The location is good to reach all Rome attractions.

The staff and the owner are arrogant and disrespectful people. When we arrived after the walk to the apartment somebody made installation of furniture inside the room without any notification! All our things were moved without any notification. We came completely wet with sweat, and we were told to wait outside To get the hot water in the shower, it was necessary to open another faucet in the sink so that there was more pressure and the water warmed up. Don't recommend this place 😒😒😒

Clean room, location near vatican

Air conditioning function wasn't that good, the breakfast wasn't that good, quite far away from metro station and the buses don't arrive on schedule and are sometimes full

Good accommodation in Rome

Clean, comfortable, close to the metro and bus lines, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved, but it is still good considering the value for money.

Lovely place in the wonderful city

I think, it’s the best place based on the quality-price ratio. The hotel room is very clean; Towels and bedsheets are changed every day; Hostess is kind and friendly. Location is also good - it’s not the city centre but is very close to the metro station.

Wifi signal was very low. There’s also extra 20€ service fee for the late check in (after 6 pm). Although, it’s not a big disadvantage considering the low cost of hotel.

the staff was friendly, especially with the children the place was clean there is a parking spot just beside the building the location was good

that was an old building. the smell was not good in the corridor the breakfast is like a snack there private bathroom did not have door!

Fine for that price

Location close to Vatican. Excellent wifi. Pleasant staff.

It was cold in the room. Heating doesn't work all day. Also hot water is not available always. Vatican is only thing that is close and on walking distance (20 min approx), everything else is further and public transport is needed. Breakfast could be better.

Quiet and safe stay near Vatican City

- Very worth the value. - Breakfast included. - Close to Vatican, 20 mins walk to the square. - Warm welcome. - Quiet at night.

- Italian socket, Germany/EU plug’s not directly a fit, better have an adapter.

Budget accommodation close to the Vatican.

We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The location is great for the Vatican, especially if you have a car as the free car park is adjacent to the hotel. The number 46 bus stops directly outside the property and in 15 minutes you are in the heart of Rome. Alessia checked us in and was extremely helpful with advice for getting around the city. She even gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything.

The building is old and the plumbing isn’t great. very poor water pressure. The linens and towels could really do with updating.

Perfect for visiting Rome and sleep in quit area

It was clean, have almost everything you want during your stay

The Wifi was not so good in my room The breakfast is just sweet things, it is almost ok but could be better.

Pleasant

The location is good to visit the Vatican and closed to public transportation. Personnel is friendly but the owner could be aggressive (in our case because we got a delay due to traffic and couldn't check in before 18.00). Even after agreeing to paying the 30 EUR late check-in)

Shower wasnt nice. It went from extreme cold to extreme hot continuously. Also what I mentioned about the tone of the owner.

Exceptional

Very pleasant stay! Hosts were friendly, apartment is close to the viewing points but also perfectly connected by bus/train/metro stations which are nearby and the price is reasonable. All in all, great first time experience in Rome.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not bad. On the last day, they packed it with us because we left earlier. The staff is friendly but not everyone speaks English. The overall impression is 8/10.
