The worst!

None

Everything. The aircond totally out of gases! I got a room near to the toilet omg! The smell was very disgusting. They only give me 1 towell instead of 2. I guess they re-use the blanket and bedsheet since it look crumpled. I arrived at 12 midnight and i have no idea to continue my stay at this property. We moved out to get another hotel at 1.30am!! Horrible experience.

please fix the entrance door

it’s location is very strategic with a cheap price and includes air conditioning

the security is very poor causing valuable items to be stolen, with the entrance door not in a working order most strangers comes and goes to borrow the facilities in the building

It is what it is

The location is strategic and the owner should revamp their hotel(?) to attract more customers! The check-in was easy. I complained to the owner regarding the issue of lighting in my room and he fixed it as soon as I issued the complaint.

The bathroom is really dirty and even found a cockroach! You do need to hire a cleaner to clean the bathroom every single day. I don't mind the room but my room neighbour beside me complained that their room was filthy.

Overall it was OKAY with the price paid.

The staff i chatted with through a Whatsapp app is friendly and nice to chat with.

There's only 1 bath/shower room to share with the floor guests and rooms. There's no TV area or even accessible top floor which mentioned at the booking.com.

terrible, don’t stay here they haven’t even refunded us

awful place but in a good location and the cleaner was very nice

everything. nothing in the description was true, there wasn’t even a net curtain in the room let alone it being a private bath, TV and there was no 24 hour desk. in fact there was not even a desk in the whole property. cheap but unsafe

Never Again

It’s very central so it is close many things including the waterfront and a mall.

The pillow cases and bedsheet looked dirty. i asked for them to be changed but the staff would come late so I had to use a clean bedsheet I found outside my room. There should have been shower gel or soap placed in the bathroom and toilets. The shower head wasn’t properly secured to the wall.

steep staircase to lobby, not suitable for those with big luggage. The room and toilet is not as clean as expected.

Smelly from smoking cigerete, toilet, and noise from staff with infant stay next room, woke until after midnite, noise from top level bcos ppl walking.. and the most of all, not feeling safe
