Final cleaning costs € 50 mandatory and € 200 security deposit to be paid on arrival fully refundable on departure.
Municipal tourist tax € 0.50 per night per person, does not apply to children under the age of six.

Less than 5 minutes away two large supermarkets. A short distance from the lakeside promenade, where the rental station for bicycles managed by the municipality and the bus stop is located, leads to nearby Pallanza where you can find the embarkation point for the wonderful gulf of the Borromean islands, the renowned botanical garden Villa Taranto. and in 8 minutes you get to Intra.
The Continental Verbania Golf Course is 10 minutes away by car and the Golf des IIes Borromee and the historic Alpine Golf are 20 minutes away. Less than an hour's drive you can comfortably reach the MonterosaSki and Sandomenicoski ski resorts of the Ossola Valley particularly beautiful places for excursions and summer walks.

Familienurlaub am wunderschönen Lago Maggiore
Wir haben mit unserer Familie (Eltern mit drei Kindern zwischen 14 und 17 Jahren) 10 Tage in Pallanza-Suna verbracht.
Die Ganze Gegend ist sowohl landschaftlich als auch architektonisch eine Pracht und absolut sehenswert. Der Ortsteil Suna an sich ist keine bloße Urlauber-Metropole mit großen Hotels, sondern erlaubt einen guten Eindruck, des Italienischen Flairs. Die Ortsteile Suna, das fußläufig erreichbare Verbania und Intra sind verbunden durch eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade. Auch Kulinarisch bietet die Strandpromenade ein reiches Angebot. Allerdings sollte man sich für die Abende ein gutes Mücken-Schutzspray einpacken.
Etwa 400 m entfernt liegt der Strand aus grobem Sand. Hinter dem Sand-Streifen gibt es einen Grünstreifen mit Schatten-spendenden Bäumen, die wir genossen haben. Das Wasser war Anfang bis Mitte warm genug, sauber und sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass es ziemlich steil tiefer geht.
Nun zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung bietet mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern sehr viel Platz für 5 Personen. Die Küche einfach aber sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns als Selbstversorger auch fürs Kochen an nichts fehlte. Sehr positiv ist, dass sowohl eine Spül- als auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt eine Etage über unserer Wohnung und war jederzeit bereit, zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist wirklich lobend hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung ist ein Steinhaus mit guten Abschattungsmöglichkeiten, sodass man auch ohne Klimaanlage gut auskommt, sofern man es Tags abdunkelt und Nachts gut lüftet.
Auch die beiden Fahrräder der Vermieter durften wir nutzten, was angesichts der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation vor Ort sehr hilfreich war. Der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt). Fußläufig erreichbar ist aber ein kleiner Laden mit Bäckerei.
Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist die schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Weder am Haus noch in der Straße kann man parken. An der Straße gibt es zwar einige Parkbuchten, aber die sind immer belegt. Ca. 80 m vom Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte die Vermieterin freundlicherweise für uns einen Parkplatz freigehalten, so dass wir das Auto problemlos parken konnten. Da wir aber gesehen hatten, wie begehrt hier die Plätze waren, haben wir uns nicht getraut, das Auto zu nutzen, so dass wir den Vorteil des eigenen Autos am Urlaubsort leider verloren hatten.

Eccezionale
Ci siamo trovati benissimi. La casa è strapulita e ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassata. In cucina non manca niente, le stanze sono arredate in maniera molto accogliente. La cosa più bella però è la proprietaria che ti fa sentire subito a casa! E molto gentile e super simpatica. Ci ha fornito persino delle biciclette, caschi per i bambini inclusi. Il giardinetto è molto profumato e ottimo per mangiare fuori. Suna e tranquilla e molto bella anche per bambini. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo!

Bequeme, großzügige Wohnung in der Nähe vom See
Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten, sehr herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung, in wenigen Minuten kann man den Lago Maggiore zu Fuß erreichen. Dort gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Mehrere Supermärkte im Umkreis von ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Dream vacation
We had a perfect stay at Tiziana's place. The apartment feels like a home, is situated in a beautiful area and there is nothing we missed or could have imagined any better. Our kids want to move to Italy after this experience! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for a dream vacation!

Feriendomizil zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr schöne und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr angenehmen Vermietern, die völlig diskret und trotzdem immer ansprechbar sind und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben haben. Nebenbei wurden wir mit leckerem Gemüse aus dem Garten beschenkt. Obwohl unser Hund und der Hund der Vermieter keine Freunde wurden, führte das zu keinerlei Missstimmungen.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet appartement où nous avons séjourné en famille avec mes enfants et mes parents. La région est absolument magnifique, il y a énormément de choses à faire et à visiter dans les environs, des activités pour les enfants etc…
Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Titziana, qui est d’une extrême gentillesse. Elles s’est montré à l’écoute et vraiment très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et besoins.
L’appartement en rez-de-jardin d’une belle maison, est propre, grand et très bien équipé. Il possède une très jolie terrasse dans le jardin.
Nous sommes parti le coeur lourd.

Super Stay in Suna
We (myself, wife and 15 year-old son) spent a lovely week in Casa Nonna Franca. Although Tiziana was away, we had had excellent communication with her from before we set off in the UK and this continued right through our stay whenever we needed advice or help. She had arranged for a lovely neighbour to see us into the apartment on arrival; and her sister Paola was available upstairs if required and very helpful.
The apartment itself was just what we wanted. Period charm with all mod-cons in a quiet street.. And just a very short walk to the lake shore; and bakery/shop/pharmacy, etc. Very well kitted out with a few helpful touches from Tiziana to ease our settling in. I should add that the provision of three bikes for the use of the guests is fantastic and we made good use of them.
A few things to note: The apartment is quite dark, especially as we kept he shutters closed most of the time as it was very hot and sunny. Mosquitoes can be a bit of a problem so bring plenty of repellent! The biggest issue for us was parking our car. There is no private parking with the apartment so you take pot luck with the free public parking spaces in the street and around. But they are in constant demand! We eventually used a free public car park about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.
Overall, we rate this apartment very highly. Great owner, brilliant location and extremely comfortable and convenient. We'd definitely go back again.

Raining but perfect
Tiziana is a very accommodating host. She was extremely helpful before our arrival, met us at the train station and showed us the area. She also took us to a town as it was raining and back to the train station when it was time to leave.
The apartment was warm, clean and had everything we needed.
Tiziana opened the apartment in winter for us because of our mutual love of golden retrievers.
We highly recommend the apartment and would love to return when the weather is kinder.

Sehr stilvolle und saubere Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die spontane Buchung wurde einen Tag vor Abreise vorgenommen und wir bekamen sofort eine Bestätigung . Das Haus liegt in der Altstadt von Suna und der See ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der schöne Garten konnte mitgenutzt werden. Tiziana ist eine herzliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin.

Ganz wunderbar!
Unser Aufenthalt war so schön, das wir wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit und vorallem macht sie sich unheimlich viel Mühe. Ausflugstipps und Karten, Schifffahrtspläne und alles was man braucht war bereits bereit gelegt. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist da. Wohnung ist super sauber, die Betten bequem. Ganz große Klasse!!
Die Parksituation ist etwas schlecht aber das ist in der Gegend überall so. Es sind nur 2 Gässchen zum See und einer großen Auswahl an Lokalen die allesamt super sind. Man kann sich aber auch sehr gut selber versorgen, denn die Küche ist schön groß und alle Gerätschaften zum kochen vorhanden. Also besser geht es nicht. Klare Empfehlung!!

Een fantastisch verblijf
Een uiterst vriendelijk welkom, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt, een prachtig ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden, een heerlijke afgesloten tuin waar onze hond gelijk vriendschap sloot met Chicca, de labrador van de eigenaresse. Een fantastische omgeving, waar het heerlijk en uitdagend fietsen was. Leuke dorpjes langshet meer, moie natuurgbieden. Al met al een vakantie waar we met plezier op terug kijken en zeker weer terugkomen!

Fantastisch !
Bei Tiziana und Bruno den Urlaub zu verbringen ist ein Geschenk. Man wird so freundlich begrüßt, ständig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder man sonst irgendwie behilflich sein könne. Die Zwei sind so herzlich nett, ihre Wohnung mit der tollen Lage und Ausstattung ist einfach hervorragend und man fühlte sich schon fast wie „Einheimische“. Und dann noch Chicca, die unseren Elmo so schön in ihrem Garten aufgenommen hat.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.
Es war alles vorhanden, selbst eine (N)ESPRESSO-Maschine.
Die Vermieterin Titziana hat sich sehr gut und trotzdem unaufdringlich um unser Wohl bemüht.
Dafür nochmals vielen Dank.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann es manchmal etwas lauter werden und die Parkplatzsuche kann ein wenig aufwendiger sein.
Trotzdem absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Pfingsten 2019
Wir haben vom 08.06.2019 bis zum 15.06.2019 eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Tiziana und Bruno verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und alles, was man brauchte war vorhanden, von der Spülmaschine über Töpfe, Pfannen und Auflaufformen bis hin zum Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern. Selbst Anfragen nach einer Wärmflasche für ein Kind mit Bauchschmerzen wurden umgehend erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter für alles. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. La propriétaire est très accueillante et au petit soin pour ses locataires. La maison est située près du lac et a 10 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère pour les visites. De nombreuses randonnées à pied sont possibles dans la région.

Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit parfait : le gîte est situé près du lac, des restaurants et cafés. Les couchages sont très confortables, la cuisine est équipée de façon à bien profiter de tous les marchés de la région et l’hôtesse, qui parlent très bien notre langue est toujours aux petits soins pour satisfaire ses visiteurs..

My wife and I rented this property for nine nights around mid September, it’s situated a few minutes walk from the Lake side,we have rented property all over Europe for many years and can say quite simply “ it’s the best property we have ever stayed in.The owners, who live upstairs treated us like Royalty,the property is on the ground floor, it’s immaculacy clean and has everything you need,there’s a secure enclosed garden suitable for dog owners, we had our King Charles Cavalier with us who became friends with the owners dog.There’s a local small but very adequate shop , bread to die for, cheeses veggies meat milk and lots more around 3 minutes walk away, there’s a good choice of restaurants and Bars down by the lake side, 3 minutes walk.Palanza is a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. I promise, you will not be disappointed. We thoroughly recommend this property with out hesitation.The owners are the sweetest couple you could ever wish to meet.If your chosen dates are available book the property immediately, you will not be dissapointed, in a nut shell “ go for it”Ron and Fumiko

Wonderful apartment, hosts and location
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for three nights in late May; we wish we had planned to stay longer. First, the apartment is home-like: spotless and comfortable. It is a real home, unlike many short-term rental apartments, with lovingly chosen decor, solid classically Italian furniture and impeccable modern updates where appropriate. As a renter, you will also have access to a table and chairs in the beautiful secluded garden. Second, Tiziana and Bruno are warm, kind and helpful hosts, welcoming us like friends and going above and beyond their duties as landlords with their knowledge of the area and their recommendations, up to and including driving us to the more-distant-than-we-expected train station on a Sunday morning. And they carried this out without intruding or stepping beyond appropriate boundaries as rental hosts. We feel as though we made good friends. Finally, Suna as a town is an undiscovered gem. All of the attractions of Lago Maggiore are easily accessible (the ferries to the islands are a 20-minute stroll at most) but the town itself retains a local flavor, while containing everything you might need an easy walk from the apartment, including groceries, wine, lively cafes and gelato - not to mention glittering views of the lake itself as well as a swimming beach. We hope to be able to return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a sense of real Italian life.

The apartment was really lovely with lots of personal touches that made it feel homely straight away. The kitchen, with its beautiful granite surfaces was a joy to sit in for breakfast, or to cook supper in the evening. Everything possible was provided to make it easy. And the lounge was lovely too with a large table to work at, and a really comfortable sofa for watching television. Plenty of information was provided too about the local area. Everything was so comfortable - from the lovely new bed to the large shower in the modern bathroom. Unusually there was plenty of space in the bedroom to store clothes and to put cases away for the duration of the holiday. The apartment is set in the old village of Suna just a short walk away from the lakeside of Lake Maggiore. Here there is a good choice of places for an early evening drink, sitting on the pavement watching the world go by. There is also a good variety of restaurants with plenty of excellent Italian food. Suna is right next door to Pallanza with Intra just around the corner and it is possible to get to all three on foot or by bus or by boat, depending on energy levels!The area is good for walking, both low level, through the woods and small villages or higher up in the mountains. There are plenty of small restaurants en-route for lazy lunches alongside the locals.I would certainly like to return to this apartment - the atmosphere and quality was everything I was seeking for a very comfortable few days away from home.

The kitchen, with it's beautiful granite surfaces was a joy to sit in for breakfast, or to cook supper in the evening. Everything possible was provided to make it easy. And the lounge was lovely too with a large table to work at, and a really comfortable sofa for watching television. Plenty of information was provided too about the local area. Everything was so comfortable - from the lovely new bed to the large shower in the modern bathroom. Unusually there was plenty of space in the bedroom to store clothes and to put cases away for the duration of the holiday.
The apartment is set in the old village of Suna just a short walk away from the lakeside of Lake Maggiore. Here there is a good choice of places for an early evening drink, sitting on the pavement watching the world go by. There is also a good variety of restaurants with plenty of excellent Italian food. Suna is right next door to Pallanza with Intra just around the corner and it is possible to get to all three on foot or by bus or by boat, depending on energy levels!
The area is good for walking, both low level, through the woods and small villages or higher up in the mountains. There are plenty of small restaurants en-route for lazy lunches alongside the locals.
I would certainly like to return to this apartment - the atmosphere and quality was everything I was seeking for a very comfortable few days away from home.
