After meeting with management everything was great and the service charged.. Only then was okay..

Very traumanic experience

The location and the friendly security.

The place is not cleaned properly. The general garden maintenance was not up to standard. In general house keeping was very bad. They served the same menu for breakfast. I believe it needs to be changed on regular basis since they say its a buffet.

Breakfast was okay

When we arrived the linen and towels were dirty. The maintenance of the rooms is not up to date. The handles of the drawers are thrown in the drawers instead of being fixed.The property is going down for a 3 star

The room service must do better the room was covered with spider webs

Breakfast was Ohk and the location was perfect

I understand that they couldn’t open my sliding door but they must make provision for their guests atleast open it for me once I leave then lock it again

The Tv channels. The need to upgrade their DStv package and since you are not allowed to bring your own drinks the should have reasonable prices their price are to high

Location was superp close to everything

I'm sure the facility was great back in the days but poorly managed lately. No towels, dirty shower/bath basin falling off in the bathroom

We were kept waiting for our room to be cleaned, and we checked in at the time that was provided.

I won't recommend any one. Unless they is more improvement

Location, the bed was comfortable. Some of the staff where friendly

Dinner was cold, breakfast they need to change the chef, it was horrible. The rooms where not clean. We where unable to lock the door outside. Whn we check out at the gate the security thry just open the gate without any check out info. Is easy to get your car stolen.

On the review about the facility they said it was self catering but when I got there that was not the case we had to either buy our own takeaways or eat at the facility

Booking.com needs to vet the places they advertise. Terrible accommodation!

The facilities were bad but the staff were worse. Would never go back there.

The staff need to be trained in hospitality. The pool chairs were not wiped down in years and the pool with dirty. Would never go back.
