Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal im Hotel Atolon und bin wieder hin und weg.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind gut. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Besonders ist natürlich das Abendessen, dass jeden Abend wechselnde Vorspeisen und Desserts bietet. Die Lage des Hotels muss man mögen. Ich würde mich normalerweise nicht für einen typischen Ort voller Touristen entscheiden, aber das Hotel ist es wert.
Die Matratzen könnten etwas weicher sein und die Ablage für das Duschgel und das Shampoo könnte ruhig etwas tiefer angebracht sein, aber das sind nun wirklich Luxusprobleme!

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal zeichnen dieses Hotel aus. Das Ambiente ist modern mediterran und unterstreicht wunderbar die fantastische Lage direkt am Wasser.
Der angrenzende Beach-Club ist schön, aber auch sehr teuer. Das stört aber nicht, da man am Pool auch super liegen kann und diese fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer hat. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, wenn man im Meer baden möchte, da es keinen Sandstrand gibt. Das Wasser in dieser Bucht ist wie fast überall auf Mallorca kristallklar.
Unser Zimmer mit "Meerblick" hatte nur eingeschränkte Sicht auf das Meer, da es sich nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im Hinterhaus befand. Es war zwar nicht groß, aber sauber und ausreichend. Im Bad waren Duschgel und Shampon vorhanden und eine schöne Walk-In Regendusche.
Parkplätze hat das Hotel keine. Ein großer, öffentlicher, gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe ( ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß).
Die Frühstückszeit war von 8-10 Uhr. Für uns hätte sie gerne etwas länger sein können und die warmen Speisen zum Frühstück würden warm auch noch besser schmecken.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Atolon very much while visiting Mallorca for the first time. The moment we entered we were amazed by the clear and bright interior of the lobby with sea view.
We were grateful for their flexibility as we arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were allowed to access the room, so we could rest from our journey.
The staff is friendly, the room and the pool are clean and the food (both breakfast and dinner) is delicious. Every day we looked forward to the new variety at dinner, thanks to the wonderful cooks. If only we had a second stomach for all the deserts they were serving…
The ladies cleaning the tables are very ambitious; make sure not to leave your plate unattended to get some water, or it will be gone :)
Over all, we had an incredible stay. We felt totally calm and relaxed, just chilling at the pool while enjoying the view and the sound of the waves, which was all we really needed. We will definitely return to Hotel Atolon a next time. Thanks for everything!
Unfortunately, due to a new law to save energy, the AC will only work when the average (!) temperature exceeds 27 degrees. Although we understand the hotel needs to follow these rules, this was quite inconvenient for us (as tourists who are not used to hot temperatures), especially at night.

The hotel setting is stunning, the hotel itself is modern, clean and airy and the pool area is beautiful. Such a safe location away from the road too and felt very welcome and comfortable as a solo traveller.

The staff were extremely kind, the pool was perfect, there were lots of shops and restaurants on walking distance, close to the beach and nice variation of food.
No facilities in the room such as tea or coffee, there was a kettle available and cups so that didn't make sense. Insects at the bathroom and no toothpaste or hygiene facilities except for shampoo, body wash and hand wash.

Beachfront, excellent dinner
We arrived late on the first evening with the transport that the hotel had arranged for us, therefore knew our ETA. When we arrived at the hotel at 21:35 local time, the dinner buffet, which we had already paid for, had just closed at 21:30. When we asked for some food option from the hotel, we were offered one egg one tomato some cheese and bread. Knowing that we were traveling for the entire day and we would arrive a little bit after the closing time of the buffet, I would expect that we would not have to look outside for dinner option that late and after the long trip. It would be a nice gesture if a plate with some food was prepared for us and we could enjoy it at our balcony. It was not just us that arrived at the same time and had paid for the half board option.
Upon checkout we were charged extra for something and luckily my mother checked the receipt, I almost never do. The mistake was then fixed. My advice is to Double check the receipts you receive and ensure they comply with what you actually had.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel owners and all staff members were amazing! You could see the love they put in with the nice and maritime decoration everywhere! Very nice and clean hotel, wonderful pool area with access to the sea. (Rocks but with shoes it was no problem to get in) The Poolbar and entertainment were super as well, even for light lunches they have and outdoor kitchen available. Originally we booked only breakfast but because the dinner was soooo good, we decided to eat very often in house. It's a buffet dinner in a different way, you can chose from different meals and they prepare a plate FRESH in front of your eyes! Everything is presented on smaller plates and delicious! Feels like an a la carte Restaurant! The hotel rooms are small but nice and really cozy beds!
The only downside was at first, we got a room with indirect sea view but this was due to poor translation on booking that our expectations were different. Not hotels fault! But even then the staff and hotel owners were super helpful and could move us to a different room. While booking watch out for frontal seaview rooms as the seaview room category is a different one and it might happen you only get a small glimpse of seaview;)

The buildings were very clean, modern and well maintained. Even though our room was smaller than in the pictures, it was nice and cozy – we got the partial-sea-view type of a room. The pool area is exceptional, probably one of the best features of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. VERY good breakfasts and dinners; average drinks at the bar (for the price, anyway).
The Wi-Fi was unfortunately essentially unusable. Additionally, soundproofing is not the best here – you don’t hear the other hosts in their rooms but do hear everything in the hall - we got woken up frequently in the night and in the morning by the room service, getting ready for their work.

Gorgeous views, especially by the pool area - the perfect place to relax and unwind. Dipping in the sea right off the poolside was so dreamy, and there were always enough beds even by late morning. The poolside bar was a great touch too with good priced drinks.
The food was excellent with a great selection of fresh Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast and dinner, as well as rotating cuisines at dinner too - Italian, Asian and Spanish while I was there. Loved the gourmet touches alongside buffet style.
The room was spacious and comfortable, great sized balcony with a great sea view in two directions.
If nighttime entertainment isn’t for you then bear that in mind - there’s a show every night from 9.30-11 and the balcony doors don’t totally block the sound. However it was quite fun to listen from the balcony if you don’t want to be in the thick of it but quite like the music! There is also some noise from passers-by (for those facing the main path anyway) though this didn’t go on late as it’s not a late-night resort so I didn’t find it an issue.
