Extrêmement appréciable !!!

Accueil de Cyril : Exceptionnel Duplex vraiment très beau, fonctionnel et très bien placé ! Les photos sont le reflet de la réalité ! Situe dans une rue calme surtout appréciable dans une période aussi intense que lors du marché de noël . Appartement situé au premier étage sans ascenseur. Les marches sont très larges . Attention néanmoins au parquet véritable et un peu glissant . On entend les voitures passer mais rien de grave pour nous qui avons très bien dormi ! literie est merveilleuse :-) couettes géniales ! Attention oreillers délicieux mais en plumes . Mon conjoint allergique avait pris son oreiller . Le lit en haut était fait à notre arrivée et le canapé lit aussi . Literie canapé excellente c’est extrêmement rare !!! L’escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la chambre n’est pas si étroit que ça . J’ai lu dans les commentaires qu’il l’était mais j’ai vu bien pire . No problème ! La hauteur de plafond au dessus de la baignoire sera plus agréable pour une personne qui mesure moins d’un mètre 80 mais il suffit de pencher la pomme de douche pour se doucher dans difficulté et avec plaisir . Le débit de la douche est top et le petit bouton sur la pomme de douche permet de stopper l’arrivée d’eau à notre guise. La salle de bain est très grande. Elle inclus les wc. Notre petit chien a été accepté pour 20 e le séjour . Merci . L’appartement est très bien chauffé et l’eau est rapidement chaude aussi. C’est agréable ! Il y a une Clim si vous venez en été ! Il y a une cafetière normale et une Nespresso. Il manque peut-être un grille pain et 2 à 4 flûtes à champagne . Ce fut un très grand plaisir que d’y passer un court séjour. En espérant pouvoir revenir ! Merci !

Prima verblijf, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en goede communicatie met de host. Kortom waar voor je geld!

Lekker centrale ligging. Goed te bereiken en prima net appartementen complex

‘s nachts toch wel wat geluidsoverlast, aangezien we wel wat frisse lucht wilden met raampje open. Het ligt midden in de stad dus ook wel logisch maar dat zou mijn minpunt zijn. Ander minpunt is dat je niet langer dan 1,85 m moet zijn anders stoot je je hoofd in de keuken en douche ;).

well organized, large windows that can open for fresh air, location excellent, walking distance to shops and Cathedral.

the pull out couch bed, mattress was too soft. also, unfortunately there are no off leash dog parks nearby- all the small nearby public parks say no dogs allowed , closest one is 15 min walk to stadium.

Centrally located beautiful loft apartment

Cyril was really accommodating and helpful through our correspondence. We really appreciated the little touches (Madeleines, dairy free beverages, tea and coffee) which felt special. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and we were happy to pad around barefoot. We had the best sleep in our 3 week holiday with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Tucked in a quiet street away from the main thoroughfare, this lovely little apartment is but yet close enough to reach with a short stroll. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Modern Apartment in Great Location

We were met at the door by our host and shown all of the inns and outs of the building. The apartment was modern and charming. The electric shades were a great addition and made the entire apartment very dark for good sleep! Refreshments were supplied. Great location near catherdral!

We were a party od four adults and it was a little small but fine for two nights.

Perfect place in Reims!

great hosts make the stay and our host, Cyril was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the place is lovely and well located! we came with a family of five (three sons under 10) and will go back for sure when we return to Reims. little details were absolutely lovely from the coffee to the fridge supplies and local recommendations, Wi-Fi, etc. also, ample parking around neighborhood!

Older building in city center so can be a bit loud from noise in the street (shades and fan for background noise helps), or from the floor/stairs. Not a problem at all, but visitors should be aware.

Great location, right in city center yet quite calm. Clean and nicely decorated. Our host was very accomodating and friendly for key pick-up time and drop-off. Kitchen was well-equipped and even had some milk, OJ and water in the fridge as well as some coffee and local madeleines (which were greatly appreciated!)

Shower is not really adequate for anyone over 1,80 cm! It was fine for me and my 1,65 cm but the lads had their head right on the ceiling.

Nice Stop in Must-See Reims.

Manager met us...helped with luggage. Awesome location! A/C in unit (thank goodness with August heatwave). Coffee, drinks, local info gratis. Super nice touch and made all the difference after a 6+ hour drive from Normandie.

Booking.com ad is misleading about parking...We assumed parking was off street in the apartment complex. But it turns out that "parking" means whatever you can find on the street or in manager's garage for extra fee (very reasonable). Because it was the August in the year of 90+ sustained COVID heat, there was easy on-street parking and easypark app to pay for it was great. Still, should be more explicit that off-street or extra fee parking is what the property offers.

Excellent value and awsome expereince

The host provided nice amenities (Coffee and drinks for us to use, and some shower accessories). The place was very quiet and met what we were looking for. Very close to everything (all in walking distance so we never had to use our car). Host provided great information to maximize our stay with great recommendations. Plenty of material in the place to help direct us to maximize the stay (restaurants, grocery, tourist items, and tasting tours). We are planning to stay at this place in the future.
