Passable

The place is secured and tidy

Checking in and out was so difficult as there was no one to receive us as guests until I had to call for the gate to be opened and for us to receive the keys. Checking our again was the same struggle

All in all, the stay was good. Could have been better!

Mercy was friendly and a great host, very helpful too.

The unfairness of the people who stay in the complex. They were complaining almost about every movement we did, to a point that my guests and I had to sit in silence for hours because the people in the apartment were threatening us to call the police if we make noise. Wild!

The place is good for groupies or families not complete strangers.

The location is perfect and the complex is secured. The price was equal to the service received.

The bedding seemed old, there was no toilet roll on arrival, We couldn't rest on the couch to watch TV as there was someone sleeping on the couch. I understand it's a shared unit but it should be communicated if there will be more guests. The rooms are in very close proximity with each other and the bed leaning on the wall every time you turn the divided wall makes an horrible noise.

The house was smelling, i think one guest smoked in the passage or their room but the smell got to my room as well so it was bad. The is zero safety, the gate was not locked and when I got there the main door was not locked as well and that was after 9pm

It was okay, I was there to attend a friend's funeral so I didn't book anything fancy.

The location is very quiet and peaceful

The couch in the living room is dirty and smelly, please get it cleaned up. The lady that cleaned my room advised that the hostess will bring some towels, but it never happened. There were no towels from Friday when I arrived until Sunday when I left. Please attend to that factor. The bedrooms are too close to one another, I think its a good place for friends or same group. Not for complete strangers as there is not much privacy.

Never again

I liked absolutely nothing.

The little to no kitchen utensils. You can't ever cook anything because the basin is over full with dirty dishes. One little couch for all to share and no Covid protocols in place. Window latches broken so can't even close your window. I don't think sharing a unit that small should be allowed. That is a complex I will not reccommend to anyone. I checked out 8 days earlier there. I stay over a lot at places for work and this was the worst experience in my 12 year working career.

Not comfortable & no access to filtered water .

The only comforting thing was the warm shower

Due to ecoli virus - in our water that is now contaminated. There wasn’t any filtered water to access. The apartment was shared & one felt very uncomfortable as there was one tv and who we were sharing with was watching so we didn’t get much time to make use of the kitchen or lounge as the couple mentioned they’re renting and we just booked a night in their space.

Disappointing

The location was great, central to everything. The apartment is in a safe complex, it's peaceful and quiet. Great value for money.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for the first week we there. Pots didn't have lids. Cutlery was not enough, only 1 fork. No basic toiletries i.e shower gel, shampoo. No place to hang wet towels. The iron didn't work. The hospitality could have been better. Cleaning ladies didn't clean thoroughly.

The Electricity meter beeped the whole night on our last day which was not very nice.
