Amazing cottage, comfortable, clean, homely, well equipped, spacious, child friendly,

The cottage was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, homely, comfortable and excellent value for money . The location is quiet but so much to see and do in the local area. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all that a cook would need and the cottage is very child friendly (not that we needed it to be) with toys, chair etc. There is a good sized garden and plenty of off street parking. The benefit of no stairs was fabulous for my older relatives, alongside an ensuite shower with a seat. Overall, very impressed indeed. Thanks Jenny and Ian for providing such a beautiful holiday home

A lovely cottage in a quiet village set in the beautiful New Forest, with great hosts.

We loved the location and facilities. The kids had great fun with the table tennis table.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful location!

Oak Tree cottage exceeded our expectations - it was immaculately clean, spacious and well located. Jenny & Ian are wonderful, responsive hosts. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a break in the New Forest.

It was perfect for us. We'd be happy to bring other members of our family, including children.

We liked the way a timeless charm had been designed into every detail... while providing all of the modern conveniences we expected. The bathrooms and shower were excellent. so was the huge kitchen/dining room. The lounge was a perfect size. And the conservatory added more room and comfort. The Kitchen was superbly resourced. The beds were comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, towels etc. We loved being in a tiny hamlet, surrounded by fields and ponies. Restaurants, excellent pubs, places to visit, shopping... all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

We would have liked a stronger wifi signal, since we wanted to stay in touch with family via WhatsApp. And searching on the internet was a little slow at times. We had to learn to be a little patient.

Superb

Oak Tree Cottage was very clean & comfortable. It was very well equipped & the hosts Jenny & Ian were very good - great communication prior to & during our stay.

The only 2 things we would comment on were that we found the pillows on the beds a little hard, also, the men would have liked bigger bath towels. However, these are just tiny observations!

Kitchen was great as was high chair All very comfortable

Beds were framed and my sons and husband over 6ft so feet hit the frame and uncomfortable. Also need king size not double and single beds too cramped in room .

Beautiful Cottage in a Lovely Location on the New Forest. Excellent!

The location of the cottage on the New Forest. Easy Access to tour the area. The cottage was very roomy and well equiped with everything we needed and more..... Lovely garden to relax in and 3 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen with dining table was a large space and this cottage would be great for a family. Lots of books and games. BBQ. Lots of outdooor seating. A Home from Home. The location is very close to Lymington and all the small villages around the New Forest. We walked from the cottage one day onto the New Forest. Would definately recommend this and would return again if ever in the area.

We got caught in the downpour one day and arrived home soaked so could have done with more towels.

Well equipped cottage, spacious, excellent kitchen, very clean, attention to details, indoor games for kids, big tidy garden, quiet location, easy to communicate with host, pony visitors

Amazing place

Amazing place, such a beautiful area. We used this as a location for a short film and the owners were very understandable and helpful. Lovely people and a lovely place to stay.
