Overall a good experience

It was well located with a 20 minute walk from Forio and the beach

The shower was mouldy and didn’t get warm but other than that it was nice

Most amazing place!!

I have never met such dedicated staff, from the owners to the cleaners everyone was so nice and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel and location are amazing, the food was delicious and freshly sourced daily! We had friends visit during our stay and they were made to feel so welcome. They even served us a beautiful lunch out in the gardens. They organised anything we needed including scooter hire, which was delivered and collected from the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel and staff high enough. 10++++.. We will be back next year for sure ❤️

Old hotel with weird policies

Personnel very friendly and nice little passage to go quicker to the beach.

Not very clean room, everything was quite old as well. Bathroom very old, at least 20-30 years and never renovated. Very old curtain of the shower, the shower head was only half functional and took really 10-15 mins to get nice hot, so only by the end of my shower I had warm water. Towels very thin and not really pleasant to use. Had to pay 3€ per person to leave our bags 1h30 longer than the checkout at the hotel. The pool looked nice but you had to wear a cap to be able to use it, never heard any hotel where this was the case, so instead we went to the beach.

Good value for your money

Very welcoming and friendly staff who helped us rent a scooter with ease. The location was also good as it is absolutely a walkable distance from Forio port. The breakfast was simple, but good. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms are in need of a refresh.

Perfect stay on Ischia!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Garden and pool is beautiful with a great view. The breakfast was perfect, as much Caffe and Cornetti as you wanted with a great view of the Garden.

I would go there again definitely! Hotel is on excelent place with really good staff.

Location and people are really great as well as facilities. Room had been cleaned by cleaning lady everyday and she was very professional.

Room was above kitchen so we hear every detail from there. We were mostly out in that hours so we didn't feel it as much. We would also appriciate a little bid wider options for salty breakfast.

Absolutely Disappointing

Just some of the workers of the hotel, like Olga, that are pleasant and always happy to help you with anything you need.

We booked two different rooms and they give us the keys of both of them at the check-in, the surprise was to find out that one of the rooms was dirty, towels on the floor, the bed without new blankets, etc.. something extremely relevant on the Covid Crisis times that we are suffering. The pictures of the rooms that we can see on booking doesn’t fit with the reality, and of course, doesn’t fit the expectations that we have when we booked it. The bathrooms are old, there were not hot water in any of the two rooms, it’s only slightly warm, the towels are like in a hospital, there is not king beds, it’s two single beds united. One of the rooms has access to the garden trough a terrace but the door of the terrace was broken and nobody fixed it in three days even though we ask for it several times. To use the swimming pool you have to wear a swimming cap, quite rare in a hotel, but nobody told us about it until we were inside the pool and one of the workers came to pull us out because of it. Nobody provide us with the wifi password. The breakfast was also dissapointing, just a few packages of two slices of dry bread, croissant, a cake and yoghurts. Honestly, for a hotel that costs between 100€ and 150€ per night and room, I think that disappointing is a kind word to describe it. For sure I will never come back and I don’t recomend it.
