About this house rental

Quiet house situated at an end of a long driveway to give you peace away from any traffic noise. The house is approximately an 8 minute walk away from main street of Arrowtown, the river loop walking track is basically at the end of the driveway.

Golf courses, summer trails, fine restaurants, and wineries abound in the area, and it’s only 15 minutes to the ski fields for fresh powder all winter

The space
Quiet cosy house, has a log fire in the living/dining/kitchen for those chilly winter nights, a heat pump in hallway, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with a large deep bath, shower and toilet. Large front yard for the kids to play on with plenty of parking for your cars.

Other things to note
No access to garage - plenty of parking on property.
Extra cleaning to Co-vid 19 Standards are undertaken after every check out (eg: sanitizing all surfaces including door knobs and wash all bed linen and towels in hot water).

Well located and comfortable place to stay. A short walk to the main street and river walks and only 15-20 out of Queenstown. Bernice was very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries.

We’re a family of 4 (kids 10 and 4) and really enjoyed 6 nights at Bernice’s place for our snow holiday this year. Accommodation had everything we needed and Arrowtown is super convenient for Coronet Peak. Bernice is a very thoughtful host who checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. Hopefully we can stay here again when we come next time!

This house was well located, just a 15 minute walk from Arrowtown's main street. There's ample parking, a large kitchen and a great central bathroom. If i had to report one issue with our stay, it's that some of the rooms were very light in the morning sun. Some block out blinds would really help.

A character property. Good sized rooms. Lots of heaters and electric blankets/fire in lounge available to warm the house. A good base for skiing. Cardrona 45 mins away, Remarks about the same and Coronet about 30 mins. Garage available for storing skis.

This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed at the property, it's nice and spacious and really cozy. In a great location with an easy walking distance to Arrowtown cafes and restaurants. Great communication with owner.

Cosy, comfy house to stay in for our family. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Definitely recommend this play to stay. Nice and close to the river walk and easy walk to the town centre. Hosts were great at communicating with us. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house.

Well positioned and lots of room for a family of four. Warm and cosy. Kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated but were functional and certainly didn’t effect the comfort factor. Great place to return to after a busy day skiing and tramping. Would certainly like to return one day. Was also very good value.
