por circunstancias ajenas épico... horrible... aparte pague 5 noches nos tuvimos que retira

El desayuno todo tenía sabor a aceite... los budines... tortas de manzana.... la sra y el muchacho divinos pero la pastelería... el jugo de naranjas de sobre y aguado.

Prima hotel

Het was bestwel dichtbij veel toeristische plaatsen. En vanaf hier was heel veel goed beloop baar. Ook het hotel kon ons geld wisselen dus dat was erg makkelijk.

Het ontbijt was karig. Had meer van verwacht. Ook de kamer was kleiner dan dat ik had gedacht. Ook vooraf had ik aangegeven omdat het mijn huwelijksreis was of er wat extra's kon maar daar is geen gehoor aan gegeven.

Buena estancia en grupo

En pleno centro de recolecta, el personal y las instalaciones muy bien. Descansamos y pasamos unos buenos días en el centro de la ciudad.

El desayuno es mejorable aunque no está del todo mal.

No se les ocurra equivocarse yendo a este sitio q es de 1 estrella con tarifa de hotel de eatrellas

Las fotos en booking son de OTRA epoca de ese hotel. Cuando tuvo esplendor. Hoy en dia, muy decadente.

La recepcion con mobiliario en muy mal estado. No se parece en la realidad a lo publicado. Lo mismo el siti9 de tomar los alimentos. El ascensor es vetusto. La pintura de las paredes del cuarto sucia, el baño en mal estado. Ruidosa la habitación. Nos sentimos tan mal, q al dia sgte salimos huyendo y nos alojamos en el NH CITY por la misma tarifa (ojo) y desayuno bufet incluido. (Ojo) Recomiendo el NH CITY Buenos Aires.

Not so much to say, good location, bad breakfast

1. Location is good. 2. Let’s say that the bed is ok.

1. Elevators, old elevators that are very slow 2. The door card sensor, not working at all as it should be 3. Breakfast, in my entire life, I’ve never seen such a loss of time in order to get the breakfast. There is one or 2 persona serving you, in order to sit at your table with the breakfast you need to wait at least 7-10 minutes. They are counting every slice of bread, cheese and ham. They ask you, do you want ham and cheese ? You say yes, then the guy from the kitchen pulls out a plate, unwrap it and gives you 1 slice and then wraps it again and put it back. It is very funny and annoying in the same time because if you have 2-3 persons in front of you, most probably you will leave.

Cheap but weird hotel with a good location but could be cleaner

Location very good, only a 10 minute walk to the tourist attractions e.g. cemetery. Wifi in room was good. Good value for money. Staff tried to be helpful.

Definitely not a 3☆ hotel. I would rate it 2☆. Only 2 receptionists spoke English, rest of staff not at all. Weird arrangements for breakfast - no self service buffet. One has to queue and be served at the breakfast counter and none of the servers understood English which was difficult. Plus at busy times the queueing was 5 minutes or more. Carpet in my room was filthy - got dirty feet soles walking from the shower to the bed - not good. The sink handle was broken. The worst thing was anti-bug powder sprinkled along the carpet borders and around the room door - not inspiring.

Location was great, the room was quite comfy for us. Very helpful receptionist who met us on check in.

Bed linen was definitely not fresh on one of the beds, and that is shame. Getting breakfast in the morning was very complicated: one have to queue to the strand and ask the staff to place the items on your tray. A lot of things you can get were actually hidden, and staff barely speak English, so getting a breakfast took us like 20 minutes. Very inconvenient.

Do not stay there if you want value for money and nice people around you!

Absolutely rude behaviour of the receptionist charging aus 50÷ more for our booking and a worse room because we arrived early and although they had told us that they would try to make an early check in possible for us.

All Great very nice staff, Clean 👌🏻 The only thing that broke my heart ist that at breakfast every little thing was portioned in small disposal plastic boxes. Too much unnecessary waste. Everything else, was Super.

Looks better on Booking than in real life. Expensive and rude staff.

When we arrived, the front desk receptionist was super rude. You aren't allowed to eat or take any food at the room. Breakfast is terrible. Ripped towels in the bathroom, all stained. Bed sheets also ripped/stained. The bathroom leaks water in the floor. Not coming back at all. The hotel looks so much better in the internet than real life.
