Buen hotel en la playa de Muro para realizar excursiones a Alcudia y Pollensa

La ubicación es buena frente a la playa de Muro. Buena ubicación para realizar excursiones a Alcudia/Pollensa. No obstante, en la zona más próxima al hotel hay poca variedad de restaurantes/pubs. La animación del hotel es correcta, pero acaba a las 11pm. La playa es grande (alargada) y cómoda para los niños. Con zona de tumbonas y zonas libres, también zona arbolada. En cuanto al hotel, es de tamaño medio, ambiente casi familiar. Tranquilo. Habitaciones tamaño estándar para este tipo de hoteles, con dos camas, cómodas. Valorar positivamente su política de limpieza (ahorras 15 euros/día si prescindes de la limpieza diaria). Dos zonas de piscina; muchas tumbonas. Siempre hay sitio. Destacar la atención de los camareros (recuerdos a Héctor) y del servicio de mesa (José de Picafor). La cena y desayuno es muy buena y variada. Siempre tienes tu mesa disponible. Hotel recomendable considerando lo anterior.

Todo bien. Por citar alguna oportunidad de mejora: el horario de cenas termina a las 9:30 pm (algo ajustado para los españoles). Debería terminar al menos a las 10:00 pm. El horario del desayuno está mejor; termina a las 10:30 am. Aunque está bien, la animación termina a las 11:00 pm. Podrían dejar al menos un hilo musical con posibilidad de bailar en la zona de animación. De esta forma se podría extender el ambiente hasta las 00:00. Hay pocas alternativas de animación en las proximidades del hotel.

A repetir... mas sem meia pensão!

Simpatia dos funcionários. Serviço de limpeza. Proximidade da praia.

Não é que não tenha gostado mas acho o preço da MP desajustado em relação ao que está incluído. E já agora, mudem as máquinas do café e consigam um café decente. Foi, sem dúvida, o que menos gostei no hotel. O café é horrível.

La comida es realmente deliciosa, de mucha calidad y variada. El hotel muy bien cuidado y limpio y las instalaciones muy bonitas. El personal también muy amable en todo momento.

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas pero lo comentamos en recepción y nos proporcionaron otras más a nuestro gusto, osea que todo genial.

Kaikki toimii.

Erinomainen pyöräilyloman sijainti. Pyörille oma säilytyspaikka. Erittäin puhdasta. Runsas ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kerrossiivooja oli ihan super.

Huono äänieristys käytävälle ja naapurihuoneisiin. Onneksi oli rauhallista, joten yöunet eivät häiriintyneet.

Les buffets très variés, la propreté de l'établissement. L'emplacement non loin de la baie d'Alcudia, une rue à traverser. Là sympathie du personnel.

Le manque de respect des autres vacanciers, l'insonorisation des chambres. Les familles avec enfants devraient être regroupés à un même étage, cela éviterai d'être réveillé toutes les heures par des pleures. Le frein de communication avec les français. On se sent délaissés et défavorisés par rapport au anglais et surtout aux allemands qui ont une place considérable sur l'île... C'est dommage que quasi rien ne soit traduit... Notament la carte au buffet, on consommerait plus.. 😁

Pobyt był miły i przyjemny.

Utrzymana czystość w obiekcie. Cudowny, ciagle uśmiechnięty personel, który służy pomocą. Zarówno na recepcji, jak i panie sprzątające oraz pracownicy części śniadaniowej. Dziękujemy za tą atmosferę.

Po niektórych elementach widać, że wymagają odświeżenia, jak wymiana sylikonu przy niektórych elementach czy lepsza wentylacja w łazience.

Beautiful place to stay

Very nice hotel with nice and cozy rooms. The food in the hotel is amazing. They are trying to have every single day a special theme which is very nice. The personal is also super friendly. The spa is small but also very nice to have this option when the weather is not soo good or in the evening to relax. This hotel offers everything needed for a perfect stay.

The evening shows which are loud and can be hear from the room sometimes when you are on a lower level

O hotel estava bem situado, perto da praia e com transporte público bastante perto. Os funcionários são bastantes simpáticos em particular os do pequeno almoço e jantar. Senti-me sempre muito bem recebida por eles. O pequeno almoço e jantar buffet muito bons, com imensa variedade e muito bem preparados. Aconselho vivamente a escolha de meia pensão, as bebidas são pagas à parte mas com valores acessíveis. O Hotel em si é muito bonito e agradável, tem 2 piscinas exteriores e uma interior aquecida. A zona do spa era tranquila.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas o quarto precisa de melhorias. Senti falta de um caixote de lixo, de garrafa de água de cortesia, entre outros pormenores. Também não gostei minimamente das almofadas.

Georgeous hotel, really kind staff, cleanliness and professional operation.

The hotel takes place near to the sea. It has a beautiful garden, pools and palmas. There are several programs by the animators who are very kind, Martin one of them is the most friendly guy in this island. The bar in the hotel's firts level has very friendly staff and delicious foods. Breakfasts and dinners are very delicious too, there are several different options to choose. It worth the price.

The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. We liked the bar and enjoyed some the entertainments. The buffet was super good, every night they were changing the menu with a wide variety of choices for everyone. The staff were very friendly. It was close to the beach.

We found the 2 twin beds uncomfortable for a couple and they were moving easily. Also, my wife got bitten by some insect that we guess it might have been a bedbug. However, we are not sure because it could have happened while walking outside in the woods.

Excellent weekend break

Lovely clean and bright hotel in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. Very friendly, experienced and welcoming staff. Both food and choice was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Evening entertainment was very enjoyable.

The pillows were the only thing we found ourselves moaning about, but that’s a personal thing we know

Very good breakfast with great variety, eggs to order, and lots of local choices. Amazing service attitude and friendliness of the restaurant staff.

It was a fantastic experience and I will come back here again next year.

Breakfast - Great, the best ever. Room - Very good room; however, bed was too hard for me. Location - perfect for our cycling purpose.

Bed - It was too hard for me. Hotel's card system - I don't really like to get all my consumption accumulated. I decided not to use it and pay directly after every consumption which worked really good too.

Very good value for money, I liked the local food and the beach was very scenic.

The room was a good size for the price and I liked having a balcony. It was always cleaned very well. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke great English.

There isn't anything obvious I can think of. I don't like having two single beds pushed together, but I only booked a single room so I was expecting a single bad anyway.

Superb

Absolutely amazing food - there was a sushi on one night, always plenty of sea-food, freshly grilled meat, a lot of options of fruit. Same for breakfasts - all that you would expect, good coffee, one day also freshly pressed juice. Just very good quality. Rooms were nice and clean, same for hotel, it is not a super-modern hotel but very good quality of everything.

Beautiful hotel. Clean& comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful& friendly. The staff on the night of Easter Saturday were very welcoming. Also special thanks to Izzy the waiter at breakfast…he was very professional,friendly& good humoured. The breakfasts were AMAZING. Food at the bar was really nice too.

I found the room too warm on a couple of nights but it wasnt possible to make it cooler. I like to sleep in a cold room anyway so it could be just me being fussy 😀

Perfect hotel! 10/10 Food amazing, leisure center amazing, rooms cleaned, close to the beach, close to the shops.. I will definitelly get back.
