LV Premier Baixa Apartments- CR2 is a comfortable 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment located in a pedestrian Rua dos Correeiros street with charming city views. CR2 is one of 3 LV Premier Baixa Apartments in the same elevator building, located in downtown. You will find many restaurants, shops and main attractions right by your door. We are within an easy walk of traditional Alfama or lively Bairro Alto. The apartment has been completely renovated, featuring Air Conditioning and double-glazing windows for additional comfort. It accommodates 7 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 4 extra guests in folding beds and sofa. This is a pet friendly apartment (fee), rigorously cleaned to prevent allergies. Free Wifi

Good size apartment. Had everything we needed - all basic amenities. Felt very professional. Apartment is a little darker than pictures indicate. Very comfortable though.

Only stayed one night. Overall clean and spacious. Good location. Entry areas had an unpleasant odor and were dark. Not very welcoming. Beds were uncomfortable and need upgrade.

The apartment was very large, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Check in was not accurate at all. We had to call the host and he sent down an employee who was very helpful and kind. Would stay again.

This apartment was perfect for a large family. We came into Lisbon for a two night stay and wanted to be in the middle of everything. Because our group size was eight, I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a place that was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Upon check-in, I was delighted to learn of the spaciousness, cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment. Three very good sized bedrooms for able to sleep all of us very comfortably and everything we needed was right there. Ana Went through everything we needed upon check-in herself very available for any questions for which we had none. This space is a total delight!

Place was fantastic, in heart of Lisboa with shutter doors that open up to the street below filled with shops and cafes. Could walk almost anywhere from the apartment, very close to metro to beach and elsewhere. Couldn't have asked for a better location or apartment, plus it had air conditioning! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

The location is good but the property was not clean. Filthy rug in living room, a prior tenants’ used contact lenses on the floor. The lobby has a terrible stench of sewer and we had the unpleasant experience of cockroaches in the unit, including in a bed. Unacceptable.

Apartment was exactly as described. The air conditioning worked great, and we appreciated the guest care package. We honestly didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment in our two days in Lisbon, so we never really checked out things like the cable tv, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was right in the heart of the city, near the river. It is in a pedestrian only area, so keep that in mind. We had to get picked up and dropped off a couple of blocks away any time we used Uber. That wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated the flatness of the surrounding streets where many restaurants and shops are located. The unit has three nice sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. The living/dinning area didn't have a lot of comfortable seating for four people, only three people could sit on the couch at any one time. But, otherwise a nice space that was appreciated during our stay in Lisbon.

Perfect location to see Lisbon
We chose this property because it was within a pedestrian area that was flat. It was perfect, easy to walk around to all of the Baixa sites, restaurants, and shops. The space was very with lots of space in the kitchen and bedrooms. Living/dinning room was a little small for four adults, but we did spend a lot of time indoors anyway. A very nice space overalls.

This property is beautiful! The location is amazing, in the heart of everything! Updated furniture, AC, kitchen and baths. Lots of space and great property management company that goes above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. We appreciate the attention to detail with wine, water, mini-milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, etc. It made our trip so much nicer!

The Chiado location was perfect and just a short walk from everything-good restaurants, the waterfront, the Alfama, etc. The apartment was as advertised with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one on-suite. The place was very well stocked and a complimentary bottle of wine and package of coffee was provided. The front bedrooms faced the street and were a little noisy if the windows were left open, and one bedroom had somewhat limited storage, but those were only minor faults. This was a very pleasant place and we would happily choose it again. Thanks to our hosts for making our first experience here a good one.

Lively Downtown Location
Perfect tourist location. Lots of restaurants of the pizza, pasta, local fare variety. Lively nightlife, though that calms down by 11. Easy to get to the main square for trams, taxis, and ubers. There are convenience stores nearby and a good grocery a few blocks away. The apartment itself is quite pretty and well fitted out. It's smaller than the photos make it seems, still plenty big for the 4 of us. Would have liked another comfortable place to sit in the living room. The upstairs apartment had rambunctious children who were up early and awake late. Kids will be kids, and we might have just been unlucky with the upstairs tenants during our stay. All in all, it was a good choice.

The apartment was in a wonderful location to explore the city. It was spacious and well equipped. The only slight negative was the check in process. We said we would be there by 5:00. We arrived at 4:40 and waited on the door step until the property manager arrived. The directions to the parking garage were good, including a map. Yes- we would choose this property for a future visit.

Great, Good, and Not So Good
Property is located in a great location for taking in Lisbon. Property itself is spacious and well equipped. Management Company was responsive to our needs; met us on time allowing us to enter property, arrived to check us out and responded to issues when we reached out. Unfortunately we had to reach out as the noise coming from above and below was very loud. Baby crying throughout night could be heard and then we could hear every footstep of the early risers above. I was told the insulation in wooden floors is not great. Below us there was construction and they started relatively early. The construction also caused an odor we were told. Sulphur smell permeated the property in the master bedroom.
LV Premier Management offered to move us to another property (which they indicated was more expensive although they would honor our existing rate) although we didn't know what we'd be getting into and headache of moving resulted in us staying. In staying I used my foam ear plugs and moved fans around to circulate the air...
Take away the noise above/below and the smell and I definitely would've given 5 stars.
In short; great location, very responsive property management, challenging circumstances with older building.

Loved this apartment!
4 women friends s stayed here and loved it. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Good location for sight-seeing. The only thing we did not know was that a taxi cannot drive to your door and it is about a 3 block walk, dragging luggage over cobblestones. Overall though, highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely! Spacious, well-maintained and immaculate. The location is wonderful. No need for a car. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are modern. Even though it's in the heart of the city with the windows closed its very quiet. Heat and air is controlled by room so the four of us are all comfortable. There is a modern elevator for those who find the steps a challenge...or are just tired from all the walking in this beautiful city! If you do have a car there is a public parking underground deck just a block a way. But be prepared to spend up to 35 Euros a day...cash only no credit cards. But that is the going rate in most large cities. We walked everywhere in the city. There is no shortage of wonderful restaurants within 3 blocks. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience the heart of Lisbon!
