Die Anbindung an die Tiefgarage mit der Möglichkeit den Alltagsbedarf zu decken, die Aussicht, die kleine Küche mit der praktischen Einrichtung. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die Freundlichkeit der Bewohner, die Nähe zur Messe Luzern…

Not happy

I liked that it was close to a bus stop and grocery shop

It was noisey above or beside me through the wall or ceiling. I hated the shower... its curtain wasn't wide enough and couldn't stop the water going out. One of the lights in the lounge flickered... and the one above sink didn't go at all. The curtain was not attached at the right hand side, hook broken. There was no top sheet for the bed. Not much cutlery and no bottle opener. Pretty cheap kitchen items. And not very good towels. Not that picky usually, but this was disappointing. Not sufficient light above bed either.

overall it was nice and comfortable stay.

It was far from city center but the location was good and close to train and bus stop small kitchen with sufficient cookware for basic cooking was available.

the bathroom was small there was curtain for separating the bath area and it caused water spillover outside the bath area. check in was delayed as room was not cleaned up in time for check in and we had wo wait for 40 mins.

Great place

It was one of the cleanest properties ever. And there was a view of the mountains from the room. It had everything we needed. Good walks straight out the door and shopping nearby.

There was smell in room and bathroom. Didnt receive any Transport vouchers. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Great stay

Great location for a stay when having an event at Messe Luzern. Easy key collection. Lots of amenities and the kitchen was well equipped.

Probably our best stay to date in all of our trips around Europe so far.

Location, amenities, and how clean and cozy it felt like; truly good value for money.

None. Maybe the small shower area. But other than that, perfectly good stay for us 3 overall.

Close to bus station, supermarket in the building next door, well equipped kitchen.

No wooden floor, the first time I see concrete on the floor, it feels cold on the floor. The window does not open, no matter how well the ventilation works, you feel it when you cook in the kitchen. The shower cabin is a curtain, the drain from the bathroom is only in the shower cabin, after the shower we had to collect the water that flowed into the room. Not very well maintained, rusty faucet, dirty curtains.

Enjoyable stay

Even though it is not located at the central district, it’s location is pretty convenient with the direct bus from train station. The room has mountain view and is clean. It has kitchenware and even coffee machine, which makes the stay feels like home. Also, the washing machine and dryer is free for use. The staff is very responsive.

The bathroom gets wet easily after shower. Need to be careful to control the water. Contacted the staff and they responded quickly and provided us with extra towels the next day.

Great location and room to stay

The room is big enough for our family. It was clean with a lot of utensils available for our usage. The host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Will definitely suggest to family & friends

We have kids who plays in the bathroom. Because there is no water drain in the bathroom besides the one in the shower, the water flows out of the bathroom into the room

Location not so convenient. No aircon in the room. Microwave oven not working and no one to report to because office was closed. No make up room (e.g jo change of towels).

Nice studio not too far from Luceren

Full equipments in the kitchen, near by supermarket. Not far a way from Lucerne. Washing machine and dryer in basement free of use.

Shower tray and curtains are too small a lot off water came out on the floor after yiu done with bath.

The toilet was completely clogged.Since we were tourists it was unfair to have to spend that amount of time in sweeping the rooms
