Lovely people and fab food!

Beautifully done, wonderful helpful staff and lovely food!

Bathroom didn’t have a shower ( only held attachment) really hard to wash my long hair. ( very conscious I was soaking the floor! ) So just to be aware, when you book ask as I’m sure some rooms do have.

Really enjoyed our stay. If we come back to the new forest would stay again

Location was perfect, room was lovely and staff were really friendly and helpful. Highlight was the gardens which our dogs (and us) absolutely loved. Dinner in the restaurant was really good food and reasonably priced

Breakfast food was average for the price of the hotel. Also very specific but as a dog friendly hotel it would have been helpful to have a poo bin or something similar on site

A friendly and comfortable place to stay, with a very good chef.

A lovely restful place to spend 3 nights. The staff are very courteous and efficient and the food extremely good. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

The bedrooms are a little tired and worn at the edges. The bedding was crisp and clean, as was the bathroom, but the wooden floor seemed a little dusty.

Such a relaxing stay away with beautiful gardens.

One of the best stays away we have had in a long time. The staff are so attentive & engaging. Breakfast was set in a lovely dining room & ordered & served at your table. The location was ideal for getting around the New Forest.

Fabulous short stay at a lovely Manor

Had a really lovely short stay at The Manor. Tim and the team looked after us extremely well. Rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable, and the beds and pillows were very cosy and relaxing. We had a fabulous evening meal, with very little notice given by ourselves, so thanks v much for fitting us in Tim and team. Excellent breakfast and the grounds and terrace were very nice places to chill and relax, would (and will hopefully) definitely return.

our room was isolated attic and it was not clean and beautiful. that room needs refurbish. the bath room doesn't have any shelf to put toiletary things.

The breakfast was wide ranging catering for all tastes and requirements. Brought speedily and hot. The room was sizeable as was the bathroom. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable

The food wasn’t up to standard, very bland. Our room was at the very top of the stairs with no lift, we had a “cosy” room which we wouldn’t recommend.

beautiful hotel in the middle of the nee forest!

the whole property was beautiful. really lovely period features, original sash windows and the most beautiful stained glass roof on the 1st floor. the staff were excellent and soo very professional.

the bed was a little too soft for us but that’s personal preference and not something that we would mark it down for.

would definitely recommend, great location for the forest walks and two nice local pubs. Awesome breakfast!

plenty of parking, easy booking in and out, lovely decor. Tim greeted us at the reception, bar and at breakfast, great guy and couldn’t do enough for us and other guests to make our stay as pleasant as possible. would definitely recommend.
