Horrível!! Pior hotel que fiquei na vida..

De nada!!

As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Hotel velho da época de D. Pedro ll/móveis velhos/ as camas muito pequenas e desconfortáveis/banheiro horrendo/café da manhã básico, o café da minha casa é muito melhor..Enfim, Triste!!

La ubicación muy buena ya que encuentras de todo y también algunos lugares como el Obelisco calle Florida se puede ir caminando. El desayuno todo muy rico. Me encantó 🥰

En el desayuno faltó reponer lo que se terminaba en los turnos de gente que se iba sumando. Deberían separar por horarios como en otros hoteles para que tengan tiempo de reponer comida y que no se junte tanta gente

No regresaré

La cama era cómoda y el desayuno bastante completo. El personal fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia, aunque me faltaron las toallas. La ubicación estaba bien, era lo que necesitaba.

No contaba con conexión WiFi. Solamente llegaba al ascensor. Necesitaba estudiar y usar el servicio y cuando fui a pedir que me cambien de habitación o me brinden solución, me di con que es un problema general y por lo visto lleva tiempo. Me dijeron que la señal no llegaba a NINGUNA habitación. Antes de ir, consulté por un early check-in (que cobran pero no tienen Wi-Fi) y avise que era una persona con movilidad reducida, pero la habitación que me dieron estaba pasando por dos escalones y dos puertas de emergencia (pesadas) de distancia. El precio, es elevado para lo que brindan.

Superata la prova per chi vuole stare in un hotel con reception 24 ore ,colazione e ad un costo discretamente basso .

Buon rapporto qualita’/prezzo e zona centrale della Capitale .Colazione piu che sufficiente e personale attento alle richieste .

La zona di Balvanera pur essendo abbastanza centrale era pervasa da un odore sgradevole .La stanza dataci una delle piu vecchiotte ma per quanto abbiamo pagato andava bene .

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca de las estaciones de transporte (bus, Subte) es fácil de encontrar restaurantes y establecimientos comerciales a buen precio y variado. En cuanto a los desayunos son muy buenos y variados.

El Wifi en las habitaciones llega con dificultad.

menos mal que era por unas horas.......

sin comentarios. muy deficiente todo.

el baño estaba todo mojado (lo seque yo, sin personal a esa hora). pedí que me despertaran. no lo hicieron igual tenia mi propio despertador, menos mal. la habitacion no tenia telefono. no hay servicio de cocina ni retaurante. el garage no entra incluído, hay que pagarlo aparte. en fin, puedo seguir, pero no.

I did not like nothing.

I did not like : Breakfast, Room no TV is working. There was a male hotel receptionist with Colombian or Venezuelan accent, he was rude to me. He acted like he did not like me because I was black , even thou he was not that white. I do not feel like he should be serving there. A hotel is for everyone.

It's given to me one hidden understaires, like one of the hotel service room without room Nr. Very horrifying room, behind the check desk. It was unbelievable, I ask to change immediately and didn't find the solution immediately. I Never ever going in that place.

staff at the reception really nice and helpful and hotel is in a good position and nice and big rooms.

Our room was not very clean with black hairs all over the bedroom and it was a bit disgusting.
