Disappointed

Liked the gym and the padel courts, the large cycle storage is useful too.

We weren’t given a room that matched the description on booking.com, we were given the chance to cancel our booking on the day we arrived but obviously the logistics of finding another suitable place on the same day put us off so we gave it a chance however we decided to leave after a couple of days. The manager wouldn’t give us a refund for more than 5 days (we’d booked 10) so reluctantly we stayed for 5 days. The apartment we were given was overlooking a dirty pond with rubbish floating on top of it (algae and what looked like drinks bottles etc). The hotel claim we didn’t ask for a double bed but we definitely did this through booking.com but we were given two singles pushed together. The bedding and towels were very old and well used. We didn’t like that the swimming pools were all full of kids the whole time but that’s probably our fault for not booking an adults only place.

Pobyt w Port de Pollença

- hotelu położony nieco na uboczu miejscowości dzięki czemu było tu spokojnie - można było korzystać z siłowni - w ofercie hotelu również spa i kort tenisowy (chyba trzeba było za korzystanie z tych obiektów płacić) - przy hotelu zaciszne ogrody z placami zabawki dla dzieci - przy hotelu był basen - apartament składał się z pokoju z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni, łazienki i korytarza - apartament czysty, przytulny - mieliśmy pokój na parterze z tarasem i widokiem na ogród - w pokoju z aneksem kuchennym była również kanapa że stolikiem, stół dla 4 osób i szafka z szklankami, miskami itp - aneks zawierał niezbędne do gotowania przybory tj patelnia, 2 garnki, sztućce, talerze, kubki -na wyposażeniu aneksu również czajnik elektryczny, toster, kawiarka, mikrofalówka, płyta indukcyjna, lodówka - zawieszka z informacją że nie chcemy aby nam przeszkadzano (zapewne chodziło o sprzątanie) - zawsze było wolne miejsce parkingowe

- taras mógłby być ogrodzony barierkami (bez nich tez było ok ale z nimi myślę że byłoby lepiej)

Better cleaning to avoid Ants in your Pants.

selection of pools and apartment near facilities in the hotel, staff were very friendly, apartment was a good size and great pressure in the shower even if the bathroom is very dated

cleaning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, our apartment was not cleaned properly, bath still dirty, sheets were the same as we had slept in for the previous 2 nights just made the beds. our apartment was infested with ants, we did not cook or have any food in the apartment yet they were everywhere. when we left we found them in our suitcases and on our clothes. We had our suitcases closed at all times. the bathroom and apartment in general is very dated also some of the tiles were broken and missing in the childrens pool, and small bits of tiles could be felt when in there.

Comfortable and nice accommodation close to Cap de Formentor. Food is delicious,services are great. If you have a car you can go to different beaches.

Excellent location, few minutes drive from busy Alcudia and from beautiful town Pollenca. Staff very friendly and helpfu

The property was clean and in good localisation. Big enough and with eir condition, quite. Good pressure in the shower and the bathroom and rooms very big with lots of storage place. The staff working there was brilliant. When I need find the pharmacy late in night they helped a lot. In restaurant, the staff was very friendly. You could get a food next to the swimming pool much cheaper than in restaurant during the day. I can highly recommend this place, all my family enjoyed and would definitely come back.

Very friendly staff. It's a hotel that is happy to cater for cyclists. Loads of good food. Large apartments.

The internet is lousy. The apartments have smart TVs, however the apps on them were unusable due to a lack of stable internet.

Terrific large indoor pool and fitness complex with huge Jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, dance studio, weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and all the rest. Very nice outdoor pool. Comfy sofa beds. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is not walking dance from Port de Pollença, not if you have young kids or older members of your party. The whole place needs maintenance and repairs. There are a lot of tiles missi g from the various pools. Our sofa beds were both broken. The toilet didn't flush properly. The pocket door mechanism was sticking. The window didn't open. In addition, the breakfast was not great. We tried it the first morning and decided not to go back for the following two mornings. Everything was lukewarm and the drinks machines were out of action. The whole breakfast experience needs a rethink. It could be so much better. On the whole, this hotel did not feel like a four star establishment.

Ideal facilities and location for a group of cyclists

The facilities are excellent in the hotel complex for cyclists. The restaurant across the road in the sports grounds was very good and convenient for dinner or a beer. The location was ideal

The room could be noisy in the morning as it was located close to the air handling units on the ground floor. The glass roof over the foyer leaked in heavy rain.

Autumn in the Med ☀️

The sport enthusiasts dream - options of swimming pools, access to the basement gym, tennis courts, bike storage etc. Rooms clean and tidy. Stayed half board and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. Staff friendly and helpful.

Distance from the centre of Puerto Pollensa was approx 15-20 walk. More of an inconvenience in the evening as free shuttle buses available during the day.

Not 4 star as they self claim.

The sofa was comfy and the balcony was nice.

There was large cracks and crumbling plaster on the wall inside the apartment (see photos). As well as this the apartment internal hallway light and balcony light didn’t work. We told reception the day after check-in about the lights and they said it would be fixed. We stayed 15 days and they were never fixed. The WiFi is only in public areas (reception) and not inside the apartment - pretty poor for a “4 star” place. The tennis & Padel courts that are part of the hotel are still charged and there is no advantage to being a hotel guest in booking / paying for them.

Perfect cycling base

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had a slight booking issue. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were a good size with a well stocked kitchenette. Shower power was epic.

It was a little tired overall. The room was clean but the shower had a lot of black mould in and needed a decent clean. The pool was a nice size but had tiles missing.

Nice hotel would stay again

Clean hotel , apartments spacious . Catering staff excellent . Food very good . Came on a cycling Holiday with friends, would go back definitely.

There is a stale urine smell coming from the drains in the bathrooms. Mine was mild but my friends was strong , the door had to be kept closed
