Very disappointed

Location was very good

Facilities. Bed very uncomfortable. Front door appears to have been broken a few times and did not look very secure. First impressions were poor. Appears dirty and not well maintained. As for the trains and underground noise I feel that it should be a warning when booking. I appreciate the hotel is close to the station but every 10 mins until after midnight and early morning. No sleep possible

Value for money as the room was not that expensive and is very close to Kings Cross ststion. Good for bag packers

We didnt stay as it was abysmally unclean and stank of pi*s

We arrived and rang tge doorbell, nobody came so i foned the owner who quizzed me like a policeman. Someine then answered the door(20 mins later). We were then greeted by an unclean and smelly foyer and was told our room was on the 2bd floor and given a room number, we figured out where ut was and went inside ..the bed rocked from side to side, the window didnt open, the view was if a train line eith trains passing every 20 - 15 mins, the toilel smellt lime itd never been cleaned, the sink plug was covered in scum and hair and shower drain was clogged with who knows what. We didnt stay , i booked another hotel closer to the west end and we left.

Helpful staff, good location, great value for money👍

We were checking in late at night, and the very nice reception lady was waiting for us after her shift finished - it was really kind. The location is great and its a good value for money. The room has a kettle with tea bags and coffee, shampoo, soap and shower gel and tv.

There was only one pillow for both of us. The bathroom had a leak but didn’t really bother us. And it can get quite noisy with the train station nearby, but to be honest it’s nice and quiet from midnight till early morning.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Nothing. Very poor.

Broken window in room when arrived. Dirty bed sheet. Bathroom shower has poor sealant, missing tile, shelf was damaged and would not straighten to put things on. TV had no reception. Extremely disappointed and want a full refund.

There is nothing that I like.

Like in same hotel review, some body has given like 6 months ago regarding toilet water leakage in basement room but the situation is the same as I got the same room, insect were running in bedroom and on the table, bathroom cum toilet's door was unable to close inside, portable bath tub's side door was broken , unable to close due to that all water comes out side, not recommended at all even if you are getting at very cheaper rate, don't book please

Small but not terrible

Good location for us as was close to the St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. Staff were very friendly, check in and check out was very easy, facility was clean.

Unfortunately, we didn't realise the motel was right beside an opening to the underground railroad. This was very loud and shook the room, which made it difficult to sleep. The shower in our room didn't drain very well either and would flood the shower, so we could only have it set to half water pressure. There was also no room service between nights, and the rooms were very small. TV didn't work very well either

didn’t look very clean, furniture was very damaged, there was a random water bottle shoved in the cupboard under the sink? along side a towel that was screwed up on top of it so we just left it. the shower had mould growing and the shower looked like it had been turned on while we were out of the room because the floor was soaked which was strange?

Quite expensive for what you get. Thankfully the location is good for a quick stop.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and also water dripping from the light which is very concerning and quite dangerous to be honest!!

The drains in the shower where cloacked with hair told the staff said they were gonna fix it and didnt, we couldnt shower without the water spilling everywhere. It was disguisting and unhyginic.

Unfit for purpose

The hotel or should I say hovel, water running down the inside walls of the room, no fire alarm, no health and safety, no fire doors, doors proped open with tubs of paint, dirty, unfit for purpose. We refused to stay.

Just Horrible, we left after one night. worst nights sleep in my life

There is nothing positive to say about the hotel.

Everything was bad. It was dirty, when you laid on the bed you could feel something on the sheets like it wasn’t clean and full of sand. there was a kettle, but no cups provided. It’s super old looking and run down. you can hear the trains every time they come in to kings cross station

Daisy is a great budget hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is also very clean. The price is by far the best deal in London. I would highly recommend Daisy to anyone looking for a great place to stay on a budget.

Nothing refused to stay. .

Have requested a full refund with compensation due to hotel not being fit for staying in. Building.fill of.damp, fire doors wedged open, door unable.to close dirty, marks on.walls and curtains, bare plaster, broken furniture just to mention a few.
