Great

New, clean room located a very short walk to the beach and main town area. Breakfast was very nice, located at the bar downstairs.

Do not spoil your holidays!

Location is good but its on the road, so very very noisy, think twice before booking it as you will not sleep there at all.

Its noisy during the day because of the cars and motorbikes, as well as at night because of people passing, night life, parties and music at the bar downstairs, also early morning when the car to pick up rubbish comes. Do not dare to ask for extra towels, otherwise will be accused for taking them to the beach or as Federica(woman at the reception) said, I should appreciate that they changed it for me for free. On the picture you can see why i asked extra towels. The breakfast is basic. The personnel is tired of tourists, you don't feel welcomed at all. By the way, Federica, is not nice to lie we had late check out as I asked few times and you didn't agree. As well as its not nice to ask me to come back to the room in the middle of the day to change it as she had double booking for that room. Didn't I pay for it???!!! On the door was sign "do not disturb" as we didn't want cleaning, and still our room was entered when I'm away. Shame. If I knew, would never choose this place to stay.

Every thing was perfect, the localisation, living standard, breakfast. The owner of this place and all the people was amazing. We spent great time there and we won't forget it.

The apartment was nice, modern and clean. Location was super - very close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very kind and attentive to all our needs, we enjoyed our vacation and already miss Tropea - it’s an amazing place.

Exceeded expectations. Perfect location (next to the stairs leading down to the beach), excellent room with AC and a tiny fridge, welcoming and friendly staff. Upon arrival, it was a surprise to get a bed & umbrella at the beach and there was also a possibility to leave my luggage after the check-out. All-in-all it has been a great stay.

Really good location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and always asked if everything was alright. If you want to swim at one of the best beaches in Italy, I recommend coming here :)

Friendly staff, perfect location

The staff federica was super nice She messaged a day earlier to check what time i would arrive and I could even check in earlier - same for check out - i could stay a little bit longer The location is perfect! Just down the hill is the beach Several restaraunts next to it and super safe! They used an amazing diffuser so the place smelt incredibly good!

Amazing stay- and Host & Room made our stay even nicer. I recommand havily!

Amazing host- helpful and kind. very clean place- Ladies took care so quick of our room. hairdryer was big, hence convenient. also bed was very comfy. room was big, kitchen set in place. all great.

if i must say something what may be improved is breakfast - salty one since sweet one and coffee were very nice. cuttlery was not always clean. but really cant complain.

We loved Miss Federica ! She was very helpful and she welcomed us so warmly. She recommended where to eat and gave us a beautiful room. We wished we stayed only for 1 night there. But we were visiting many towns in Calabria. Perfect room with big bathroom and sea view. Very close to city centre. Internet working well and you can Look Netflix. We say grazie mille ❤

Perfectly located but unfortunately too loud

Hughe room. Friendly lady at the reception.

Very loud and noisy street on the ground floor in front of the balcony. Very loud music the bars - no chance to sleep well. Breakfast in the bar nearby with minimum selection - aweful quality.

Wonderful stay in Tropea

Great location, beautiful building with character, spacious rooms.

There is a kitchenette area with nothing in it. Could have put a microwave, kettle etc. to utilise the space.

Very good

Very nice and clean modern room, kind stuff, every day cleaning service, tresor in the room, excellent position in Tropea.

The highest room is perfectly insulated against side noise, unfortunately not against noise from above flat where quite irritating noise started on 5:00 a. m. Breakfast is really on basic level. Parking is complicated because of a lot of places blocked for residents, otherwise for 1,5 EUR for every hour (0:00 - 24:00). Only a few places are free when you have luck. Information about private beach means only option to go to any beach and pay beach service (20,- EUR for 2 people + beach umbrella/day) or to have own equipment for free entry.
