Vergognoso. Non vendibile. La gioia dei Nas. Booking perché?

Struttura fatiscente e sporca. Carta da parati staccata, buchi sul muro, muffa nella doccia, frigo rotto poggiato su un mobile. Arredi di formica rotta e gonfiata dall'umidità. Scarafaggi vivi e morti nella stanza. Materasso con le molle anni 50 e lenzuola bucate. 'Aria condizionata' a 27 gradi non modificabili che partiva a singhiozzo.

Situato a pochi passi da uno degli angoli più belli di Genova, ne porta persino il nome con disonore.

Odore di fumo, arredi fatiscenti, sporco, non a norma antiincendio.

Better than expected after reading the reviews.

We had the room with balcony and a spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and spoke some english. The Hotel is a bit dated, but somehow has already a cool retro charme. Breakfast was okay with Coffee, Croissant, Toast, Cornflakes and Juice. Just one hears the noises of neighbours as walls are thin between rooms. just 5 or 10 Minutes to the small beach and 15 min walk to Sturla railway station. Room was clean.

The walls between rooms are thin and one can hear the television of the neighbour. The bed was a bit soft and slightly worn.

Its a cosy place to stay and good value for money.

The staff was friendly. They lend me the phone charger for my stay and let me stay longer,before leaving. The place is very close to a nice promenade to walk and quiet a few cafe around.

Most of the staff dont talk in English. The rooms walls very thin.

Good location, close to the bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us check in early and helped us park our van in a secure location.

Riom was a bit small, but it was the right value for the money.

Overall, it was a good stay and i don't think you can find anything better for such price.

Staff were very friendly and kind, they come in every day to make the beds, replace used soaps and towels. It's not expensive and it's relatively close to the Boccadasse Beach. It's also close to a bus station which leads to the city center. It also has parking spots outside so it's not a problem if you're traveling via car.

Although most of the room was clean, there were some uncleaned parts, such as drawers and a few corners. The WC was clean but there were black bits between the tiles. There were also some fluid stains on one of the walls. The whole hotel is a little outdated, looks like 80s hotel.

We liked the location of the hotel

The hotel was pricy and there was no breakfast included in the room rate. We asked the hotel clerk for some food tips in the area and he wasn’t helpful at all.

Great for an overnight stay.

Lovely restaurant next door with an awesome waiter. Food was delicious. Hotel needs some work, but it was OK for overnight.

Friendly, little value hotel in a local neighborhood

Staff was nice. I was missing a person in my booking and they still accommodated us with a fair extra fee. It was pouring when we checked out and they helped us book a reasonably priced taxi. They offered us coffee/breakfast while we waited even though the breakfast bar was already closed. Had a mini fridge in the room. Close to quite a few restaurants frequented by locals and a bus stop that goes directly to the train station.

The furnishings were a little outdated (bathroom racks were rusty, the bidet was a bit wonky, the bed slid because it did not have grips on the legs, and the cabinet above the bed was a bit wobbly)There was no AC, just a fan (which sufficed).

Price was not high compared to other hotels last minute and free parking space was included. Urinare in bathroom

There was no Control for AC. Very few power outlets in the room. No lock in the bathroom. Staff could do english a bit better, but And small thing but irritating. Key was very heavy and big, so when walking in the city it was too noticeable.

Good place in a nice location, with parking on site. Good value for money.

Parking was available on site, the room was cozy, the man in charge when we arrived helped us with the luggage.

Breakfast could use some updating, it's pretty poor.

Good location

Friendly staff. Good place with a private parking. A sweet and old architecture Albergo. Excellent location near the beach and restaurants. Breakfast included with an excellent coffee.
