Séjour très agréable

Hôtel situé sur une île, une navette bateau est disponible gratuitement chaque 20 minutes pour aller et venir. Le trajet en bateau sur le Nil est très agréable Chambre confortable propre et vue magnifique sur le Nil Personnel gentil

Stay at Pyramisa

Christeen asked several times if we needed anything and was very friendly. The boat ride from and to the hotel was fun. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I didn't think other staff were very friendly and the shop at the hotel charged us seven times more for an essential item that we required. The breakfast was so limited and I'm disappointed to read reviews from several months ago that say the same thing. My phone didn't pick up the wifi signal during our stay but my husband's phone did. Also didn't like being forced to review the hotel before I left. If you want 10 stars, you have to earn it

4 nuits au calme sur les bords du Nil

L'hôtel a un super emplacement, la vue sur un bras du Nil calme depuis la terrasse du restaurant est très apaisante, voire exceptionnelle . Le personnel du restaurant, de la piscine et de la relation clients est très sympathique.

Dans la chambre, seul un voilage cache la fenêtre, cela fait rentrer beaucoup de lumière la nuit et le matin.

Erholsame Oase

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne gelegene Location mit Blick auf den Nil rund um die Insel. Sehr netter Empfang durch Guest Relation Christeen. Es besteht ein 24 Stunden Service für das Boots Shuttle. Insbesondere ist auch der Service hervorzuheben, dass wir auf Vermittlung des Guest Relation Mustafa vom Fähranleger sehr spät abends noch vom hoteleigenen Taxi Driver zum Market gefahren wurden. Alles ist sehr schön groß und geräumig, so auch der Swimmingpool. Wir hatten im Hotel etwas vergessen, was uns nach Luxor nachgeschickt wurde! Dafür vielen Dank!

Für die Kleinigkeit eines Feuerzeuges wurde ich von der Rezeption zum Restaurant geschickt und von dort aus wieder zurück zu Rezeption! Zum Teil gab es im Fitnessbereich kein Toilettenpapier und der Crosstrainer wirkt zwar vom Grunde her sehr solide, hat aber keine funktionierende Stromversorgung! Arrrrgh!

Emplacement et balade en felouq très agréable

Le niveau de prestation est clairement insuffisant pour un hôtel, cinq étoiles. Des travaux devraient être fait à la fois dans les chambres et dans l’installation extérieure. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas qualitatif. La personne en charge des relations avec les clients, vous supplie pour obtenir une bonne note sur Booking.

Great Stay

The property is located on an island and has free shuttle services to and fro from the main city. The hotel has amazing views. The room was clean, the staff were polite and extremely helpful. The housekeeping was prompt with their service.

Very little options for vegetarians.

Fabulous setting on a private island, with a free ferry service.

Location, location and location! What more could you ask for than a private island? The free ferry ride to the centre was really a treat. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room. Quite good dinner buffet with friendly waiter.

Pyramisa deserves a 10 for their efforts to upgrade the hotel - and in particular the lady sitting at the guest services desk in the lobby - but the initial impressions at check-in weren't overly positive; with unprofessional and impolite service.

Hotel muy lindo, staff no tan amable

El hotel en sí esta muy bonito, cuenta con una alberca muy grande (aunque la cierran muy temprano). La chica de atención a cliente fue muy amable aunque su insistencia por dar una buena calificación fue demasiado.

Al llegar al hotel nadie te ayuda para tomar el barco y llegar al hotel. En ocasiones se tiene que esperar bastante tiempo a que el barco llegue. El WIFI es pésimoooo, no lo recomiendo si necesitas internet. El staff no es tan amable

Very decadent hotel for this price, a pity as the location is really great but no maintenance at all.

Food very very average Lots of facilities closed or not working Small things like having to pay a fee to play ping-pong in a supposed 5 stars hotel Finally at checkout a person was waiting for us and wanting to force us to rate the hotel with 10 in front of her, in order to make the overall rate go up. Very pushy and completely inappropriate. This hotel could be fantastic if the maintenance would be seriously considered. It is way overpriced.

Great stay and easy to get back to mainland for tours.

The pool staff were lovely and very accommodating - always there with towels and food and drink orders. Christeen the guest relations manager was there to greet us at our check in and was very helpful if we had any questions. Hotel was clean and room was a great size. Buffet was a good selection of food at a good price.

Definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

The staff and customer service are amazing. From Hamdy at housekeeping to Christine the Guest Relations manager to the Bellman to the pool staff to the Maître D at the Ramses restaurant. Everyone was so welcoming and customer focused on our every need. The food was great, the pool was super relaxing and beautiful with fountain islands in the middle. The view from the room was spectacular of the Nile. The ferry off the hotel property operates 24/7 and takes about 5 minutes or so to get us to the shore. The staff are so kind.

Property reminds of glorious past but uncertain future!!!

large property on an island with good views.

we visited the property on 08th May. it looked deserted. no restaurants were open. no options for good lunch/dinner. the breakfast menu was not up-to the mark. also property needs renovation as it had old key type access to the rooms.

Nice view. Nice location. Big territory. Everything that was outside the hotel was nice.

When we come first time inside, there were hairs in the bath,plumbing is very old, was no possibility to stop water in the bath, ectually it was my first time experience in life like that. 😁 The hotel is old and everything is very old inside and should be refreshed. The hotel price is overrated. The real price should be 50-60 dollars per night max. And they rated us 130$ per night for the standard room with Nile river view.

Charming location: on a private island - we stayed literally with the Nile at our feet for 3 days in Aswan:) It gets quiet and lovely, shielded from the loud and crazy Aswan center life - the hotel has 2 terraces to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets on the Nile/desert 24/7 food/drinks availability, great shopping at the resort, great travel agency supporting us with the trip to Abu Simbel and airport transfers - friendly staff

Food was really basic - and quite a surprising bad quality: we had to stick with salads and bread/fried pizza Hotel is stuck in the 90's with facilities and garden landscapes
