Simpatia do staff, a Célia , a Mariana e a Carina super queridas e atenciosas :) Espaço super cuidado e limpo Sitio que descansamos totalmente :) Pequeno almoço bom Ter 1h gratuita por dia de spa

Amazing but/and remote

Amazing location (well, very remote, access after 6km off road) Beautiful set Spa is beautiful Massage 5 stars Food made a la minute, fresh good and cheap

The very friendly staff unfortunately doesn't speak English. This is not a critic, merely to say that communication was a bit difficult, or better sais, fun and needed Google Translate. Which works well :-) ATTENTION to the motorcycle drivers: an off-road track starts right at the main (sealed) road and leads to the location. it needs caution when turning from the main roaf to the track (sand, pebble), and on the trafk itself. ATTENTION AGAIN : the main track to access location is doable with minimum off-road skils. HOWEVER neither the GPS nor Google maps recognize this track as off-road, and therefore might lead you to VERY sandy and difficult parallel tracks when leaving the hotel. Try to avoid and stsy on main track - except for the Enduro bikes.

Good room, nothing more

Good location and view

Owner promised us access to spa, nothing was communicated with the staff. Staff are overworked, only one person at the location and cannot meet the needs of all customers. No one could recieve us on check in, as she was busy cleaning ns performing other tasks. Dinner was disappointing, the owner promised us a “gastronomic experience”. Which was a plate of food warmed up probably cooked some time before. The website has different menus from the actual hotel. Access to spa was promised by the owner, it was not communicated with the staff and therefore we could not visit the spa. Severe lack of communication and highly understaffed. Breakfast- the lady was unable to provide us with a fried egg, she was simply too busy doing everything else. Fine place if you want just a room, all other services were very bad and the owner promised us several services which were not fulfilled. More staff, and better training for the staff needs to be provided

Superb

The place is lovely, staff were friendly and really helpful. Waking up with the birds singing was amazing. The rooms are built in a way you don't feel you have neighbors. They're cozy and cute. Pool, spa were also good. NWe had a great time :)

The water in shower needs quite a long time to heat up. Waiting time and wasting the water were two things we didn't enjoy

Everything was just great , nice and quiet. Spa, with sauna and jacuzzi just for us. Highly recommended. Would go back.

Resourcing break in the middle of the country side

The place was magical. We were there outside of peak season. The whole place was so quiet, amazing pools with 360* views on the country side. The breakfast on the terrace is great, with freshly cooked crepes and eggs and a lot of bread, cakes, cereal, juices, fruits.... The spa was nice, with big windows on the countryside and with private use per room but only the sauna and jacuzzi were open for us. We will come back!

Outside peak season, the diner menu is very basic and limited (salad, burger, toasts). Nevertheless, it is important to have it as the hotel is in the middle of olive tree fields. (not a lot of dining options around).

Exceptional

Amazing place in the middle of Alentejo nature, about 20-30min drive from all the amazing beaches and a beautiful drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were outstanding and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Recommended for relaxing couple days in the nature.

Pretty much everything. The staff was great. The place was really clean, pretty and isolated.

The only access was a dirt road in pretty bad shape. No drinks in stock to drink by poolside.

pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable staying to repeat in future!

We did like everything! was comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The usage of the Jacuzzi included, a kettle and a mini fridge in the bedroom ware a great surprise. it’s great to have food and drinks in the premises.

The access soil/ dirt road. I know loads of roads to ‘montes’ are like that but if my car was new I would be concerned. saying that I think everything made up for it! the outside space could be a bit better with some walking paths to the spa for exemple. we found lots of dust underneath the bed - seemed not always hoovered. the game ‘matraquilhos’ need fixing but we still had fun playing!

Suitable for a short stay

The location is quiet and peaceful. Suitable if you need some time off from the city. The room is big/spacious and modern. The breakfast is inclusive, we were satisfied.

The hotel/resort needs quite a renovation. Everything looked old and rusty. The surrounding especially the plants & grass at the entrance and also on the walking path are dry or even dead which gives off a ``abandoned`` vibe... Nobody at the resort speaks English but we really appreciate that the staff was trying :)!

Exceptional

Extremely peaceful and relaxing! If you love the countryside (like we do), this is your place! Only one other couple next door to us, and they were very quiet, so we felt like we had a pool to ourselves!

It’s definitely in a rural setting so no restaurants or shopping nearby but perfect spot for a rest before heading down the Portuguese coast.

The staff the fireplace and the swimming ppols, but most of all the quiet and the trees and fresh air. They organized an amazing horse ride for a morning and gave me all sort of tips where to eat.

Good for a calm stay far from tv,net and phones

Very friendly staff, always trying to help. Very nice people. Good breakfast with a variety of croissants, crepes, orange juice, bread, home made jams and cakes!

Poor internet wifi connection,tv was not working, the space inside with the covid restrictions is very few for so many rooms, we have lucky with the weather and we could stay outside for breakfast but it could be a problem with could/rain season. Spa was not working.
