Ok for a night or 2

Super friendly staff and centrally located. Nearby you have the market and peer to elephantine island plus lots of food options

The location is good. The service was great, the towels were bad

Staff were very helpful and gave good service. They sorted out all issues and organised breakfast boxes and taxis very well

So very noisy with the gambling tables on the street. They party on till at least 2 am. The towels were like old worn out floor mats There was no drinking water in the room (they did bring some in on the first night)

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est

La gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel, c'est propre mais infrastructures vieillissantes, impression d' être dans un hôtel des années 70

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très fameux, la chambre est donc vieillissante , on entend les bruits de la rue la nuit

Un sitio cómodo para descansar

El hotel está muy bien, tiene bonitas vistas desde el comedor y en general está muy limpio. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, siempre atento y amable, especialmente Nour en la recepción que nos atendió de maravilla y nos hizo muchos favores dándonos recomendaciones.

Soggiorno non dei migliori

Posizione ottima, proprio accanto al Nilo, comoda la possibilità di una colazione “al sacco” in caso di partenza presto la mattina.

All’arrivo la camera non era quella che avevo prenotato. minuscola, non entravano nemmeno le valigie due due persone (per fare più spazio abbiamo dovuto mettere una sedia sopra l’armadio), moquette vecchia e maleodorante come tutta la stanza un odore tremendo di chiuso e aria consumata. La parte più tremenda il bagno: water che perdeva, farsi la doccia era pressoché impossibile. Siamo riusciti a farci cambiare camera non dopo poche lamentele, e tanto perso tempo a cercare un’ altra camera, con uno staff impreparato (non sapevano nemmeno quali camere avessero disponibili e quali no). Ad ogni modo dopo mille periperize ci hanno cambiato camera (e vorrei ben vedere!). Se non lo avessero fatto me se sarei andata proprio. La struttura è ristrutturata solo nella reception, le camere sono vecchie e fatiscenti. Peccato.

Don't recommend at all

I did not like anything

The rooms are horrible and the toilets were very bad. Room services come at 8:00 and knock on the door. The elevator is not working properly. I asked for two close rooms as we were friends traveling together, they gave us two rooms in two different floors.

Moquette is everywhere and it doesn't seem very clean. The rooms are a bit old.

早朝出発のツアーのためにランチボックスを準備してくれた。スタッフのSumaiaがとても親切でいろいろお世話してくれた。とても感謝しています。

アブシンベル神殿、市内ツアーなどホテルで予約できるものがないので自分で手配しないといけない。←高くつく。予約した際にツアーを承れるのメールを受け取ったのに、返信するとツアーは取り扱っていないと言われた。スークの近くにあるため夜遅くまでうるさくて眠れなかった。外観、ロビーは近代的な建物だが、部屋や水回りは古いくて期待外れ。テレビも壊れていたのか分からないが使えなかった。 wifiがとても弱いし、毎日パスワードが変わるのでフロントでそのたびにパスワードをもらわないといけない。しかもそのパスワードは１つのデバイスに1つ必要なので、２つ携帯を持ってた私は入力が面倒だった。時期的にかもしれないが、値段も安くはないのでとてもコスパが悪いと思った。次は絶対に泊まらない。

Bad experience

Room is old and dirty. First staff told me he can book car to airport with 300 EGP. But when i come to book, another staff ask me $20 , they try to overcharge customer, everyone know how cheap taxi is Egypt

Отличное решение для мини-путешествия в центре города с видом на Нил и его острова!

Эргономичный номер, где есть все, что нужно. Очень впечатлили балконные двери, прямо как в старых фильмах🤩. Вначале нам дали комнату с двумя раздельными кроватями, хотя мы бронировали с одной, но нам поменяли номер по первой просьбе и помогли перенести вещи. Будьте готовы к тому, что под окнами улица с магазинами и кафе, где жизнь бурлит примерно до 2 часов ночи, а окна этот шум мало сдерживают.

Единственный момент это то, что в душе занавеска не помогает сдерживать воду, и происходит потоп.

Good location for river activities and within easy reach of the rail station. Staff very helpful.

今までに体験したことの無いひどい対応

早朝アブシンベル宮殿ツアーに行く際朝食BOXを用意してくれた点

①事前にエアポートピックアップサービスを予約していたけど来ていない→ホテルに電話したがタクシーを利用しろとの返答チェックインの際　Booking.comでのメッセージを見せたけどそんな事は聞いていないとの一点張り ②事前にアブシンベル宮殿ツアーの申込も依頼をしチェックイン時に申込を受けるとの返事だったので申込をしたが　その様な事は行なっていないその様なメッセージを送ったのは私では無いので知らないバスターミナルに行って自分でツアー会社を探せと言われた ③エレベーター降りて部屋までの廊下に灰皿が数箇所あるのでタバコ臭い Wifiつがり難い・夜中にエアコンが切れた（対応に時間がかかった）

Senza troppe pretese, prezzo da rivedere.

Hotel nel centro di Assuan a due passi dal mercato e dal Nilo, senza troppe pretese, hall nuova ma il resto della struttura un po’ datata,stanza spaziosa e pulita con buon bagno. Aria condizionata valida. Colazione locale discreta, niente di speciale. Personale cordiale e gentile.

Avendo fatto un giro itinerante per l’Egitto e avendo girato un po’ di strutture, ci siamo fatti un idea sulla qualità prezzo e devo dire che si può fare di meglio, troppo caro per gli standard egiziani, con lo stesso prezzo si può fare molto meglio!

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale

L'Hotel si trova vicino al suk e agli imbarchi delle feluche, proprio davanti all'Isola Elefantina. Dalle finestre del ristorante si vede il Nilo e l'isola principale. La posizione è centrale e strategica. Pulizia adeguata. Il personale sempre disponibile.

La colazione può essere migliorata. La reception non offre servizi di tour turistici.

Os quartos tinham muito ruído, até achamos que as janelas estavam abertas, sendo numa zona tao bem localizada e com tanto movimento tinham de ser mais isolados. E tendo em conta toda a receção esperava quartos mais modernos, mas ainda assim estava ok

Standard room is pretty bad. Ugly and old carpet , furniture. They upgraded our room to a hard floor one for 5 USD a day and it was better.

Perfect for a short stay in Aswan

The room was perfect for a short stay, location is in the center of the city so easy to walk anywhere, and because we left at ~5am, they prepared a breakfast box for us.

Didn't like that the air con is positioned close to the bed, and you hear all the noise it makes. If is turned on during the night, the light/led on the air-con lights up the room as a small lamp

A reasonable overnight stay

Very helpful and friendly staff. Drinks reasonably priced eg water, especially when the shop outside tries hard to rip off tourists.

Friendly and welcoming staff.

We arrived late at night and the staff were still friendly and smiling , offering us drinks. A lovely way to be greeted after a long day.

Location is the best and hotel was clean and had a very cooperative and good staff.

Don't book smaller rooms though they can be uncomfortable. Breakfast seriously require improvement. They don't provide tea or coffee satche in the room. Water bottle is chargeable. Although kettle is available on demand. So are the cups and glasses.

Simple room in central location

Very central location Staff is really kind It is a very simple room but it meets the purpose Breakfast room has a very nice view. The breakfast itself is nothing special but it was nice to have it.

WiFi does not work properly. Also, every time you disconnect from the WiFi, you need to go to the reception and ask for another account. I believe this could be changed since it is not really hard to do it. There is air conditioning in the room but it is too noisy. The bathroom should have a bathroom rug to avoid accidents.

Good quality with good price

1. Location is good. it’s very close to Nile river and the shopping area. 2. The receptionist is a very nice lady and her English is excellent. 3. Local tour arrangements are good quality with good price.
