Básica.

No habia servicio de desayuno. La ubicación para vacaciones es muy buena

Debería de ir mejor la limpieza de habitación y zonas comunes, el cambio de sábanas que no se hizo ninguno de los 5 dias. La calidad de los colchones muy floja. Utensilios de cocina y menaje escasísimos. Nada de material de aseo.

Le personnel est adorable, les deux piscine c était top . l emplacement super avec les commerces en bas de l hôtel

L accès à la chambre , établissement vieillissant avec problème de baie vitrée , de douche également et fuite d eau . Le ménage reste à désirer .

complexe vieillissant, achat d'ustensiles de cuisine ne coûte pas cher et est indispensable

la situation géographique proche de la mer, le personnel d'accueil et le personnel de chambre sont à l'écoute

Equipement cuisine plus que rudimentaire, 4 couteaux qui ne coupent pas, une minuscule poêle, une petite casserole, pas de cafetière, et cela est prévu pour 4 personnes ! fuite au niveau de la douche et de l'évier, appareils en panne mais changés rapidement, pas de quoi laver son linge

La ubicación fue lo único bueno de la estancia

No nos gustó la limpieza del hotel, ni tampoco que en el apartahotel no hubiera un horno para cocinar, que la nevera fuera la típica del hotel pero si saben que se va a cocinar debería ser más grande. No nos hicieron ni un día de la estancia la limpieza, solo nos cambiaron las toallas.

Ya simplemente el checking, te das cuenta que ew un hotel de Batalla, publico joven que busca fiesta, que le da igual dormir en una cama de muelles. La chica de recepción no da abasto, la compañera que está dentro en un mini despacho, lo sabe y no la ayuda, lo digo por que el día de mi llegada, tuvimos que hacer cola para poder entrar, y esta mujer no movió un dedo por agilizar la llegada de huéspedes. El apartamento habla por si sólo cuando lo ves, limpieza muy justa, por no decir insuficiente...camas de pensión. En fin, un hotel para el público que ves en el hotel normalmente, no para una familia.

Solo para gente que quiera marcha y resacon en la playa.

Si vienes a Mallorca a beber y hacer el turista es un sitio que puede ser aceptable. Ya que está cerca de la playa y una zona de marcha y restaurantes.

Si quieres un turismo más familiar y tranquilo no lo recomiendo para nada.

Amazing location. Just in front of the beach. Restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel as well. Very spacious apartment. The staff were very nice.

Acess to the rooms is a little annoying. Just a lot of uphill walking/stairs to reach the higher apartments. Not that big of a thing though.

Fijn verblijf

Appartement was ruim. Bedden leken hard maar lagen prima. Slaapbank voor de kinderen goed te doen. Supergoede Wifi. Locatie was top. Zwembad gewoon open. Bij Booking.com stond dat het dicht was. Behulpzaam personeel en hele leuke koffiebar in het pand. Auto kan je gratis parkeren op groot parkeerterrein 200m verderop. Bij hotel is parkeren prijzig.

Appartement was smoezelig en niet zo schoon. Dekbedden en lakens hadden vlekken. Toen het drukker werd geen waterdruk en warme douche meer.

It's hotel with all facilities and good emplacement Mexican girl of reception give us all thing it's the best in office it's very helpfull

Time of check out mentioned on booking at 12 pm but office ask us to do check out at 11 pm . Bad reception and office communications

Hotel and staff amazing. Control of guests doesn't exist. Didn't sleep for 3 nights due to drunk, disgusting guests. Won't return.

Wild parties in rooms till 6.30am . Kicking doors , dragging furniture across floor all night, screaming, my balcony used as an ash tray . No sleep for 3 nights. Came home to get sleep.

We had an apartment with sea view for four persons. Perfect location with a big balcony with full view over the bay and water. 50m to the beach and a fantastic friendly woman working in the lobby. A bit basic interior but very clean. Supermarket 10 meters from the hotel. Overall a very good experience, will visit again.

the staff were very friendly, location is amazing.

small lifts when you have a bike, but that isn’t a moan at all. Don’t eat at the restaurant opposite on the water… go to mama mias!

Highly recommend specially for families.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a nice view from the balcony very relaxing. There’s two swimming pools and a mini market near to the pool for drinks and snacks. The place is nearby to the beach, bus stops, town, there’s a lot of restaurants, shops, you can rent a car, and plenty of tourist attractions.

Probably the sofa bed.

We booked for 5 people and only had beds for 4 people and no bedding available when asked staff. Tired after traveling with children from the UK AND NO BED TO SLEEP IN…is never going to get a good review. Also had the air con stuck on 30’c and impossible to turn off plus rowdy drunken people shouting outside the room for half the night making it even worse.

Another great stay in the Portofino apartments

Lovely large clean apartment with sea view. We were in Sorrento block which we had asked for as been before.

Only 1 mirror which was in bathroom for 4 women it was a bit of an inconvenience. Another one in bedroom would easily solve this
