We booked last minute, due to missing the last Ferry to Skopelos. Yida arrived within 2 minutes of our reservation to kindly show us to our room. She was LOVELY and super friendly, giving us info about all the sites & restaurants in the area. We had a lovely balcony view, there was also a terrace on the top floor that we could also to use, again, stunning views. Babis also kindly drove us to the port in the morning to catch the ferry!

Would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Extremely happy.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the harbour and a balcony big enough to sit on. EVERYTHING was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a little fridge with a bottle of water in and tea making facilities. The sheets were crisp and fresh. The owners were so helpful with lifts from the airport and to the port which was only a short walk away but would have been awkward on the steps with luggage. It was all made very easy for us though with lifts that were offered. It was very quiet & slept really well. Great roof terrace with beautiful views across the harbour. The owners also gave us a map and an explanation of where places were. Very well located for airport, port & lovely shops & restaurants.

Everything was brilliant, clean and quiet. The only sound in the room was the fridge.

The owners go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. There's a fantastic view from the very comfortable roof terrace. Exceptional value for money.

Owners Babis and Yiota were lovely people and couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms cleaned every day.

Steps to the property were a bit of a challenge.

dissapointing for a 9 score more like 8

it did have a good view

the smallest room and smallest balcony we have ever had on our travels. bed was small and uncomfortable, had to side step around it to move about. it should not score a 9 on booking.com. balcony was width of a chair that you had to push past to even get out. tea and coffee facilities on bedside cabinet. however it was clean and the view was loverly. the location was good if you are fit to negotiate steps/ slopes etc. skiathos is very busy with tourist industry, too busy for us so we went earlier to skopelos. we did enjoy the best swimming in the whole of Greece though ! having said all of that it was reasonably priced for location. just not a 9 score.

Great accommodation...

Great view and an excellent location for all things required - Bus Station, Ferry, Boat trips. The owners were very helpful. We were very pleased with this & will probably stay here again. The accommodation (& the island) is just so easy & make the whole experience stress-free.

Super clean hotel inside the center of skiathos, great people running the property. Everything we asked for was in the room. 10 out for 10 for me. Some stairs if you go straight from the port though or a small uphill road if you go from papadiamanti Street but at the end you get your payback with an unbeatable view to the port. Giota and Babis were the best hosts offering free rides also to and from the airport!! Really appreciated!! Keep it up GUYS, you are awesome!! Exceptional!

-Owner very friendly - Nice location with view to Port -Near the port if you need to catch a ferry to Alonissos or Skiathos.

- We got 2 single beds combined instead of double bed

The right choice in Skiathos

I absolutely loved this place! I stayed in a lot of apartments in greece but Babis was my favourite. The view is incredible, the staff is extra lovely and they will make everything possible to make you comfortable. I hope to return one day.

It is very cheap, maybe suitable for those who have budget constraints

The room was very small, not really clean and overall the building is sloppy. We spent there only one night, and we did not want to see more. Yes, there is a view on the harbour, but it does not counterbalance the poor esperience

Great place for a short stay if you want to be close to the town.

Very friendly helpful staff. The apartment had great views of the harbour and was very close to the centre of the town with all of its facilities.

A true greek welcome

A very welcoming couple who picked me up from the airport and took me to their simple but beautiful pension. Lovely views,very clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit Babis and his wife again.

Loved The Babis because of the fantastic value for money and amazing views.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with amazing views. I loved the terrace area on the roof to sit and chill. Facilities were great.

There wasn’t any milk in the room for teas/ coffees and the tea and coffee facilities were very basic.
