It had bad power shedding and it was dark with no electricity even after we returned from dinner … very outdated room as well

Great house old draining system

I liked how the house I was in had so much history and iy was filled with decorations and old antique pieces.

The shower drain had dirty water coming out of it which made the whole room smell terrible.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff are very friendly , always ready to help.

My room was next to the restaurant and it was noisy when people ate there. I would prefer a room far from the restaurant because of my endless online meetings.

Peaceful, able to concentrate

I went to the venue with the aim of finishing off an exam submission. I was able to do exactly that. The room was very cozy and had all a nice kitchen for coffee and tea. The TV was available. Bed comfortable. Very neat and cozy place. It felt like I was out of Pretoria with the green - it was like I was in a botanical garden.

Load-shedding - no back-up power at night, but noticed there was back-up power in the morning Consider sharing/alerting customers of the load-shedding schedule for the area during check-in- just to make sure phones are charged before power goes off

horrible receptionist no apology for booking mix up

I booked,I reached place,was not accomodated ,I was told my booking was reserved by error due to manager not closing booking system and they were going to accomodate someone who was not yet even there,forced to look fo ralternative accomodation at night

Staff is friendly, the place is very clean and the restaurant serve nice food with good price.

I was hoping for a bar fridge in my room because I drink a lot of liquids which is not so nice at room temperature.

Spacious room, friendly front-desk staff & restaurant food is excellent

Aircon filter is really dirty- we coughed our lungs out everytime we switched the aircon on, the net curtains & carpet are dirty. No hand shower to wash your hair with- I dont necessarily want to shower but need to wash my hair. Bar fridge in the room would really help to keep milk for coffee/ bottled water etc
