Showers get EXTREMELY hot

Super friendly staff and comfortable cozy beds. Breakfast every morning is great. Views of Fitzroy are awesome. Never had to wait for a bathroom.

I actually burned myself quite badly from the hot water in the shower (the showers are very small and I wasn't able to get out of the way by the time I realized the water was too hot). There's no signage to be careful with the hot water. Just be extra precautious. The building itself is somewhat far away (about 15 to 20 minutes walking) away from the main trailheads. Otherwise the stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place despite the burn.

disappointing stay

cold and unwelcoming staff who would not give any tips or recommandations about the surroundings or trails. Basic breakfast (bad coffee and orange juice compared to any other place we went in el chalten), curtains in the room which do not block the light from the street during night time. The room and bathroom were clean but not done on the last day, and eventually we had a disturbing incident concerning a “misunderstanding” with the amount to pay for the room (was it a misunderstanding though?) with a very unprofessional and aggressive receptionist. We felt uncomfortable there and would recommend to stay somewhere else if there are still availabilities, to enjoy the beauty of el chalten and the surroundings.

Perfectly lovely spot in El Chalten.

Great location (no need to drive to get to town) and VERY clean rooms/shared ablutions, which is rare!

Breakfast could be more varied, and it’s a bit noisy as walls are thin.

A lovely, quiet, clean, and warm stay! They have water (hot and room temp) always readily available, as well as a little fridge in which you can store items. Note that a kitchen/microwave isn’t available. Breakfast is simple, but great. Their coffee is quite good. Wifi was good/stable enough to do a voice call, browse, and watch YouTube videos.

We loved staying here! Its a very cute blue house and close to everything. The beds were super comfortable so we slept really well here. We woke up with view of the Fitz Roy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Under-rated!

Cute. The photos do not do it justice! Very charming B&B. Just what you need for a short stay in Chalten. Easy walk to town, bus and trailheads. Good continental breakfast. We arrived early and left late and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Bnb, lovely bright spacious room, everywhere kept super clean. Great staff and well run. Breakfast is basic. Perfect place to come back to after long hikes in the mountains.

Quiet corner of town, lovely staff, wonderful views of Fitzroy and very clean and tidy :)

Thin walls so if you are unlucky to have noisy room neighbours, make sure to bring ear plugs

The place is conveniently located: 5-min walk from the bus terminal, 5-7 minutes to the bars, cafes and restaurants. The area is very quiet. The hotel has a beautiful view over the mountains. In fact, if you’re lucky with the weather, you can have breakfast with the view over Mount Fitzroy. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. I had a shared bathroom, but it was free every time. The room was rather comfortable.

Clean, simple with some frills for a comfortable stay.

Good location, you can see the fitz roy on a clear day. Good breakfast, we met many interesting and well-traveled travellers there. Very clean too! The host also gave us many good recommendations.

No choice for attached bathroom. The 2nd floor showers were really small and not ideal for showering because the taps for hot and cold are difficult to adjust.

Overall ok, but I think there are better choices in town

The staff are a bit cold and remote and doesn't want to offer advice. I guess they don't want to take any responsibilities of poor advice. They keep asking you to go to the tourist office. The breakfast is really basic.
