so far.

room service was forgotten about, call through the phone don’t book on the app.

A relaxing stay in a crazy town, would highly recommend Nap Patong

Big balcony with sofa, pool towels and robes. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very clean. Good breakfast, lots of variety. Lovely pool area. Easy to walk to beach and busy areas but far enough out that it’s in a quiet location.

Quite new hotel, amazing staff, close to everything

1. I think the cover and pillows on the balcony needed to be changed at least once a week 2. there were many midges and larvae under cover of balcony’s sofa 3. this time I rented 2-floor apartment, but definitely I recommend install a shower on the second floor.

Very good

Nap Patong was located close to all necessities and walking distance to plenty of food and bars. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were great and well maintained. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very good

Great room and location. Polite staff with very good room service. Would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again

WIFI reception could have been better and on a couple of occasions actual didn't work.

Lovely clean hotel in good location but breakfast not great experience

Good location, beautiful and facilities in villa. Nicely designed, good villa pool. comfortable beds, great storage.

Aircon switched off but very noisy during night. Breakfast poor. Long queue for hot drinks, uncomfortable low seating, many item not replenished and few staff.

lovely Morden hotel，but for our payment overcharged

good location，nice bar，nice roof garden& swimming pool，nice staff

we've got a room not in the main building，called light room？ without view，small bath room。 which cost 5580 thb，quite overcharged 。
