Nice, clean hotel

The staffs are friendly and ever ready to assist with your luggage upon arrival. Location near to mall. 5 minutes walking to Star Performing Arts Centre. Room is clean & tidy. Nice view overlooking Nanyang Technology University.

A bit further from city and airport. Limited choice for food, can opt for e-hailing delivery but limited Halal food choices.. Nearby McD and Starbucks were crowded with students. A bit challenging to dine-in.

THE ROOM AND SERVICE WERE GOOD. THE LOCATION WAS ALSO GOOD BEING CLOSE TO STAR VISTA MALL.

Break fast option not there but associate hotel was costly for food . we avoided breakfast there .

very stringent on check in . Plus they keep SGD 150 as deposit which was credited after 2 days we left hotel . This practice was not observed for other cities .

Great stay in Singapore

Close to the Buona Vista station,kindly staffs,and washing machine in a room was suitable for us.

Room door lock was out of order, but hotel staffs managed to fix it in the end.

A very nice hotel

A very nice , good value hotel in Singapore, easily accessible by public transport, with good eating and shopping options arround. Would recommend to anyone...

Early bar closing hours, but that seems to be a standard in Singapore

A place for a quick stay. Definition not a place to enjoy

Location is good. Staff is friendly and helpful

Very badly ventilated suit. Even with AC on everything was humid. Any clothes left out of suitcases was not dry. Entire suite wiped with a mop and spray without rinsing the cloth for his knows how long. Try to put white socks on and look at your feet few minutes later. Dishes and cutlery not checked/washed before new guest arrives so all dirty. No sponge to wash your dishes. Breakfast disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.

7 night stay in ok hotel, close to Star Vista

Close to Star Vista and MRT

A few receptionists at the front desk weren’t professional, one man named Haikul (?) was abrupt and informal. The room only had one dustbin in the bathroom and we requested for another, he said we should throw our other rubbish in a plastic bag instead and seemed a bit informal and unprofessional. Why not just provide us with an extra bin so that we can help the room clean and hygienic for you? Another time, towels were requested and they took forever to provide them.

Not really happy with the stay at all.

Comparing to other hotels, park avenue wasn't such a great stay, with the price they charged. The only reason i considered park avenue Rochester is because my house was in holland village, so i booked this hotel for my parents. Next time definitely i wont consider Park Avenue Rochester for anyone. Services they offered and customer interaction was the worse. Also the room space, it was damn too small.

Good location, okay facilities, poor service.

Location. Buono Vista metro station is in walking distance.

Required multiple requests to get basic things like tissue roll or bath gel refill. The bathroom shower faucet had problems, and some fittings were simply loose; though they fixed it after being told Front office staff Tan Suh Fang is impolite. Though the other staff at Front desk Kimberly and Melvin are pleasant to interact. I later realised that they overcharged SGD 30 to me for the last night (2nd Jan 2023) for upgrade to Deluxe room (which was done on day of check in);, whereas thru a separate transaction the collected full fare at the time of check out.

Feel so warm n welcome upon arrival. House cleaning were exceptional helpful. Worth the value for money

I was not aware i had double booked, one with booking and one with hotel, if there is a way the hotel staff could flag out i had double booked, i could release one booking without to pay penalty which is painful. Note i have used the same name, mobile number and email so kinda disappointing

Had a 3 nights stay and will be back if there's a good deal.

Room with bath tub, that was a surprise. Sound proofing is good, appreciate the quietness. Only on occasion I heard people talking and room doors closing.

The wifi connection could have been stronger. The speed was a bit slow so to do some work, it does frustrate at times.

Handy for MRT and A*STAR

It is a great location for me when I visit. Close to the MRT and also close to A*STAR.

I am newly diagnosed with Coeliac disease meaning that I can not eat wheat. There was very little (If anything) that I could eat for breakfast and so I took my own! The rooms are small but that is not really an issue.
