Exactly as we had hoped.

All exactly what we were hoping for, great location, reasonable value, clean and tidy, good essential facilities ie USBs on both sides of bed and simple coffee machine. All exactly what we needed.

Very enjoyable stay!

Friendly staff and upgraded me to the Yarra view room for my anniversary! The room is very well maintained, clean bathroom. Very good breakfast included in the rate. Will definitely come again with my children!

If they can have disposable slipper ready in the room. I need to ask for it.

Great stay in the heart of Melbourne. Clean and modern facilities.

Location is excellent - close to city centre and transport. Trams are great way to get around the city. The room had great views of the city and was very quiet. Breakfast was great value and had lots of choices. Even had good coffee!

We asked for single beds which were quite small!

Quiet Luxury Hotel, Comfy, City walking Distance, Convenient, Clean, Friendly happy Staff :)

The staff are incredibly friendly!! The hotel is located in the city so was easy to get around. we mostly walked because everything was so close! The hotel was incredibly clean, comfy, had a sense of luxury, and had all the amenities. we booked the flinders view and the view and lighting was incredibleeee... so yes i took lots of pictures! I will be coming back ^_^

I should've stayed longer!! only stayed for one night. everything was perfecttttt x

Good location

The location was great, close to Southbank and the centre of the Melbourne city for Theatres.

We were asked to move tables during our time on the rooftop bar numerous times. Having spent $1,000 there, it seemed a little much to have us repeatedly told to move here, move there then move over to that table.

Room keeping was a bit it and miss, one day beds not made up, one day one bed in one room would be made up and the others not, towels left most days but one day not.

Great location, great hotel.

Great hotel, great location. We had an excellent room with views over the Yarra to Southbank. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We will be back when next we visit Melbourne.

Room A/c seemed reluctant to heat the room when we stayed in during the day for a rest. Not unpleasantly cold, but we were unable to get the unit to adjust to our preferred temp.

Fantastic overnight stay will definitely be staying again.

The family room was great, it had its own entrance and then split into 2 rooms with seperate doors. Each room had its own bathroom and couch. The view from our rooms was amazing. Buffet breakfast had a nice variety too.

Some of the staff where a little hard to understand and one didn’t understand what I was asking for but everyone was very pleasant.

Breakfast was great, enough variety and food yummy. Room modern & clean, location nice & central.

Booked a Yarra view room, but were placed in a room on the side of the building as opposed to the front, so view was mainly industrial and concrete roofs with a little bit of river further up.

Lovely time spent in Melbourne attending various theatres etc. for our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

Didn't eat at the restaurant. Loved the Roof Top bar - the drinks and food was fantastic Room, location, lift everything was lovely, we booked for the views :) The congratulations message for our 40th Anniversary

Bit expensive. But it was for a special occasion.

Great views, good location. No complaints from our 5 day stay there. Happily held bags for us.

Hotel room had an excellent view and easily accessible. The elevators run fast and it was fairly quiet which was nice as some places can be loud. Great views of the river as we had a corner room and great spot to walk access the bridge and go for a walk for further restaurants and easy access to the tram.

Could have better facilities on site but they we're okay. Restaurant pretty small along with beer and food selection compared to other hotels within that level, but it's definitely not a deal breaker for visiting the hotel!

Great hotel at a central location

Very central location, there's a tram station just across the street so it's very accessible. Also walking distance to Flinders Street station. I had a Filnders View room so the view was fantastic, nice seeing the city from my room window. Still felt quiet even when it's so central and it was busy outside. Room was cleaned daily as well.

Had an issue with my WiFi not working initially but the concierge managed to help me quickly. Other than that, I had a very nice stay.

Loved it, best value for the views in Melbourne and I’ve stayed at a lot!

Second time staying here and it didn’t dissapoitnt again. Great view from corner suite, great location an awesome breakfast all at a great price. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Place was clean and front staff were pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast itself was fine, and hot, but the way it was presented was in a bowl that was like a dogs bowl with high sides. Maybe meant to be fancy, but was very awkward to eat from and uncomfortable to eat and cut the food. Yet some meals we noticed were presented on flat plates. The front staff, especially the young lady with glasses, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with which was a positive experience.

The fact that when I asked for my breakfast to be put on a flat plate, it still came out in the bowl, and when I asked why, I was told that the chef did it that way. What about the customer wanting to enjoy their breakfast on a flat plate so it was easier to eat without having my elbows stuck in the air? Members of our group all felt the same way. Small issue in the grand scheme of things, I know, but annoying non the least. There is no ramp at the street side where we entered, so dragging our cases up the steps wasn't good. Not sure if there is one at another entrance? We have stayed at other hotels in Melbourne many times, but tried Vibe for a change. Unfortunately we will not return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Vibe Hotel, Melbourne. Conveniently located to all public transport so that we could get around Melbourne easily. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice although we had to remind housekeeping that we were out of teabags,toiletrolls,milk,bodywash

I thought there should have been an option of cereral with melon, with or without toast, toppings such as marmalade etc plus a refill of coffee. too much bread, buns with breakfast a la carte menu.

I required a little more yoghurt with the granola and was charged extra for this. It would have been a nice gesture just to provide me an extra small serving of yoghurt. We did not find out until day 5 of seven that we could have asked for a large coffee instead of a small size. No information forthcoming by the staff serving us. Another more annoying situation occured when we removed the top cover on the bed as it was very warm to find the duvet had a splattering of blood present, no ours, so had to request a change of bedding. Not really good enough for the price we paid, we thought.

The location, as well as the site and price, were excellent.

Free water would have been a nice start for the room. Breakfast was ok; I had the big breakfast without pork, and the scrambled eggs were runny, making the toast mushy.

Loved it

We were upgraded to the top floor, view was amazing and room was 10x better than I expected. Bathroom was spacious and bed was so big. Would stay again. Location is stupid good!!
