Very relaxing place , close to all the City has to offer

Great location and staff . Arnie Elvie and Nam were great , the restaurant has great food and prices , we up graded to a river view with belcony . We had overseas visitors from Hong Kong they were very impressed with the service , highly recommend

I would highly recommend Clarion suits if staying in melb 10 out of 10

Friendly staff our overseas guests commented how helpful staff were, the best since arriving in Australia , they were able to walk most of the CBD and river walkes through the City , eating at the restaurant at night made it very easy for them , rooms are very clean and serviced well during our stay . Speacial thanks to Arnie and Evie for there hospitality

Location 📍transport at the door , friendly staff , happy hour at restaurant , very clean, great view from belcony . Special thanks to Arnie Micheal , Elvie Nam and Karishma they were very helpful and friendly to our overseas visitors, highly recommend Clarion suits great place to stay

A great hotel in a great location with extremely helpful and friendly staff

Great Location and Room, The service staff were especially friendly and helpful. I would think to stay here again because of that experience

Only issue was a broken lift that made getting up and down a bit painful. But would stay here again all the same

Really enjoyed staying here

The staff at reception , Arnie and the girls are very helpful , looked after my wife while i was away , the facilities are great , great food at restaurant inc happy hour . the location of this motel suits our needs , close to river restaurants , casino and major events.

Lovely comfortable accommodation close to attractions.

Great location, walk or tram to attractions. Very friendly welcome from reception. Good that restaurant has opened the breakfast was nice. Comfortable suite, everything we needed. Spacious shower. Foxtel available on the TV.

Need a proper hairdryer, the ones permanently attached to the wall are not very good.

Exceptional

The perfect location just in the heart of Melbourne. Staff were amazing, cheers to Niall, Nikki, Karishma and the rest of the team. We were upgraded into a room with better views, and with two single beds when we rebooked. Discount offered for breakfast with buffet option.

Nothing, the price could be considered as expensive but for australian standard and costs in general is actually good.

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Car parking is very narrow and low height. Caution: If you are travelling with medium to large SUV and If your boot opens up. It hits the ceiling.

Clean, comfortable, affordable.

Clean and new (or recently renovated) rooms. Very helpful staff, 24 hour reception. Not far from trains and trams.

Nothing to dislike. Parking would cost extra and I’m not sure how close it is. But if using public transport or taxis this is a great location.

BEST KEPT SECRET IN MELBOURNE

I stayed at the Clarion for 5 days prior to starting work. I stayed in another 2 hotels, including the Pullman on the Park. The Clarion is far superior in my estimation. From my check-in to check-out the level of service was top notch. Particular thanks must go to Elvie, she went above and beyond in making my stay absolutely stress free. Her bubbly nature, ability to rapidly address any issues, (which were minor) were dealt with the same enthusiasm as a major problem. From price matching my Genius 1 discount of 48%, to which the supervisor/manager raised eyebrows and concern, her professionalism was faultless. As a frequent global traveller, I have seen many supervisors/managers with a lesser skillset....#justsaying

Very enjoyable stay

Very convenient location, swift check-in and friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was a little stuffy due to the ducted heating which according to the wall sign could only be altered by a few degrees.

Each interaction with the staff was very pleasant. None more so than during the power cut at Breakfast. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we were still catered for in a really nice way.

Stayed for the location - in need of a refresh though..

Came for the F1 - so location and view to southbank were excellent!

The shower was also a bath and the water went everywhere- the fixtures need a bit of an update.

All I needed and hoped for

very smart clean and comfortable . In a very good location for morning walk and breakfast before check out . Staff very courteous and helpful . Staff ensured I had a cab on time to get me to my function Saturday night

Not great value for money, too rigid

Good location and clean

Very very poor wifi No flexibility of the staff because I made mistake of the day of check out ( nobody asked me to confirm at check in!) and I was away for 3 night ( 12 nights booked!) After 3 complaints, they offered me aportabke modem ( thanks for that!)

Love the location of the hotel and very accommodating staff

We arrived at 8 am from international flight but Michael in the desk was very helpful and accommodating and even let us leave our luggages at their office so we can start going around in their business district already. Make you feel at home in a foreign land.
