Mi sono rilassato.

Tutto nella norma, luogo pulito e staff gentile e disponibile. La struttura avrebbe solo bisogno di un po' di manutenzione e rinnovo.

Il locale sottostante aperto tutto il giorno e la notte rilasciava odori e rumori un po' fastidiosi, come puzza di fumo e rumore di gente che parla e mezzi in continuo movimento..

Posizione comoda abbastanza vicino alla stazione, colazione nella norma, personale gentile e disponibile

L'impatto non è dei migliori...sembra tutto un pó vecchio e usurato, la stanza per due era piccola...per fortuna tutto funzionante

Affordable, clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff

Centrally located to the train, the museums and to restaurants.

We stayed during the heat wave and while the first room had air conditioning, it never made it to the second room, so our kids were sweltering.

The coffee was good & the staff were very helpful

The staff were pleasant enough but the room was cramped & scruffy. Bed linen was old & scruffy

New bed linen & decent sized towels. There could have been some muesli, the breakfast was cornflakes or coco pops!

Very happy overall and would stay again

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size for a person travelling alone. Fantastic location for walking.

The shower was very small which was the only problem i had.

Good hotel in walking distance to the center of Ravenna

Helpful receptionist, elevator, air conditioning, good restaurant around the corner. Ravenna center in walking distance.

A little older hotel but it was no problem, everything worked well.

Very bad experience! No A/C and heat was unbearable!

It was a joke!

We notified hotel about late arrival! Staff was unhappy they had to be waiting for us! Our bus arrived 1 hr. late from Venice! The room Air conditioning unit was NOT on when we came to the room and the room was steaming hot. We hoped that when we put the unit to work the situation change! The A/C was not functioning at all! When we tried to change the room there was nobody at the reception. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. My husband tried to sleep on the floor but it didn’t work either! Room was like a sauna!

Very good

The location is great. Next to the train station and the city center. It is great if you need to take a train early morning. (my case). The room is clean and cozy. The price is fair and I would stay there again .

The smell of the bathroom was not very good but I think it's a general problem in Italy.

A good stay in a quiet neighborhood, and helped by an excellent staff.

A good room--simply furnished, but with a desk and chair, full-length mirror and extra blanket in the closet. I enjoyed the view of the neighborhood from my window. The staff was friendly and very helpful as to giving directions and recommendations.

The location was great, convenient if you plan to travel to/from Ravenna. Unfortunately is the only good aspect of my stay...

I haven't been noticed with the card I couldn't lock the room.. Everytime I had to ask the key to the reception and live it there.. Room located on the 4th floor, the ground was wet and I was almost falling off... Breakfast poor, for that price I was expecting more.

Super😍

I was in Hotel Roma for 10 days with my boyfriend. The room is quiet, clean and also the bed is komfortable. The tv and the mini icebox is pvery good. The staff is very very lovely, smiley and helpful! Thank you so much again for everything dear Diana and Alesso!!! 🥰🥰You are really amazing people! Hope we will see each other next time too😘 Umut&Eszter

Not bad, but expensive for price value

Good location, close to the train&bus station. Few minutes walk from the inner city.

The reception opens at 5pm. The air conditioner in the room is loud and not too effective. Breakfast is very poor. It's not worth the price.
