Worst experience ever

The fact that the elderly couple atleast tried to get us the microwave

When I got there, the owner wasn't there but an elderly couple that was running the place and I had to explain who I was and when I booked and had to show them my booking. They then called the owner and I had to confirm over the phone who I was. After all that, I was told that they had to quickly clean the unit I booked and I had to wait for almost an hour for that. When I finally got inside, the unit had none of the kitchen amenities as the site, they only had a kettle, empty cupboards, a few glasses and a very dirty and smelly small dishcloth. ,no spoons, plates stove, microwave... Nothing. I then told them about this and they called the owner who then told me that it's a backpackers suite and it dies not come with any of those amenities. I thrn told him that my booking had those ame3and he jus told me that there was nothing he could do, I was welcome to find another place but I wouldn't get a refund as per the site's rules. I then asked the eldarly ciuple if they could atl organize jus a microwave coz we had raw stuff thatt needed cooking or heating. They then got us a microwave. The unit also had no TV and the owner said he had taken it for repairs and could only get it for us on the next day as the shop was closed. When I called him the next day, he ignored all my calls and never got back to me. I had to ask one of the neighbors to borrow us 2 plates. The place was not clean enough but I could not lose my money but this has been the worst experience ever and the owner being so not accommodating and rude is the worst. Never ever going back there. The bottom of our door also had a huge opening and wind was coming in,thank God that the weather was not cold.

Quiet, peaceful room

Quiet, room is large and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Large bathroom. No one bothers you. Price is excellent! Will definitely stay again as I also extended my stay due to my satisfaction.
