とても良い思い出になりました

チェックイン時からフロントの方の雰囲気がとても良かったです。希望では、展望の良い部屋をとリクエストしていたのですが本当に景色の良い部屋でとても嬉しかったです(天気はあいにくの雨でしたが…) 今度は天気の良い日にまたリベンジしたいですコーヒーバーも美味しかったです。また泊まりに行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

テレビ下の机にコンセントくちが1つしかなかったのが少し不便でした

Elegant hotel in a fantastic location

I loved everything about this hotel. It is in an excellent location near the Kinshicho station. There are abundant eateries, markets and shops nearby that are never boring. The hotel is in a wonderful building, with two vibrant pubs and cafe, as well as a convenient 711. It is a very cheerful setting such that it made my two months' stay in Tokyo a wonderful experience. I had the wide single, with a large bed as well as a couch; and a lovely view of the city and the train station. I enjoyed watching the sun rise and set each day; and look down at the commuters as they awaited their trains. I also enjoyed watching the trains go by throughout the day. It was a very relaxing scene to see how the world revolves around commuters.

Superb

The location is fantastic, it's across from Kinshicho station, where you can choose JR or Tokyo Metro. The room was small but breakfast buffet was excellent and fun. Compared to the hotels in the center of Tokyo (Ginza/Tokyo station/Shibuya), the cost performance is excellent. Perfect for tourists.

Even though the breakfast quality was good, they served the same items every day. They need to mix things up.

It’s a good option for traveling on budget

View is great but room is just fine. Subway literally downstairs, traffic is surprisingly convenient.

Room service is only provided every 3 nights. I know it’s for sustainability but actually not really satisfying for people who want to stay longer.

exceptional value for price, 10mins train outside tokyo

very spacious room with high rise sunny views, so much better than the cramped dungeon in shinjuku.. loads of shops in the area

need to take a short train ride 10mins, to get to any tourist sites

this has become one of our favorite hotels in Tokyo.

our twin room with a sofa had a great view of the Skytree. very conveniently located. most days we just took the elevator to the subway below the hotel. breakfast buffet on the 4th floor is excellent.

Great value for money for the location, size of room and access to everything.

Just wanted a place close to where I was meeting some friends so this hotel was perfect. Was extremely happy with the size of the room for the price in Tokyo. Was super quiet being so high too. Hotel starts from the 4th floor as the first floors are shops and I think there was a cinema too. 7-Eleven is on the 1st floor which is really convenient.

Superb

Definitely met the standards for Japanese cleanliness. There were a number of shops and restaurants on the lower floors. Just a little pricier than other hotels I've stayed in.

Especially as a gaijin, have all your COVID paperwork on your person. By sheer miracle I had my latest test on me.

Very comfortable hotel. Convenient to many eatery and shopping.

Location is very near train station with connecting underpass. There is a 7-11 just at the 1st level, very convenient. Lots of eating places around and nearby the hotel.

Lobby is at Level 4, sometimes take a while for the lift to reach you.

Room ok but access to breakfast a problem

Clean and quiet.

Room on the small side but ok. Biggest problem was breakfast. Paid for breakfast but the wait to enter the buffet was 15 to 30 minutes. With places to visit and train schedules to meet, didn’t have time to eat breakfast. When I complained, staff was nice but made no effort to fix. Essentially, it was my problem, not theirs. Yes, I could get up earlier so that there was time for breakfast but I shouldn’t have to do that after paying $185 for the room and $13 for the meal. Not a good way to start the day nor a good way for the hotel to make an impression.

Clean neat tidy and reasonable price...park nearby...and near the client.

Clean neat and tidy...but check in only from 3pm...and they keep you sitting in the corridor. Poor western style breakfast.
