Exceptional

• Service was phenomenal. Our flight delays resulted in an arrival after the 10:30pm cut-off. Contacted the hotel and they had no problem letting us in later, holding bags after check-out so we could explore the sights comfortably. Couldn't ask for anything better. • Beds are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. • The service, once again, was top tier. This is a hotel that truly cares about their guests.

the hotel was located in a good location almost near to all the tourist attractions but it really was not a 3 stars hotel, if I would be able to rate the hotel it would be at most 1 stars. but the staff were good and helpful.

Superb

A small hotel in a very old building (presumably XVI century or like), in the heart of the old town and close to the old port. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. A bit noisy in the late evening - but this is the price to pay when you book in the old town close to a large port.

we will not come back!

Total chaos at breakfast, no personel availeble for coffee as he was handeling the problemes at reception. I even called the owner during the chaos asking to send an invoice by mail as the recption couldn't find it. her answer was "you must wait for me I am arriving"! we didn't see her. We left and will not come back. After a mail to the owner we got a mail back that we had coffee and a good breakfast and no refund was nessesary!

good, happy for a short stay.

ac was amazing, bed was comfortable and the card set up was good. good blinds too made the room cool.

shower in bathroom didn’t get hot water.

Poor

Really nice breakfast and nice owners, we checked in late and everything was fine. Breakfast is filled with anything one would like.

Our room's window was exactly in front of another window and we could see inside a family's apartment (and they could see us.) I understand streets are really narrow in Genova, but we had very little privacy.

Good location - welcoming employees

Kind employees- very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Good location. Good WiFi. Can unlodad car nearby: very handy !

Room not bright enough. No lift /no help. No kettle/ no soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours.

Good

The staff was very friendly and helped us quickly with a couple practical challenges. The hotel is right across the aquarium and in 200 my radius there are various good restaurants. There was also a small inflatable park (across the square) that our son really enjoyed. After they changed our rooms, they gave us a nice 2 rooms apartment😊

At first they gave us 2 rooms one of which was small and smelled quite badly, and the window opened to a very ugly dirty and smelly corner. They however changed the room for us the day after. While very close to the aquarium and old harbor, the neighborhood is so so...would not let our young daughters move there alone at night.
