Csodálatos környezet, fantasztikus tengerpart és elképesztően kellemes medencék! Felülmúlhatatlanul szép kert!
Reggelinél lehetne több gyümölcs, snack bar ételválasztéka gyenge. A recepcion ajanlhatnanak kirándulási programokat, hajóbérlési lehetőségeket.

Cibo buono e vario. Staff gentile e mai invadente. Piscine calde e fredde a piacere. Assolutamente da consigliare!
Nessun particolare aspetto negativo

Beautiful property, nice room, good location, breakfast was excellent. The pools were very nice.
The front desk staff were not very friendly. The air conditioning was not on in building yet, so room was warm and stuffy.

The beach is beautiful, and the view is beautiful. Some of the staff (especially in the bar) were lovely. They cleaners were also super helpful and lovely
The reception staff were rude to us to the point where we thought we’d done something to offend them, right from the off. We were on honeymoon and when we arrived the staff at reception barely looked up.
I think this property caters to extremely elderly people predominantly. We were the youngest people by about 70 years. Because of this everything is extremely old fashioned - the music, the food, the decor. It sort of felt like an old people’s home. The pianist at sunset is enough to send you insane.
We weren’t expecting special treatment but when we told staff we were in honeymoon they barely even acknowledged us. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for the beach, our honeymoon would have been pretty miserable

Amazing gardens. Great location overlooking the beach with ample availability of beach chairs. Oops accessible and clean. The whole hotel was well serviced and clean. Supermarket opposite hotel with great beach restaurants within 100m
Hotel was comfortable. Maybe would be nice to extend breakfast to 10.30am. Otherwise a lovely place

We loved the location, access to the beach, the complimentary breakfast and the quiet neighborhood with great restaurants around the corner. Also a great price for such a beautiful location. Loved it.

Great old-school 4 star 1990s Italian seaside resort in great condition. The hotel’s private beach was great. 99% old Italian and German couples having a chill time.
Some segments of the staff, particularly the guys that worked the outdoor breakfast terrace were incredibly rude and obviously don’t care or seem cognizant of the fact that they are the first people that guests have to interact with in the morning. Not pleasant.

pools and beach were really nice. staff was friendly and attentive. the bar staff made some of the best cocktails. breakfast was great. we chose to skip the dinner option so we could eat around the island, but they have that available.
A/C unit wasn’t the greatest, and there are no screens on the windows to keep out bugs. They keep your passport the whole stay so don’t forget it. If you are planning on using busses, get a multi day pass cause the tobacco shop near the hotel wasn’t consistently open.

The chance to avail of the thermal facilities was beneficial and relaxing especially in an extremely poor spell of weather - the worst I have ever experienced in Italy. The waiter in the dining room was very pleasant. The grounds of the hotel were very nicely maintained and if the weather had not been so poor the setting would have been lovely.
The food was varied but it also was very mass produced - tinned strawberries for example, and tinned vegetables. The bar area was completely dead - no sign of life - even though the hotel accommodates nearly 400 ?

All of the staff at front desk were very attentive and proffessional, they made us feel very special indeed. A special mention to Francesco, Ciro, Oliver and Davide. They are a credit to themselves and the Hotel.
There wasn't a thing I disliked. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel facilities in a spectacular setting. Beachfront for great swimming access. Two outdoor pools plus a nice indoor thermals & spa.
A very nice breakfast selection & dinner choices were varied. I would go out of my way to come back to this special hotel.
Nothing was a problem.

Our room was located on the ground floor in the bungalow area which was fine because we had asked to be far away from the noise of the bar where there is live music some evenings. There wasn't much of a view, and the window in our room was tiny so it felt a bit dark. We had to close the white see-through curtains to avoid insight from people passing by outside and this also contributed to the lack of light. room had a small terrace with two chairs and a table, two deck chairs and a clothes drying rack (very practical for wet towels and bathing attire). The main pool was relatively large, and there were plenty of sun beds available despite some German guests hoarding more than one per person! Not sure the situation would be the same during the high season (July-August). We also spent time at the smaller pool and that was very nice too. The beach was tiny and it got even smaller when the wind picked up creating large waves. They ended up closing the beach for several days due to the wind. We didn't have full board, only B&B. The breakfast buffet was ok, not exactly what one would expect from a 4-star hotel, but acceptable. Very little fresh fruit, hardly any hot food with the exception of scrambled/boiled eggs, and lots and lots of sweet pastries. We understand that Italian customers may like this, but it would be nice if the hotel could cater a bit more to their international clients. Reception staff were friendly enough but the staff in the bar were a bit gruff and the cleaning lady didn't look happy at all. I've seen some comments about the beach boys removing the towels of non-Italian clients but we had no such issues. As long as you say a few words in Italian everyone seemed fine.
The room was not very clean when we arrived (sandy floor, dirt in the sink), and it never really became cleaner thereafter. It appears that the cleaners spent insufficient time cleaning each bungalow and I never saw a vacuum cleaner during the 5 nights we spent at the hotel. How are they supposed to get rid of the sand otherwise? Any requests for extra towels (in Italian) were met with a stare by the cleaning lady who eventually brought what we requested. The walkways outside the bungalow were never cleaned in the 5 days we were there - which meant that it was next to impossible to avoid bringing sand inside your room. Another issue arose with our laundry whereby the external company that Tritone uses tried to overcharge us. Luckily, I had taken a photo of the price list beforehand and was able to prove that the amount requested was incorrect (€40 instead of €25). Most clients probably don't check and the company is therefore able to make quite a lot of money this way. We had several such experiences during our stay, so it seems that this is "normal" for southern Italy.

The location was central to everything. Easy walk into Forio or bus to further afield. Breakfast was excellent, lot’s of options.
Restaurant’s were limited with menu options if you weren’t paying full or half board. Limited options for lunch or a snack. Have since been advised that this option is available in August only.

location - the beach is amazing, the sea is healing and the waters and breezes are soft and delicious.
if I had to find a complaint, I would have liked the beach to stay open later in the night but I understand why it’s closed…

super clean. beautiful decor and large property fronting the beach.
English isn’t spoken too well.

Family room is well detached, spacious, with two bathrooms. With two pre-ado kids, it is very liveable. Off the main road, and just off the coast.
4.5
Beautiful gardens and great swimming pools. Private beach was easily accessible and plenty of sun loungers available. Indoor thermal spas were amazing. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and the service was attentive without being obtrusive. .
Rooms are a little dated and would describe them.as functional. Bathroom was small and shower needed a deep clean. Location is fine but not much to do within walking distance.
3.5
The view from the terraces
the rooms and bathrooms need updating
