Absolutely Fabulous!!

We had a good room lovely & clean with a good shower, & a fantastic view of the port with fabulous sunrises too. The hotel is close to the bus terminal which takes you to many beaches & to the end of the island & is only 3€ per person. There are many Tavernas/ restaurants near to the hotel all within walking distance. we had a super holiday & made new friends too.

Super hotel, small, friendly, very clean. It is close to everything, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop, ferry station, old port. The staff is kind and helpful. I felt very well!

Fab location and super clean room!

Really amazing location that was right by the main bus stop, super close to great restaurants and a lovely view of the sea/harbour. Great to have a mini fridge for drink and food bits.

The bathroom is quite small and the shower is particularly tiny which means the shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Would be great if there was some shelving/storage in the bathroom for products. Could do with some more kitchen bits eg cutlery or some plates if we were being fussy!

Hotel Akti was ideal for our requirements and provides a fairly priced service with good perks.

Property was conveniently located close to many restaurants, the centre of the town itself and to several tourist attractions.

Floors could potentially be quickly hoovered when no one is in the rooms as we found a lot of sand accumulating after our days.

A fab week thanks to the digs and the October weather.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. We had the two bed apartment ( 33) on the top floor. Great sea views. Only two of us but could sleep 4 or 5 quite comfortably.

Not the luxury we usually go for but we wanted simple this time - this little hotel was comfortable with a beautiful view and fabulous location- very clean and just what we were looking for

Exceptional

Located in front of the marina with many restaurants and close to most attractions in the village. Clean room with self-made coffee and fridge it provides more than a 2star hotel. Few matters from the port and the bus terminal to go to any beach. Provides free storage for bags.

The location is perfect, next to the port, walking distance to town and also next to bus terminal. We had a sea view room with a big balcony from where we could see ships and planes arriving to the island

Wonderful apartment with amazing views from balcony and in a great location - spotlessly clean

Stayed in the penthouse apartment. Fantastic view of old port with yachts and watching the planes fly by - great spot for people watching and located very well for the old port which is a short walk away (5 mins). All staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Place is kept spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. It was our very first visit to Skiathos Town and will not be our last - looking to book again for next year.

Very good

Great room, beds very comfortable. Super view of the water and water front.Very well positioned from the ferry harbor. Close to restaurants, easy walks into the town. Good food everywhere, nice vibe. We will book there again. Great value for money.

Glad we chose Hotel Akti great location, fantastic views, would not hesitate to book it again.

Hotel Akti is a fantastic location, views superb. We chose the 2 bedroom apartment, as a friend travelled with us, loved the views and location as we where on the top floor.

We would have liked the double bedroom to be a bit bigger, and the beds a little bit higher and more comfortable, other than that everything else was great, just one comment the shower cubicle could do with updating.

The ideal place to stay in Skiathos Town

This is our second time staying here and we will certainly stay again! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is just perfect for watching over the harbour and so close to all the amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the Akti.
