Decent budget no thrills accommodation

A decent and affordable stop over night hotel.

No fridge, iron or ironing board in your room

Good value and ideal for a stopover.

Good shower and small but pleasant room. Felt clean.

Lack of a kettle in the room to make morning tea ( appreciate hot water was available in the reception to make drinks but not that convenient once in room).

Enjoyable , comfortable , excellent value for money

Location for us was ideal. Staff were helpful & professional. Room was very clean & sufficient. Breakfast was good. Better than we expected overall.

The room was a bit small, but not a big issue.

Rooms were basic,but well worth the money,

No drink making facilities in the rooms, but there was a 24 HR drink making station at reception

Overall great place to stay and brill value for the money

Central clean and tidy in the most friendly staff just a few let them down

Although dog friendly which was great there was no enclosed dog exercise area although there is plenty of room to do this .

Simple low cost budget hotel that did not feel low budget. Attentive staff, clean modern rooms and great breakfast buffet.

great place to stay just of main route prety comfy rooms well worth the money

got a warm welcome on arrival told about my room in whitch i found very comfortable and quiet the coffee was easy to collect from reception and found the breakfast very nice

the issue i had was coming back from the family event late on was the carpark was a bit tight but didnt help with a van parked over 4 bays and others so dark had to ask passengers to guied me into a space

Amazing food

Food was amazing, staff were lovely and friendly.

Room so small, nowhere to put anything, shower is in a silly place, it soaks the room.

Great value for money. Clean comfy stay.

Very nice and clean, good shower, good bed. Was surprised how good it was for the price.

No hairdryer but not a big deal.

More than I expected

The room was very clean and adequate for my stay of 4 nights. Stayed during the most recent heat wave and initially had been concerned if the air conditioning would be up to the task needed to stay cool. It was more than good enough. Room became nice and chilled within minutes and was so refreshing to have when getting back each day. Also made it so much better for sleeping on the night

Only issue if anything is how cramped the bathroom is but that's if I had to be critical.

this is a very basic, budget, no frills type of hotel. I wouldn't pay more than the £65 for the room

Was there for roughly 3-4 hours… couldn’t get comfortable to be able to sleep as I had been driving all day… left unhapp

The hotel heating systems did not work… there was a draft coming in that couldn’t be stopped and the facility to connect phone to tv was faulty too

Good value, pleasant accommodation for our one-night stopover

A high-quality budget hotel with clean rooms, plenty of hot water and polite, helpful staff. A quiet location on the edge of Derby with private parking that costs £3 for 24 hours. Dog-friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory if not outstanding. Free coffee and tea available in reception. Although it appeared full, it was quiet throughout our stay, we would happily stay here again.

Easy to Check in n Nice simple Accommodation with Breakfast

Room was bit warm n would have been nice to have been cooler. Didn't sleep too well due to it n had to open Window so heard Traffic Noise

Great value for money

Value for money! Really can't grumble when it's so inexpensive! Felt very safe and secure. It was very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stopover. Would have struggled for more than one night though.

Pillows rather like bricks, toilet and shower a little claustrophobic. Missed being able to make a cuppa in the room.

Very good value for money

Exceptionally Clean, gentleman that checked us in at 10.30pm was very helpful and friendly. Good supply of drinks and snacks plus nice free tea and coffee bar. Didn’t have breakfast but was available. Been Coffee shop opposite do nice fresh coffee and breakfast pastries.
