Рекомендую этот хостел! Я осталась очень довольна

Идеальный вариант для проживания на одну или несколько ночей, можно пешком дойти от вокзала, совсем рядом площадь Феррари и недалеко можно выйти на набережную. Симпатичный и комфортный хостел, но было сложновато найти, он находится в узком переулке. Замечательные сотрудники, приветливые и отзывчивые! На кухне можно найти что угодно, есть всё.

Great place to stay

The staff was something else, absolutely friendly and at our disposal 24/7. They had a group chat were we could ask for tours or activities or whatever we needed. The building was old and beautiful and the breakfast was perfect. We had juice, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. Almost everything we needed to eat and I loved that they left the food there so you can eat all day if you wanted. I also loved that we had two different environments. So there's a building with a youthful and party vibes, like the hostel part. And also they had a quieter place where we stayed and it was perfect! The views were also so beautiful and the location is amazing

The room was a little dusty and the washer machine wasn't working. Also the heat wasn't working properly, so it was a little cold at night

It was absolutely perfect. Everything. Staff, breakfast, and location

It was absolutely perfect. Everything. The people, included breakfast, the location (right in the center), the price, and the rooms (the roofs are probably 100 years old). Best hostel I have been in Italy! OH, and let's not forget the great tour. Thanks Spyros!!

The location is great! It's a cozy hostel, the staff is nice, they offer a free tip walking tour which was amazing and the kitchen and breakfast are awesome! There is a locker in the dorm rooms for everyone, a power outlet near the beds and laundry service is available for 8€.

Everything is kind of cramped, especially the dorms. It's very stifling in the rooms but there is a fan for every bed! Bathroom and showers are okay, not the most clean but it was fine for a couple of days... you get bed sheets and duvet covers but no towels.

Decent location

Breakfast is a jar of biscuits and some fruit juice that you help yourself to, definitely not worth it. Communal bathroom was very dirty and looked out of date. Toaster didn’t work in kitchen. They advertise washing facilities however you have to pay €8 for 1 wash.

I cannot recommend this hostel enough for a stay in Genoa!

It was very central and very well decorated, also the paintings on the ceilings were beautiful. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and all taps, toilets and showers were working well. Also the staff were really friendly and personable, and the free walking tour is such an amazing experience that they offer!

Budget stay

The hostel is located in a pretty old building. The shared dorms are located on the 2nd floor without a lift. But I had booked a private room which is located on the 5th floor of the same building, but it had a different entrance. This was basically an apartment with 4 rooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. The apartment seemed to be recently renovated and hence was in a good condition. The room was pretty basic and should have been cleaner. The location of the hostel is a big plus point as it's just a few minutes walk away from all major attractions.

We reached the hotel around the check-in time which was at 2 PM but still had to wait for 45 minutes as the room was still being cleaned. The 4 shared rooms shared a single bathroom and 2 toilets. Given the fact that the other two rooms had triple and quadruple occupancy, the bathroom was a bottleneck. The cleanliness of the bed linen could be better. Poor ventilation in the room.

Well located and clean property. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing and friendly, they provided us with all the necessary informations and a guide to the city. Their recommandations are accurate. The property is nice and clean, very well located, easy access to different attractions. The private room we booked is very spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

Breakfast is self service but do not expect anything wow.

Exceptional

Ostellin is not just a hostel, it's home. From the common areas to the staff, it all points to a warm welcome. The location is also perfect for exploring both the center and the wonderful Cinque Terre. Absolutely recommended.

Great place to stay in the centre of town

I often stay here, as it's so perfectly located, but most of all I find the staff really friendly and helpful. There's always a very good atmosphere. It's comfortable and quiet, with a good kitchen for when you want to cook. The beds are very comfortable and it is so quiet, I even slept so well that I late too, which is very rare for me. Really nice.

The dorms are quite close to the reception/living room area, so occasionally it can be a little noisy (a guy was playing his guitar and singing), but the rules are for quiet after 11pm and this was kept to. So it wasn't a problem.

More like a homestay than a hostel. Nice place to stay.

Nice laid-back and not really pretentious hostel. Good beds, free coffee and tea.

Kitchen is a bit rundown and it's not exactly the cleanest place to stay but it's ok.

Very nice hostel, ideally situated in the centre of Genova. It has a very cosy atmosphere and it's clean! I had such a great time, so thank you to the staff, and also enjoyable talks with other guests!

Would not recommend. Dirty and loud

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very central. The building has an elevator. There is coffee and snacks available for free.

We booked a private room thinking the bathroom was attached, as it is the main picture. But unfortunately, this was not the case, and we ended up having to share a bathroom with 3 other rooms, so 12 people... Our neighbors seemed to have the same issue. Sadly, our room was also extremely dirty and dusty. The staff took 2 nights before moving us or simply coming to clean the room. And finally, it was simply impossible to sleep as the sound isolation is just too bad. Some of the staff seemed to be understanding and willing to help, but we ended up on a very uncomfortable exchange with Giulio accusing us of "blackmail"... This is simply not the professionalism that is expected.

Super nice, comfortable and friendly hostel. Location is super good. Bed was comfy. Breakfast included. Nice common area.

The only very small thing is that there are stairs to reach the hostel ( not very long)

The staff is super friendly! The building is amazing and very comfortable. I also definitely recommend the Spyros tour, just ask the reception about it!
