Very positive surprise what we have been provided. Great value for money. Excellent location.

Great staff who cared of us in exceptional way. We were feeling as real guests. And great location near metro and train, many shops and restaurants nearby, still quiet all around.

All was fine as all our requests were immediately handled. And city was crowded by people (Eastern:-) but it has nothing to do with this great property.

Great location, both bus and metro are nearby. A parking garage is right across the street. Loved the common area with free espresso.

Amazing hospitality, comfy beds, and good croissants to go.

Alessandra welcomed us and showed us around the room. He made us a coffee and showed us where to eat on a map. amazing hospitality. He even called a taxi for us which helped a lot.

It was so close to Libia station, however it was under construction during our stay. We had to take a buses and cabs to the centre. about 35minutes to the centre by bus, and 1hr to the Vatican.

Fabulous

The staff was very communicative and made sure we arrived ok. Nice mini kitchen with good coffee!

The apartment was further from the main attractions in Rome than I first thought. Also, it's oddly located inside another apartment/mixed use building. It was a little hard to find.

I loved this place and would stay again on my next trip to Rome, but I would ask about the security

Martina was absolutely fabulous. She met us on time and explained everything we needed to know to make sure our stay was worry free. Place was extremely clean. The shower was the biggest I have seen in Italy and is equipped for handicapped people. Easy to get to by car; No ZTL zones to worry about. Close to Villa Borghese gardens and park. And this is the only place we stayed at throughout our 2 week trip through Italy where the air condition actually worked. All the other places said they had A/C but none were working and the owners basically said "too bad" Location, although out of the center, was a 3 min walk to the Metro which would take you to the center in 15 minutes. Lots of fabulous shops line the streets and the prices are half what you would pay in the center. Off street parking was only 15 Euros a day; a bargain in Rome if you are driving a car.

We didn't notice (nor were we told about) the security cameras in the common area (kitchen) when we arrived at the apt. It was at breakfast the next morning that we saw them and wondered if there were anymore in the apt Made us feel a little creepy.
