Very good

Large room which was very clean and included a small balcony. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water. There was a pleasant looking communal sitting area adjacent to the reception but we did not use it.

Only bar soaps were provided in the bathroom and the separate toilet was extremely cramped.

Excellent value for money.

Big room; big bathroom. Quiet, clean and safe. Charming sitting area. Excellent price/quality ratio. Reception returned the money I overpaid; so very kind of him.

No wifi in the room.

Good location, in the city centre. 15 mins walk from CTM Bus station, 20 mins walk from Casa Port train station, 35 mins walk from Hassan II Mosque, 5 mins walk to a supermarket. Room is big and clean, worth the money. Staff speaks limited English but friendly.

Last 2 days in Morocco were quite enjoyable.

The location of the Astrid hotel is excellent, very close to the city centre. We went to the Habous area, it is only about a 20min or so walk, we went by taxi for 30 dirhams, and when we were coming back the driver wanted 100 dirhams, so we walked, and it is a nice walk. This area is very clean and the famous olive market is there. The olives are fantastic. The room was fine, clean and the bed was comfy. The water was hot, quite quickly actually. There are quite a few cafes and restaurants around this area. I'd recommend this hotel, even though it is 2 star it suited us. The staff were really nice, they do offer breakfast, but we walked down to the next corner and paid 22 dirhams for omelette, coffee, orange juice, porridge, and bread. You have to watch for the lift door. We went up and down a couple of times waiting for the door to open, then realized we had to push it. We roared with laughter, as there was a bloke waiting to use the lift and we kept saying stop pressing the button, and it was nothing to do with him!!

Comfortable bed in an airy room that was meticulously clean( as was the other parts of the hotel we accessed) All you want from a hotel room really and not expensive. Only meet the receptionist but could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Average hotel, just enough

Hotel is just worth the money, close to Mohammed V square. Not super cozy, but also not bad. In this range exactly what you expect and need. And very clean, except of strange blanket in the closet.

Room was big enough, also bed, just there was strange cover instead of regular blanket (duvet). And strange blanked in the closet. Breakfast was possible, but not so amazing.

Considering the affordable nightly rate, basics are provided. Excellent Helpful & Welcoming Staff.

Very good

Nice little hotel close to all the main tourist sites. It's not located at a busy street, so there is no traffic noise. Fair price for what you get. There are a lot of food options around the hotel.

It’s a simple hotel, but very helpful and friendly staff, tasty fresh breakfast and you feel like you’re in Morocco. Simple but great. We’ve booked in for the end of our stay.

Lovely and unexpected surprise at great value hotel

Lovely hotel with beautifully painted doors near the town centre. There’s a speedy lift to a spacious room with a well designed shower. Great value. Bonus is an English speaking channel albeit France 24. Omar and Rachid on reception were helpful.

Pounding throughout the day (although no visible signs of actual building works).

The hotel area was extremely noisy til 4am. When i went in to the hotel the receptionist just looked at me & turned away without acknowledging my presence. I had to tell him i am there to check in & didnt wana answer any queries i had. Just answered rudely

it's a pleasant place to stay for a night or two. AC , hot water was good . they initially gave us a different room

location is nearby money exchange, casa port station, banks, restaurants and other utilities

they gave us a different room than was pictured. although they switcheed our rooms fast when we complained
